Top Reviews from Reliable SourcesWayne Bearder I recently purchased a T-shirt from…I recently purchased a T-shirt from timberland and after two washes the colour and completely faded bubbles on the clothes and stitching coming out and branding on the front of the T-shirt . I emails Timbaland and their response was it’s due to wear and tear after wearing it twice the and two washes. Surely a quality brand should not be in this condition I personally will not ever be buying from timberland again. Although the customer service we are polite and seem like they wanted to help. There was no help. And with the push for sustainability and buying quality over quantity. I think they’ve got sales strategy all wrong. Really like to post the pictures so so people can see how poor a quality there product or and avoid the disappointment I have had. The breathability of the shoe is so poor that after 30 mins of use it becomes clammy and uncomfortable. The width is very poor and not conducive for broad feet. Then there's the lack of heel grip. The shoe constantly slips off at the heel each time you walk. Had to stick heel grips which help but are still not ideal. This shoe is very bad. Never again! But there were some problems with my orders delivery. I has been waiting my boots for about 2 weeks. Now the boots i have bought 3 years ago are still going strong with plenty of wear in them still, and are still cushion soft in side mind you there were £144 so no complaints as of yet.. GenuineTimberlands are awesome I'm not sure what some of you other guys paid for, I've been wearing them about 25 years now, a pair lasts years and they are great with thick socks . Good real Timb's 6 inch premium boots, good gear. I've got the pair I wore new years 1999 ( retired now) Date of experience: December 20, 2022 Dated: Wed Dec 21 Source: Trustpilot Alena Anderson I think Timberland are getting a really…I think Timberland are getting a really bad rap to be honest! Yes they sent me all the wrong items, and after reading the reviews I thought I struggled to get a refund but the customer service people I spoke with were exceptionally helpful & also I did get a beaut pair of boots. So don’t be put off by the neg reviews, if it does go wrong they’ll make good of it. Date of experience: March 25, 2022 Dated: Wed May 25 Source: Trustpilot Yaiza Naíla Torreiro Villarino DisappointingI ordered a pair of boots from their Black Friday deals. Everything was quick, my order was meant to arrive soon to me. However, the delivery company hired never delivered the parcel although they said they did and this was resolved - delivery company admitted fault as there was some dodgy practice from the driver. Timberland was quick to deliver my refund following the investigation, however, after a week of headaches from Timberland and Yodel I just wanted my boots. Timberland only offered me a refund and refused to ship me my item because the boots I had ordered were no longer in sale. I believe it is clear that it is not my fault a poor delivery company was hired in the first place and there was no compensation for the lack of delivery of the item purchased nor the hassle they put me through to prove that I wasn't the one lying but Yodel's driver, which I repeat, was proven and accepted in writing by Yodel. Extremely poor customer service from both companies. Date of experience: December 11, 2021 Dated: Sat Dec 11 Source: Trustpilot Jen Smith Absolutely rubbish storeAbsolutely rubbish store! Order is still processing after a week. No updates, no information, no anything! I’ve emailed a few times asking for it to be cancelled as I’m not waiting any longer and just want my money back. I read all the terrible reviews after I placed the order and I’m annoyed with myself for not reading them first but seriously, how can a huge brand like Timberland treat their customers like crap?! This is my first time ordering from Timberland and will definitely be my last. I’ve since heard the boots just fall apart after a few months anyway. No thanks! I’ve opened a case with Paypal as I’ve got a feeling it will be a huge fight to get my money back from these thieves! Preparing myself for the lies they are about to tell. I don’t want your stinking boots anymore, just give me my money back, you clowns! Edit: Wow I was really frustrated when I wrote this review! Clowns? Haha! Just wanted to add that, although it took several emails and a bit of a while to get a response, Timberland came through and cancelled my order & refunded my money really quickly! I think I was just really worried after reading several bad reviews that the same things I read about would happen to me. So I just thought I should let others know about the outcome. Just keep pushing if you haven’t had a response yet! Date of experience: January 21, 2019 Dated: Mon Jan 21 Source: Trustpilot Marko Jelincic Timberland shoes - squeaking solesI bought Timberland outdoor shoes. I was satisfied first. After 5 years the soles started to squeak. I bought a new pair of Timberland shoes, because I liked the shoes otherwise. The new pair started to squeak after 6 months (right shoe). It is obviously very frequent error. It is so annoying that I can no longer use the shoes. As I haven’t kept the receipt i couldn’t use the warranty. I wanted some expert advice from them how to fix it, but their customer service is only chatbot which was unhelpful. I couldn’t send an email. Advice: keep the receipt for 12 months but also this is not guarantee that it will help. I am very disappointed that I cannot use them any more, because I don’t buy outdoor shoes every year. I expect that such shoes last at least 5 winter seasons and normaly they do.
