I want to say thank you so so much CARRIE AND MJ! I bought tickets from ticketnetwork and the person that sold them never sent me the tickets so I called and asked what was happening and they helped resolve the issue. I never got the tickets from the person BUT Carrie and MJ got me tickets to see Harry Styles. I appreciate it very much. Thank you to you guys and your team for helping make my night spectacular! P. s I think that seller should no longer be allowed to sell on your site. I dont think Ill be the last one that happens to.

I purchased tickets to the 2020 NCAA Wrestling Championships for all sessions and received a receipt for 1 of 6 sessions. No onw would pay $2900 for 1 session? I tried fighting it but didn't win with my credit card company. Screenshot the tickets you are purchasing! Covid 19 caused the event to get cancelled! Company told me 3x credit card is inactive. I fought for 4 months to get my money back & had to provide new card number. This company should be put out business. Absolutely crooked! Stay away at all costs!

Purchased tickets to see Doobie Brothers in October. Mistakingly didn’t notice the concert was scheduled for 2021! So I politely asked for a refund and said I would do business with them later closer to the event date. Their emailed responses to my payments and website all say “100% money back guarantee” well, nothing could be further from the truth. Buyer beware. So now, after 2 phone conversations and both ending very rudely on their end, I’m seeking lawyer advice and part of that advice is to submit as many complaints as possible against them. Submitted a complaint to BBB Connecticut as that’s where their business is located
