Je Peux que dire du bien sur WatchBox switzerland.
Tout à commencé juste avant le CODIV19, j'envois une note de renseignement sur une Bell&Ross Vintage.
Je reçois un retour de mail après divers échanges, je me décide.
Bien, entendu, je ne fus pas très sécurisé, d'établir un virement d'une certaine somme car avec tout se que l'on voit de nos jours.
Bref, je me lance!!!
Ce fut une grande surprise car mon interlocuteur, Louis.V, fut d'une gentillesse extrême, d'une patience et d'un professionnalisme exemplaire.
Lors, du confinement, il m'a même proposé le remboursement, de ma montre.
Bien entendu, je ne l'ai pas fait..... et je ne regrette pas du tout car je suis ravie de mon achat
A la livraison (montre bloqué en Douane), il y a eu un petit problème avec Fedex, Louis.V et son manager, on réglé le problème dans l'heure avec des envois watsapp pour me tenir informé.

I receive a return email after various exchanges, I decide.
Of course, I was not very secure, to establish a transfer of a certain amount because with everything we see these days.
In short, I start !!!
It was a great surprise because my interlocutor, Louis.V, was extremely kind, patient and of exemplary professionalism.
During confinement, he even offered to reimburse me for my watch.

On delivery (watch blocked in Customs), there was a small problem with Fedex, Louis.V and his manager, we resolved the problem within an hour with watsapp shipments to keep me informed.

Fast reliable and kept me informed

A few weeks ago after an extremely disappointing experience with another online retailer, I ran across Thewatchbox.com. I was a little skeptical to even make an attempt after the hard time I had with the previous dealer, but I had found a watch I liked and decided to inquire about it.

After a brief discussion with an extremely attentive rep, we worked out a deal on a Breitling Colt. Literally a day later the watch arrived at my door... it was crazy because I wasnt eve. Expecting an over night delivery!!!

The box was packaged in a way that not even Ace Ventura could could destroy this thing. It was boxed and secured by packaging peanuts, then inside ANOTHER box secured the same way, and then finally inside the original watch box.

It was in MINT condition as described (even still had the packaging plastic and original tags on it.) It came with all the paperwork and the manufacturer warranty card. I wasnt expecting such a prestine condition piece... but this watch was beautiful. It got me hooked on Breitling as it was my first Breitling purchase, but definitely not my last.

I did make a second attempt at a purchase but I hesitated over night and the piece I had wanted was purchased unfortunately, but it speaks volumes about an online dealer for me to return just three weeks later to purchase another time piece. I will DEFINITELY do regular business with The Watch Box and highly reccomend them to anyone looking for quality pieces and great prices!!!
