I placed an order for a pair of sneakers on 3/22 the item was delivered quickly however, I received the incorrect size. When I called customer service they acknowledged it was their error and said I would be sent the correct size. I returned the incorrect size back. After a day, I never received a confirmation email regarding shipping of my new order, so I called customer service. I was told it would take a few days for the item to be reviewed etc. which was not told to me when I placed the original call. I was so frustrated and annoyed I then canceled the entire order. I checked the site again to reorder the item only to realize it was no longer in stock. I’m assuming this is why I didn’t receive a shipping email. I then placed an order for another pair of sneakers. However, this time I never received the item. Customer service was not helpful and didn’t seem to care that I didn’t receive my package. This is the second time I didn’t receive a package from UO. This was my last time ordering from the merchant. Management needs to consider using other delivery carriers to ensure customers receive their package. Had I received the correct size the first time I ordered this wouldn’t have happened.

I ordered chairs for my apartment from Urban Outfitters online. When I got them they didn't work so I reached out to customer service and they said to package them back up and they would be picked up. There is no option to return in stores. I did exactly as was asked, used the label provided and got the tracking info. The chairs were picked up. A month later I still not have received a refund, the chairs are "lost" and their "shipping department is investigating" before i can get my money back. These chairs were not inexpensive and it is extremely frustrating not to get my refund back because of their shipping errors. I have contacted customer service four times already and they tell me every time that the shipping department will be in touch with me in 24-48 hours. I WILL NEVER ORDER FURNITURE FROM THEM AGAIN!

I always had excellent service, above and beyond what I expected. I know people love to complain but when you've had as many great experiences as I have both online and in store I have to give the credit and balance things out. Good job.

customI placed an order on 8th June and on 14 send an email regarding my order and was replied that it was to be dispatched soon. I send an another email on 15th soon after hour I received an email saying they have cancelled my order due to stock availability. I have never experienced such a stupidity. You can’t trust them they are not shame of their unprofessional act.
