The face mask looks good although after trying it I noticed very quickly that the design wasn't too comfortable, so I decided to sew the ends of the mask to allow the mask nicely cling to the face. Original design created holes and it didn't look like it should. I also added plastic strip to allow mask form around nose. Before it was just cotton. Now my mask looks like mask and fits perfectly.

Very low quality. Designer's image was lovely but the transfer was sub par. I followed the directions and the transfer started peeling significantly after the second wash. No option to review on the threadless website.

The place to go to get an attention getting T-shirt. This is usually artsy and very graphic. This isn't the kind of thing that you just see at Walmart: these are several tiers above that level. If you're into some niche hobby they probably have a dozen designs about it. Really good quality too.

Quick delivery and some cool designs but the quality of the prints and the TShirts are poor, these were for gifts and they do not even have tags, and the Tshirt sourced are poor quality. I am embarrassed the give them as gifts they look like shirts I got from the $2 shop!!! Will not shop here again.

I contacted Threadless about this problem, and they were very happy to send us new shirts. From now on I will make sure to wash them according to the instructions. Maybe the orange shirt was washed in cold all these years which could explain why it held up so much better. Honestly, I can't say for sure. But I was very pleased that Threadless did what they could to make it right!

Good quality, unique tees - I ordered 6 for various family members. I even ordered a duplicate on accident and they immediately got back to me about it and refunded the money.

I ordered the wrong size tshirts for my son and Threadless are going to send out replacement tshirts at no cost to me. What wonderful customer service. They responded quickly to my enquiry and are so easy to communicate with.
The other tshirts are the same great quality I've always had from their tshirts.

My husband and I each ordered a mask with a cool prints on them. The masks that came are unfortunately HUUUGE and just sag off our faces, serving no function whatsoever. The fabric is also extremely thin and stretchy so they wouldn't be super effective even if they did fit. They're aren't adjustable in any way, so they really just are useless to us. We paid $17 for each of them and are extremely disappointed with what we received.

After Threadless claimed no shipping delays they refused to ship my item on time. They then repeatedly lied to me about the status of the shipment. Telling me it was shipping soon after two weeks late. Then realizing due to a bug they forgot to process my order at all.
The refused to bump my order up to the front. They then promised they would upgrade my shipping to UPS 2nd day air. They then actually shipped it via DHS and USPS. When telling me the order shipped it sat in their warehouse for now over two days before they bothered to take it to the carrier.
My items now are over a month late from the latest shipping time, and they still have not shipped.

Just so everyone knows , this company is NOT USA based . They use addresses in the United States for contact info but come from China , hence the horrible quality .

I've ordered 5 tshirts in the highest quality offered from Threadless's store. I paid extra for a quicker shipping, but I get surprised with long delays, which later after contacting them, it turned out they have used the slower shipping method because they didn't pay attention. They refunded my extra charges.
At first glance, the shirts looked amazing, I wore them right away, but after only one or two washes, I was shocked by the results .. The designs fade and peel off, they made a mess in my washing machine and left debree on my other clothes. After complaining, they automatically sent me a replacement (Without asking me first), but then I had to pay for shipping and taxes in cash upon receipt .. Anyhow .. New replacement shirt, same story. Look at the pictures and see for yourself.

They delivered all of my mask orders on time! Good quality, soft, and fun art! Both the premium (black elastic) and regular (white elastic) are good! And the artwork is cute!!

Received my shirts, and I am appalled at the quality. It's been a few years since I purchased from threadless, and I will not again. The quality is garbage. All four shirts I purchased have extremely low quality prints on them, and 2 of the 4 shirts are laughably crooked. I paid nearly $100 for 4 shirts and patiently waited 3 weeks.... I couldn't be more disappointed.

update- I finally received my shirts today so that’s 10 days shipping time 24 days total from order to me. Drop DHL and I might order from here again. The printing on the shirts seems to be fine. Looks like printing you would get at any store. Though two of the shirts are the wrong color one was supposed to be green with white printing I got white with green printing and the other shirt that was wrong I ordered a grey shirt it’s was supposed to be a solid lighter grey I got that grey you see in 1980’s sweat pants you know that sweet grey. I guess time will tell on the quality of the printing.
I ordered 5 shirts on May 30th I received an email from Threadless stating my order has been shipped on June 13th it is being shipped via DHL and USPS from Florida to Wisconsin. 14 days to get 5 shirts together and I noticed one mess up on my order already one of the shirts I ordered was supposed to be green and it’s coming in white I hate white t shirts. Now we are working on 9 days to ship and that’s if they come tomorrow. So 23 days so far for 5 shirts. This place is back in the Stone Age or just don’t care. This time frame is a joke are they walking the package did the DHL van breakdown halfway here or what. After reading the reviews on here I’m skeptical about the quality. First time ordering from threadless after this experience don’t think there will be another from me. I’ll update this when I actually receive my shirts on the quality.

Ordered two 24x36 prints from Threadless for $65 each. The product description states that each print will have a 1” border. One print is great but the other print they sent me is just a 17x23 print on a 24x36 piece of paper, and on top of that the print is messed up at the top. Did I really pay an extra $30 over what they charge for an 18x24 print to receive an extra large border??? I immediately contacted customer service via their website, and have received no reply in 4 days. on social media they respond saying “they’ll look into it” and also do literally nothing about it. if you’re going to order from them, just understand that if anything is messed up, you will be left holding the bag

I opened a store to offer merch for my music. I ordered a sample of each of the products I intended to offer, before making the store public, which cost me $238.
To this date, I've received most products and have found that most of them, across the different categories, look very cheap. The digital printing is always blurry (much less definition than in the original images).
The supposedly white background of some products looks more like cream than white.
The notepad was packaged with a 90° angle bend because they didn't want to use a larger box.
The pillows have knots in the fabric and even light brownish stains.
The top of the skateboard is a very ugly green wood while a different black top is shown on the product photos
A friend of mine ordered a zip pouch and came up with the same opinion.
The website may look nice enough, but the products they actually deliver are far from making the cut and would damage any artist's reputation. Obviously I will have to go somewhere else.
It's a shame that, apart from the loss of time, I've lost my money as well.

Update- they reached out, got me sorted, and will be trying to get the articles updated. I didn’t start with high hopes, but customer service really came through.
I bought several of their face masks after reading about Chicago-based companies switching gears to produce masks. The masks I received were garbage. 2-ply, non-reversible, and no wire, all of which were touted in their interviews. I bought 2 masks that actually come with filter pockets for $4 from target and I can add wires for free. Super disappointed in Threadless.

Ordered 2 pants and 3 t-shirts on May 13th. Now it is June 10th . And I have received only 1 pair of pants and 1 t-shirt. Customer service does not answer. And now am leaving the address where the order was supposed to be shipped. So I will never receive the products, even if by some miracle they arrive. Will customer service ever answer ? Will I get reimbursed ? To be continued but right now my advice is STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !
