When I contacted US Global Tech I was having terrible issues with my computer. The tech explained to me what I needed done to my computer. The service was completed quickly and courteously. I am happy with my experience. I really appreciated the personal touch of receiving call backs to check on how my computer was running.

My first tech was Gladice and she was awesome. Then I had additional questions and I spoke with Jason.
He was wonderfully patient with me, got everything resolved for me and I felt as though

I was very pleased with the service I received. My computer had slowed to just above stop and needed assistance. It was given to me and my computer had excess malware that was removed and my computer should be up to speed when I go on it again. I am very thankful that technician was able to find the problems it was having and fixed it so that it will notify me if I again have these problem. My problem was to the extant that my Norton application was removed from my computer by the malware !!

I was very pleased and surprised in my dealings with usglobaltech.com I have never been helped so well as they treated me. I had some difficult problems and they worked long and hard to find my solutions. Every one was professional and knew what they were talking about. I asked many questions with my agent, Teresa and she listened and wouldnt give up until all problems were taken care of. Very reassuring and patient. I am an elderly ladywith very little electronic experience. And I appreciated the attention given to fixing it. She wouldnt give though I was ready to. So I am very grateful. I also was pleased with the follow up calls. I feel confident with my decision because it was explained to me.

Ann the person who took my call was vibrant ,friendly ,courteous & very reassuring that your company will be
able to help with my problem " pronto ". She told me & explained the fees & the best plan & gave me a
good price since I cannot afford much . She assured me that a senior tech will be working with my computer
& printer & will be done in 4 hours . The senior technician is Jason, another pleasant & very helpful young man & together we worked thru the problems & got my problems solved .

Melanie Green is an exceptional technician and incredibly adept at her job. A very important point is that besides being a brilliant star in these dark days, she is sweet, fun to talk to and compassionate. My first experience as not satisfactory... I tried to work with a Service Tech name of John on Tel Ext 122...terrible customer service.. never finished the job..poor communication.. My second experience was with Mary on Tel Ext 127 ... EXCELLENT + She listened carefully and solved my problems and made sure everything was OK.. Great Service!

We had a software problem with our printer, and our apple mac book was working slow with lots of popup adds. The people at USGlobalTech helped us resolve these issues.
We had gone to the apple store with the problem with our computer, and the genius we went to was not very helpful at all, not so at USGlobalTech.

I received a really nasty e-mail saying they had my passwords and was threatening to expose all this stuff and wanted 4,900.00 not to put it on the web etc. The first thing I did was call the law, because none of what they were saying was true. they said they could do nothing so I called your office for help.
Thank you for your service. Now I will go back and change all my passwords and make them stronger.
