To be honest I dont understand all those negative reviews. Its true that viabox is overpriced but their customer support is really good- fast responses, they repacked my parcel after a few hours. Parcel shipped almost instantly.

High risk of losing money without possibility of any recoveries. My own experiences was simple, they scammed me because I never get what I ordered and they never refund me. For those wondering, this is what they do, they don't scam every order and every customer, however, high chances are that your money will be used to service a previous user, perhaps 1 in 9 orders are processed in the non-scam manner and 8 orders are scammed. This one person think it's a legit service does not mean this is not a scam. This is exactly why there is good reviews from time to time. But no one wants to be among that 8. Final words, be extremely careful, stay away from viabox, or prepare to be scammed.

Thought Viabox would offer a much less expensive rate after consolidation to send to Thailand. I was wrong, VERY WRONG!
Viabox's cheapest consolidated shipping rate was 8, YES EIGHT times that of Amazon. Simply ridiculous!
In fact their return fee for the items to Amazon in the US was 3, yes 3 times the price it cost to ship from Amazon to Thailand.
Do not use this service, it offers no financial benefit whatsoever.
Angry and frustrated, Repurchased the goods and had them sent direct from Amazon... So simple and cost effective. DON'T DO VIABOX, please.

I would give -10 if there was such an option. Their ad is very attractive but only a lie. I ordered stuff in the beginning of summer, for weeks it has shown "shipped". It is almost August now and all I get from customer service is excuses, asking for patience and nothing gets done. Not to mention that despite the allegedly "unbeatable" shipping costs I paid a fortune for a package I will probably never receive.
Avoid using them at all cost.

Be careful! Do not ship with them!
I thought I give them a try but the shipping rates were almost twice as much as advertised. The delivery company lost my package and they don't help at all! It's been two months. I paid for insurance but they also told me that the insurance actually only covers $100 and not the whole value. Shipping costs and import duties are also not covered. Now I'm out $300 and they use extortion methods trying to convince to close my PayPal dispute so that I can't even recoup my shipping costs. BE WARNED!

Bad company, shipping cost to Indonesia $77 for only tshirt its so expensive and i dont believe that. When i used my MyUS shipping for tshirt only $18, and viabox cost is $77. its 4X i must pay from MyUS. dont use ViaBox its scam !!!
and the funny from Viabox is shipping costs can raise everytime, i can't believe that. yesterday shipping cost its $77 and now $88. raise $11 from yesterday. its so funny and so dissapointent

Hideously expensive and very poorly setup website and support service that makes you jump around all over the place. Nonsensical responses to questions. They also process things very slow. Takes them over a week to send an item off. They are supposed to be a fulfillment center and it should not take that long.
Sending a few magazines to Europe will cost you $100.... It wouldn't cost you more than about $15 to send the same from Europe to the US.
Total waste of time. Don't bother.

Not to be trusted! Please learn from my mistake and do NOT use this service. They wanted $215 to ship a concealer from the US to the UK. They have failed to respond to every attempt to contact them. As another reviewer stated, I believe that this is a scam and they are on selling items that are 'lost' or they have to 'dispose of' (after failing to respond to their owners).

Learn from my mistakes. I have used MyUS for a long time and I thought I would try a new company. Bad idea, Viabox is so expensive, they get your items, for one pair of shoes they wanted $180 to send to Australia. In the meantime I have had other items sent to them and they want $1000 to send 5 or 6 items. I am now trying to get them to return the items to the stores I purchased from, however they have fallen silent. i cannot get any response from them. This is probably the worst online company I have ever had dealings with. Absolute Scammers. They hope you will just get tired of contacting them and leave your items with them, which they probably then on-sell.

I don't know why i am even giving it 1 star as these thieves don't even deserve 1 star. Avoid these package thieves at all cost.
They received my item around 1 month ago and i paid express shipping to get it shipped asap. It's been around 1 month wait and no replied to any Email i have sent them. All the reply i get from customer support is " We have escalated this to higher management".
Please save your money and packages and don't get it shipped to them as they will steal it and make excuses to not send it .

One of the stupidest companies I have ever seen, my Items were shipped and they listed it in my item list. When I paid through my credit card and asked them for shipping they started their verification.
Which I completely understand and I sent them everything they need the application form, my documents with my pictures. Then they denied my Credit Card payment saying that credit cards are not available in my country. I don't know why and how are they saying this while everyone mostly in our country have cards. Now they have disposed my items and the money I paid on amazon for the items are all gone because they are thieves and probably took all the items to themselves.

I would say that their service was deplorable at best. If an issue does arise it literally takes weeks for them to get back to you. Their chat option cannot really answer anything and their phone number is of no use either as it directs you back to their website. Things are/were so bad that I reached out and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and after 3 weeks of the BBB reaching out to them, Viabox never responded to them even once. My recommendation would be to go with anyone but Viabox.

At viabox with STE 813113, please please please shoppers/buyers listen to me very carefully: all information at viabox site where they compared themselves to MyUS, Bongous, Borderlinx & Shipito are all LIES (in capital letters). Please, nobody should do any transactions with viabox. If you do so, then you are doing it at your own risk. I will not even recommend viabox to my enemies. Seriously, I left my package for them to be given as charity. Hope that was what they(viabox) were wishing for.
If you seriously need your packages to arrive at your destination with affordable cost then please, I am on my knees DON’T USE VIABOX. The prices at viabox are not doubled or tripled, to me they are insane. My package weigh 2.4 Ibs from FedEx to their warehouse and the weight became 5 Ibs with shipping cost $194 with FedEx, $256 with USPS, $506 with DHL Express, $455 with UPS, ......to Ghana 🇬🇭.
This is how I see them (viabox):
1. They know what they are doing
2. Big lies
6. Dumb (why they are dumb is USPS cost more than FedEx).
I can afford to loose a used headphones to viabox and used that shipping cost viabox was demanding to order again and this time use a different warehouse to ship to my destination and I bet you that will be less cost to the cost viabox was demanding for shipping.
What pains me is that I moved the package from MyUS warehouse to viabox and now I have lost my items. And the reason was MyUS monthly bill.
I quess I have to go back to my PlanetExpress.

When I told the customer service there is no update on the tracking. They told me to wait as it is not reliable. What's the point to give me the tracking number if it's not reliable at all? Not to mention the shipping fee of viabox is expensive as hell. After estimated delivery time, I still didn't get my item. They told me to wait for 1 or 2 days for shipping department to check. It's been a week and I still have not got an answer. Definitely not recommended to use Viabox.
