Questa non è una recensione ma una richiesta di informazioni, per la Veloretti o per qualcuno Italiano che ha comperato la bici in questo ultimo periodo. Vorrei usufruire del Bonus governativo per avere il rimborso parziale del prezzo di acquisto. Le domande sono :
1. esiste un rivenditore italiano, o si può acquistare solo dal sito ?
2. se esiste, si possono avere i riferimenti ?
3. se NON esiste, e quindi credo che la fattura verrà emessa direttamente dall'azienda Veloretti, in questo caso è utilizzabile come prova di acquisto per il rimborso del Bonus, visto che immagino sia una fattura Olandese ...

This is not a review but a request for information, for Veloretti or for someone Italian who has bought the bike in the last period. I would like to take advantage of the government bonus to get a partial refund of the purchase price. The questions are:
1. Is there an Italian retailer, or can it be purchased only from the site?
2. if it exists, can I have references ?
3. if it does NOT exist, and therefore I believe that the invoice will be issued directly by the Veloretti company, in this case it can be used as proof of purchase for the refund of the Bonus, since I imagine it is a Dutch invoice ...

Fantastic timing and great product.
The only point I think they need to review and maybe it is a mistake, is the fact that there was a promo to receive a ring bell if the ticket was above certain amount. I did not receive such ring bell.

It was a great service, but due to the COVID it took a little bit longer to arrive, 14 days, instead of 7 days.
A good improvement for the service it may be to keep informed of the delivery date, I didn't know when the bike was arriving and without communication it creates a little bit of anxiety. Just give a date, I don't care waiting one or two extra days, but I care not knowing if its next weeks or next month.

Absolutely amazing...quick service...good products and a great price!!! I have been loving my VELORETTI BLCKBRD...as soon you see the bicycle it will leave you speechless!!

good customer experience, a little long delivery time. Use the explanatory video for mounting the bike.

The balance bike we bought for our two year old is really beautiful. The delivery and service was very prompt. My only issue was that the instructions for assembly were not numbered although they were very easy, I wish the handles and saddle were leather - they are just brown and plastic and the rear tyre wasn’t easily blown up - I had to ordered a tube to access the valve... but otherwise great product and great service and I’d recommend Velloretti to others.

I would have apreciated better directions (more detailed or in french), but I manager toi build the bike and it looks great. Good quality and design
Would recommand the brand

We have bought the Mini for kids aged 2 to 4, color minty mint which is very nice.
Unfortunately, during assembly, we have found a sheen in the paint Otherwise, the Mini seems to be ok.

Very quick delivery. Some troubles to assembly (I'm not a very technical person though) but with some help I managed. Thanks for the videos on you tube, they are useful. Bike looks very beautiful. I did not try yet. Thanks a lot

Good product and good communication

I really like the design, but the logo sticked in the bike is not that good sticked, used glue to stick it!

Quite easy to navigate through the order, but there werent a lot of pics on all the items or the final product (bike with accessories).

I had a great experience at the Veloretti store and am very happy with my bike. The only thing I see could be improved are the building instructions of the bike. They miss some parts that we have to guess, and as a person who has no idea about how bikes are made, it made it a bit uneasy to build the bike. In the end it all worked well and I would do it again 100 times !

Lovely new bike

The bike is supernice, looks great and is surprisingly easy to pedal also uphill which was a concern of mine with only 3 gears. The only disappointment was the colour: I ordered the blue Robyn, which looked like a green-greyish blue tone on the website but turned out to be a rather plain navy shade of blue. Not nearly as nice as in the picture. Hopefully more pictures of all colours will be posted for instance on Instagram in the future to give more references on the colours. Other than this, very happy.

A great bike - but because I went into an actual store to order... I would have appreciated it if my bike was delivered and assembled there.
But I did like the box it came in ;)

Easy and smooth service. However, there was a bit misleading picture and discription of the porteur carrier! At your website it said that it was the colour silver, but not in reality really.

Guys you should adjust the colors on the website, real life Salmon is more like peach. Rather dark. But others beside that quality wise good stuff.
