Rude and bad customs service, first of all.
Sending two invoices to my old address which is not registered in their website, then stopping the service without calling or informing, to discover that they send the invoices to inkasso!!!!!!

Be careful! If you order bredband through their website, there are hidden fees and contracts. There’s an initial 99kr start fee that comes as a surprise, but even worse you’ll end up with a secret contract for 12 months where you have to pay for telephone. This is because they send you a low quality router that offers a home telephone.
If you check your pages on there site, it states that the phone has no binding time and can be canceled instantly, but they tell you otherwise if you try to cancel via telephone support, which takes often hours to get through. You are given the option to buy out the contract for 699kr, even though you didn’t order it in the first place.

Very often when phoning out on our landline telephone, we hear the engaged signal (beeps) from the phone of the people we are trying to call - EVEN WHEN WE KNOW FOR A FACT THAT THE LINE IS NOT BEING USED BY THE PEOPLE WE ARE TRYING TO CALL. This happens very often, and is very frustrating. We often have to dial and redial up to a dozen times before getting through.
We have reported this several times, and have been promised it will be investigated : but still nothing is done, and the phone does not dial out as it should.

Does exactly what every one of the other 200 providers through stadsnät does, they hook you up and charge you for your conneciton. Had very few problems with connectivity, and when something did happen, it was related to higher-level problems (physical issues with stadsnät) rather than their service.
The customer service is very decent and easy to work with (although they do ask you all the "dumb user questions", even when you say there is no need :) ), however they have pretty narrow opening hours.

sometimes internet access is disconnected, sometimes it is not accessible, some problems with NAT and DNS! but I dont know exactly what they are. in general, I am happy with my internet access :)

For many years I have had trouble free service at a very economical price. It a uncomplicated service that just works! I am only disappointed that their service doesn't include broadband delivered via fibre net because I would have that also.
