I rented a flat through UMS for 5 months (Oct. 2018 to Feb. 2019) near Basel and it went smoothly. The customer service is extremely responsive and professional, one of the best I have seen to be honest.
It's a really good mean of finding temporary accommodation when you are moving to Switzerland.
