I ordered 2 bottles, a Roc de Cambes 2012 and a Roc de Cambes 2015. I got 1 Roc de Cambes 2012. which is ok, but I also got a Domain de Cambes 2015. The Domain de Cambes is the second wine of the house and much cheaper than the Roc de Cambes. They do not admit they made a mistake. So I paid around 20€ to much for the wine. So check the image of the bottles very carefully before you order. Or check the vendor of the bottles and order directly on their website.

I usually order through other websites in France and always had good experiences.
I decided to go through them as I was looking for a specific producer. Ordered a magnum which I paid 130€, it arrived leaking from the neck. I assumed it was stored at the vertical for too long...
Anyhow, bottle is of coursed ruined.
When contacted I received a 12€ refund proposition by the supplying shop (not the online distributor). I didn't accept obviously...
Uvinum/Drinks&Co do not work with trustworthy supplier and do not take responsibility in case of a failure in their sale process.
To me those are very good reason to avoid this website altogether.

I ordered 12 bottles, I got 8, but not the wine I ordered on the website!! They confirmed 12 bottles of another year and a different quality! Now I have 8 bottles I never wanted!! Crazy but true!! This portal with this business model doesn‘t work!! No recommodation! Use other portals to buy wine! Madrid is to far away to make business with it!! Never again!!

I bought 3 bottles of a wine that just won an award from wine spectator, the product was available but eventually they informed me it was out of stock. They deliberately didn't ship it to sell it in the future for a higher price.

Ordered 24 bottles Portugese heredade Sao Miguel Alentejano red 2017. Instead 2018 vintage was delivered, WITHOUT prior information. Univum said this is normal procedure. Not for me though. Will not order from them again.

Poor delivery management through DHL. Complete ignorance of the fact that they chose DHL and total failure to support a customer.
And now the miserable customer srvices tell me I need to sort this out with DHL.
I paid unvinium and I am in contract with them not DHL
What a bunch of wasters.
For the record ( delivery detail from Unvinium and DHL do not match)
This is the second time I have had to travel 30 odd miles to show this to DHL and cannot have my delivery because of the miss-match. Yet I have requested delivery to a safe place/ not as DHL claim that Unvinium require a signature.
Unvinium customer services are unhelpful. If they do nor respond I will publish their mails here. (4 days from 02/06/19)

Ordered some Spanish Brandy which I wanted for a birthday present, pleasantly surprised that it arrived on time, well packed and in perfect condition - well impressed..... until, I got the bill on my credit card, which although advertised in Sterling and paid for in Sterling, was charged and extra 2.5% on top for a 'non-sterling transaction fee' which according to the bank was levied by the supplier - very disappointed, the brandy was expensive compared to ship prices, but I felt worth it to get it in the UK, but this extra unexpected charge is disappointing - not this if you are buying from the UK

I ordered 12 bottles of port in November, which took 3 weeks to arrive, (timed from placing the order), when i got in touch with them I was told they would arrive no later than the Wednesday, I finally received them the following Tuesday. It's a shame because the ports are really good. So i decided to give them another chance. I ordered 23 different bottles of wine on the 26th November, bad, I am still waiting, it is now the 12th December, I have been given a tracking number, but there is no sign of my wine order on the DHL site, (No result found for that tracking number). When i spoke to them they said it was too early??. Will I get it for Christmas? who knows. This could be an amazing site to order wine from as the choose is really good, but they need to sort out there deliveries. I don't think I will be ordering from them again unless I can have some reassurance about delivery times. They also said they would contact me today, still waiting.

I ordered a bottle, which got broken in transit. Uvinum ignored all my emails and requests. They are unreliable and the customer service is really bad, I have had no compensation or anything.

If you flew there, bought a kayak, and paddled it back across the Atlantic Ocean you would get your order faster than they ship. After two days a tracking number was created, a week later the order finally started to ship. Coincidentally this was the same day of my second request to cancel my order. According to the FAQ's I could cancel the order at anytime. I was denied that as well. There are many other companies online that have much better service. I would suggest to keep looking. Ordered 24 days ago, still waiting for my order.

I placed an order for 12 bottles of spirit and then came across some of the bad reviews on here so waited in the hope mine would be one of the positive experiences. I can happily say that it was a positive experience from start to finish. Excellent communication throughout and the items arrived within expected delivery times (5-10 days). Once i'd placed the order I had realised that I had been charged a non-sterling transaction fee by my bank despite appearing to be paying in £ on the uvinum website. Customer service were excellent, confirmed i'd been charged in Euros for which they apologised and refunded the difference swiftly.

Twice now I had a problem with delivery that they just don't seem to be able to resolve; last year because of an address error the carrier was not able to deliver so my package was returned to Holland (from where it was dispatched) & resent a second time having amended the address but using the same tracking number. The courier seemed to have a mental block on the tracking number & the delivery failed a second time & was returned to Holland again. Only on the third attempt was my parcel delivered after a month delay.
When I repeated my order in May this year I carefully checked the O/C to make sure all the address details were correct but the shop in Holland decided to specify only part of the address using the incorrect postcode, so guess what - this parcel has also been returned to Holland. While all the ladies on the help desk have tried to assist as best as possible they are not very successful in achieving a solution. For this reason this will be the last time I use Uvinum!

I ordered 12 bottles of vodka for a party and then I read the reviews. I stressed myself silly for 5 days thinking that it would turn up late, the order would be wrong or that everything would be broken!
I was very wrong and I think that everyone's reviews regarding this being a scam should be rescinded as its very misleading.
I ordered on Sunday and received today (Friday) and I was given full communication throughout the whole process. 5* quality. Cannot wait to order again.

I was able to track my delivery every step of the way and it arrived a lot faster than expected, well packaged and protected. All in all a smooth and stress free experience

Four orders now placed and 2 unable to be completed. Quick to take money but slow to refund. My advice is to pay by PayPal because at least you will,be able to open a case immediately for a refund.

They have been sympathetic but have done nothing despite numerous calls and emails.
My patience is exhausted so I write to you directly.
The order above was for 6 X 75cl Ch. Lynch Bages 2015
You may be able to recognise that label from the thumbnail on the e-receipt
The wine I received was JM Cazes Paulliac. (Bottled at Ch L B but hardly its first wine as Uninum suggested)
Perhaps the low price should have told me this is unlikely be the 1st wine of the Chateau. But the price I paid was way, way in excess of the average cost of the wine you sent me.
Having ordered from you repeatedly in the past I do not believe the misrepresentation made of the wine or the poor service I have received to be anything more sinister than an overworked team. How would you propose my problem is dealt with fairly.

I should have taken more notice of all the previous bad reviews here and on google maps. I receive regular invites by email, at least one a week. Each time the Pago de los Capellanes is intentionally priced lower in the email offering, than it is when you try to buy it online from the email link. In this case the wine is advertised at 10.10€ in the email and I placed an order and the credit card was charged. My friend then also tried to purchase the exact same product immediately afterwards and it had jumped to 18€ . After a few hours I received an email stating that the product was not available and I could either have a full refund or a credit on my account or an alternate wine?
This is a premeditated scam basically getting people to make orders based upon email offer prices that turn out not to be correct and then the product is not available, but only after they have charged your credit card.
Their intention I guess is that you will leave the funds on the account or take a substitute wine
I haven’t read yet a genuine positive review on this company and on the few times I have attempted to purchase product it is all ended in failure.
I give up .

Beware! If your consignment is damaged whilst in transit (with UPS - twice so far of 4 orders) YOU will be responsible for loss on shipping costs. Uvinum will refund the base price of the broken bottle but they will not refund the shipping cost. Worse, their “Customer Services” department will insist that this is correct and fair. They refuse to replace the broken bottle and they will not make a pro rate refund. I will never place orders with Uvinum again.

I've ordered 5 bottle if islay whiskey for a tasting. One of the bottles the Lagavulin 16 was in a rather high discount, which is also one of my fav. Islay so far, I was so happy to get it for a even better price. But to our surprise this bottle had a rotten taste and none smell. The cork was obviously not air tight.
I contacted the support how to get a replacement (for the open, but still full bottle) because the whiskey was rotten. They refused to refund or replace anything at all, without any chance. My arguments that I could also send the bottle in to proof my claim got ignored.
Instead they are insisting that I in person contact Diageo to solve the situation with the distillery directly, this is against law and I will contact my credit card institute to book the money back because of fraud.

Whatever you do, do not use this company before you research carefully all the REAL reviews on them here and elsewhere. Just google Uvinum Reviews. The wine I ordered was substitued and one bottle broken, I had to pay to have wine I never ordered delivered and returned. Their support I think have already claimed independence. Good riddance Spain doesnt need these econ-merce clowns.
