Originally applied with USGCA - another scammer. USD $800 for 10 year application then USD $1500 for lawyer to peruse and process application.
Contacted by USALWS - tried to imply that USGCA forgot about a stage in the application process and I needed to pay more. Asked for it in writing via email. Blocked their phone numbers and email addresses.
Contacted last night by (646) 585-2084 and received email from James Klodnicki, Immigration Enterprises about my Green card application. Never answered the call or email.
List of numbers used: (646) 741-3242, (646) 568-7779, (917) 9792487 (USGCA), (917)475-0131 (USGCA), (888) 544-9166 (USALWS),

Do not want to stop the process andcrefund
USALWS called me and went through the whole process of applying dating that I've qualified for the next step. Long story short they said I need to pay 1 700 and in my own stupidity I accepted that it was Rand. I have them my bank details (I know it was my mistake) and then they withdrew the money. When I received the notice from my bank while talking to them I saw it was R17 000 + that was withdrawn. I immediately requested them to stop the whole process and to refund my money. I can not afford that amount as I have another payment to make for my car here in South Africa. They refused and said that they have it on tape that I have them permission. I explained the misunderstanding and confusion and begged them ..."please I can't afford R17 000+"...They refused and said that they will get back to me but I just knew...I have lost my money. Please take note that I requested them to reverse this money within 5 minutes after they've taken it. Please ? I'm in desperate need of your help.

I was contacted by email out of the blue in regards to a greencard registration I did with USGCA 2 years ago (!). And was called 6 times on June 21 and 14 times on a Sunday morning June 24, 2018 between 9am-12pm CET. After not answering I received an email that they couldn't get hold of me and I need to return the call. After I requested the alleged documents which they told me they received from USGCA I didn't hear anything anymore. Isn't it weird that an Immigration Officer is calling you out of New York at 3am EST local time to discuss your file with you and do an interview because of a governmental timeline they have to meet. This is so ridiculous!

Filled in the Green Card Lottery application which popped up. But, 3rd page required $160 to continue with the application so I shutdown the page. Got a call from Michael a hour or so after my application. Went through some family details and then informed that they would do 2 applications for the next 5 years for myself and wife. We supposedly have a 1/30 chance as South Africa was on the primary list of countries to which the Green Cards were open. Then they required my Credit Card details and I asked them why? He mentioned that in order to secure and enter my application they need Eur600 from me to continue the application and this was a one-time offer. Immediately the alarm bells went off and I started backtracking. He suggested I speak to his Supervisor a "Michelle Prior". She said all the same things about them being vetted by the government of the USA and that this was the way things are done in the USA and that a refund would be possible if I was not happy etc...... Long story, but I said I would not pay until I see a contract and they started backing off and telling me that I would not have the same chance of getting the Green Card if I don't complete the payment immediately etc..
I decided to end the call at this point.
I cannot 100% determine if this is a legitimate methodology or if it's a scam but it felt uncomfortable and enough warning signs were there to make the decision I took.

My name is Baraka and I was loving in Australia when this scan on occurred. It started in 2016 but until 2018 I'm still receiving these bloody emails even after they have scammed me and I have found out they are deadly criminals.
Anyways it began as something kept popping up on my Facebook about my eligibility for lottery and green card to migrate to USA so I finally filled my details.

I signed up on their website to get registered. Shortly after I got a call from them, talking me into paying for their service. After I paid, no more contact besides some “congratulations, your in” auto generated emails. Called then several times, no success in cancelling even it says I can on their web site (with 15% reduction)

An advert popped up on a trusted app (or so i thought) of mine (which i have since, deleted). Advertising a company that confirms if u are legible to get into the states and they help obtain a green card. I entered contact details to jear what they had to say... almost instantaneously a lady called and started asking me personal questions. So i told her to give me all the service offerings and the full company name to i could do some research on it (cant trust anyone these days). I told her to call the following day she said no prob. An hour later she called again bombarding me qith the questions again straight away, so i said to her that i requested she call the next day - why is she calling me now.. thank goodness i did some research and saw quite a few scam alerts on google before she called the second time. Anyway, she said that her boss told her that it cant wait until the next day, that if i didnt complete the application that day that my application would get trashed. So i told her to trash it and she hung up. Im posting this notice to a**ist people like the previous people that posted the notice a**isted me.

I filled the details from their website next day they rang me and told that we are from Usalws visa from New York City. To help you to get usa visa or green card holder. So first you have to pay 400 dollar for lawyer to run your case. After that we put on the list than you have to wait for 4months to get visa.

Green card Lottery showed up a few minutes in Flipboard app. Paid 15€ with fortunately a prepaid Visa card.
A Christine Williams, she said contacted me and manipulated me. I stopped the game when she was so heavy telling me I was an intelligent person, and asked for my last credit card digits. I received also by email a list of documents to send them back , perfect for identity fraud and money theft.

I WAS AWARE OF THE INFORMATION IN THE OFFICIAL GREEN CARD LOTTERY SITE AND LUCKILY I HAD RELATIVES THAT GAVE ME ADVISE TO NOT FALL FOR THAT. SO WHAT I DID I TOLD THEM THEY CAN TAKE THE MONEY BUT I BLOCKED ALL KIND OF 3RD PARTY BANK EXTRACTIONS. BUT THEY ACTUALLY SPOKE LONG ENOUGH TO ME AND I ANSWERED ALL THE QUESTIONS THAT THEY GAVE ME SO THEY HAVE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION. ANYWAYS THEY CALLING ME ALLMOST 2 YEARS LATER THAT IM A WINNER WANTING FROM ME 1050 DOLLARS. THEY FILED ME SOME FAKE DOCUMENTS ON MY EMAIL FOR INTERVIEW BUT ITS OBVIOUS THE EMBLEM IS BLURRY AND NOT READABLE. I CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHY THE USA LET THIS SCAMMERS PLAY LIKE THAT. ITS A SHAME!

I was contacted via phone on the morning of 07/06/17 by USA LWS, a US Visa and green card agency that claimed that they can increase an applicant's chances of getting selected in the "US green card lottery program" amongst other services that are listed on their website https://usalws.com/
The representative identified herself as "Sheryl" (after I enquired), who went on to ask whether I have ever been to the US, If I had a green card whether I would choose to work, study or reside in the US, then she requested my nationality, place of birth, age, marital status, education level, and address. After I provided her with such, she told me her company (USA LWS) would apply to the green card lottery on my behalf for the next eight (8) years, and I was guaranteed to receive it (US green card). She then requested my credit card credentials and provided me with an ID number ". After which she informed me that this ID number should be provided whenever I contact the company in the future as it served to easily access/track my US green card application status.
I was then transferred to an individual whom identified himself as "John Porter", he said he was the "Head of Immigration" at USA LWS, and based on my education background and interests, he would offer to have me join a unique "V.I.P" program the company offers that was reserved for Doctors and Lawyers that need Green cards, at a cost of $1500EU. The cost of the initial 8 year package offered cost 400EU, which was charged. I then questioned whether a refund would be given for the addition charge, what would have been $1900EU, which he agreed to refund me. John Porter also assured me that this program will guarantee me my US green card, then he asked me to send him a passport photo and a copy of my passport, before telling me that I can always call the company if I had any further questions.

After 15 euros payment in goodadvice.com for US immigration services, USLWS.COM called me (Christine) to make 1200 further payments (after a half an hour talk at the phone)!
They charged 600, coz I had no more. By night I made a small research about these people I found that they are professional Internet robbers/liers/cheaters. So many strange questions and irregularities pushed me to do that.
Hopefully these lines help others no to fall like some of us!

They promise legal assistance is obtaining green card to USA. First you pay $600 to file application. Then they call you with great news you have been approved for green card process but it'll be another 2000 euros. When I cancelled shortly after, they took a month to reply and said o it's too late, no refunds.

After telling you that they received your form, they “guide” you through the procedure giving generic information, all the while asking a lot of personal questions and giving you fake compliments (i.e. “you sound so intelligent, you must be more intelligent than me” etc) in broken English, and then ask for a credit card. They need to charge 400€ for “5 years of continuous application, but we give you 1 year for free”. I said I am not interested if this application includes a payment, and she said “don’t worry about the money you can pay little by little by money is the last thing you should worry about” - oh really?! - after which she asked for my credit card security number, and when I repeated I am not giving my credit card details she got mad and said “Madam I see you are not trusting us so for this year you’re disqualified.

I have done the application for the green card lottery online. Usalws called me on my Italian number and asked me lot of questions about who I am, what were my reasons to go live in the States and my requirements. They interviewed me for about 45 min on the phone, then told me I was so eligible to enter the States and they'd take care of my visas application. They told me you have to pay now or your application will be lost. I gave them 200 euro, all I had on my prepaid card and told them I was gonna go to the bank to put more. (They asked me 600$ for both me and my partner).
I believe in good people and I did thought they were someone from he government that were recruiting good fellas to go live the American dream. When I realized it was a scam I did try to call them on the phone a milion time (no answer) and try to talk to them and get a refund. In just few hours, I sent all the informations they asked me to provide in maximum 3 days to get a refund back and they said "sorry the refund is not possible", without giving actual explanations. They did not answer further to any of my mails. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES! THEY ARE SCAM AND PARASITE WHO FEED ON PEOPLE'S DREAM!

I applied for a diversity Visa. I began getting calls and was somewhat suspicious but was ultimately reassured later. After numerous attempts to get a payment from me, I believed that I need to pay a fee to enter the lottery of 160 USD. I remember reading on the website that there was a similar payment so I paid it. About a month later I got another call demanding a payment of 1000 euros. I was on the phone for 50 minutes and asked numerous questions before hanging up.
