I was first contacted by Steve Woods on ctober, 2016 in response to online business inquiries per watching a video on investing money yielding a substantial return. I didn't do my homework and since suffered a financial loss I could ill afford at 82 years of age, investing most of my savings to the tenoption program outlined by Steve Woods, my broker who broke me. I first used credit cards totaling $34K and then started with my savings totaling $66K, both disbursed over a 4 month timeframe. I was led to believe I would receive monthly payments on my investment of $3K to $4K by payments made directly to the creditors used and to my savings. Due to receiving said payments from December, 2016 to February, 2017, totaling $11K all together, I was charged late fees and increased interest rate on one card used affecting my credit rating. Of the $11K refunded to me since it was basically my own money being used as "interest" on my investment, $6K was applied to credit cards by tenoption.com and $5K was actually applied to my savings or checking acct. since my debit card was used as a credit card. As it happened, I was able to recover my credit card losses directly with the creditors used and only $26K from my banking account used, leaving a balance of $40K they refuse to reimburse claiming the interaction between the fraudulent merchant and myself wasn't fraud. The amount the bank did return to me was issued within 2 weeks of being notified of the fraudulent transactions and based on courtesy although I was 2 days late beyond their 120 day notification of fraud timeline. I was not aware of their timeline for fraud and submitted notification of same as soon as I realized I was a scam victim, also submitting a police report to them. Since April, 2017, I have been in communication with my bank and reviewed by several different divisions as I sought reimbursement of my lost $40K going so far as to contact the bank's CFO for consideration, however, their operations manager has declined my request twice as of their final letter dated May 22, 2018. This entire ordeal has been an ongoing nightmare as my savings has dwindled down to despair and I'm now forced to sell my house with a reverse mortgage and move in with my daughter out of state. I was somehow mesmerized by the broker into investing my savings that I could ill afford to do believing in the positive financial future proposed, a sad, sad lesson learned at my age...never invest any funds without checking out the resource first and then some.

August, 2016 was my first unfortunate contact with Arthur Davidson if, that in fact, that is really his name. I became interested in the TENOPTION program because I like trading options and this was supposed to be more educational to teach a new system. But in September Arthur said in order to learn it we had to fund our trading account. He said he would teach us how to do it with the money we put into our account. He urged us to use our credit card to send money. In total, we sent $150,500 in 2016. Arthur sent money back to us here and there when we told him we wanted money. The end of December 2016, Arthur said he was going to take over a TENOPTION office in Singapore so he turned us over to Max Jacob. Max told us that if we invested another $50,000 our money would be secured by an insurance policy that we would be paying 10% for each month. He sent us several documents to back up his claims. He also said TENOPTION would pick up the tab for a cruise - which we didn't care about. Now we are asking ourselves why were we so stupid to believe anything either Arthur or Max even said! But they sent us money and back-up of what they said. We then invested another $50,000 because we thought the money was insured. We have all this documentation with emails from both Arthur and Max. I also know for a fact that Arthur bought a horse ranch 10 miles out of Ramsey on the Isle of Mann where his parents moved. His parents lived in Wembley and Arthur was going to move into their house when they moved. We don't want our story posted because our children don't know anything about this. Our main reason for doing this was to pay off high-cost medications that have been accumulating when I retired. We did not want to burden them.
I have to send the documents from another computer but will do so.
We are devastated.....

Won't return profits!
The received 5 deposits from me which they traded, they returned $250. to prove they were legit. I asked to shut down account when I became suspicious it was a scam. Chase charged back 5 of the charges to Grey Mountain and then stuck me with $250. they claim they overcredited me. That $250. was credited from Tenoptions to my credit card as profit then I was charged back on my card because Chase claim they overcredited my card. I am out $250.00 Chase keep telling me they were looking into it and would try to get all my money including the 2,600 that was still in the account from profits. I told them it was a scam and they charged 5 charges back to Grey Mountain. I'm lucky I'm out $250. but the bank is at fault for that they couldn't seem to understand the situation! Then Options is trying to sell their domain name, the federal trade commission should go after them!

Unable to find TenOptions webpage and no answer from telephone numbers. Asked to withdraw my money in December and until now has not heard from them. Asked for documents as part of their compliance team. Person signing is Alan Marks of the Compliance Team with above phone number. Sent them the documents through Sean White. Was first contacted by Zico Fernandez, then transferred to senior brokers as follows: Nicole Smith, Conrad Costa, and Sean White.

I requested withdrawal of my deposit. I was told it would be in my account by wire transfer in 5-7 days. Two weeks later email disconnected, no response, broker disappeared and account shows no funds. Indian accent probably an alias. My fault for trusting what I thought was a legitimate business. Karma is brutal Mr. Parker (Baghda Vikdom Luza life).

I deposited via wire transfer $100,000 August 2016 and guaranteed 10% monthly compounding. I have never received any statement or monthly report except a website that shows my balance. No historical transaction is reported. However I am seeing the balance increases. Also I have no phone number that I can call my broker except for email. When he calls the phone number doesn’t show on my phone. It is blocked.
My broker, Frank Lee, kept calling for more money and promised to give 20% interest. I then wired transferred another $120,000.00. I was being greedy and gullible with hopes that I can retire from this investment.
After a month I requested for a withdrawal and I never got any response from my broker. I filed a recall at my bank for the money that was wire transferred to Ten Option via Revolution Gateway. Then I received a call from Max Jacob telling me he is a senior compliance manager and is wanting to know why I’m recalling my money. He promised to assist me on the withdrawal/recall request. To make the long story short they have never sent my money back. Too many excuses. The website is gone and Revolution Gateway is closed or no longer in business. Since this money came from my retirement account I now owe IRS a tax, which I don’t know where to get the money to pay it off . Any help or way that we can run after this company will really help us get back with this scammers.

For a month Adrian Bell senior Broker kept calling me to invest with Tenoption I was lured to open an account with $500 then he kept asking for more and introduced me to other more experienced brokers who tell stories about people in the United States making money with TenOption they are connected to wire transfer gateway to collect large sums of money. After the last deposit on March 31 ($10000) the website disappeared and nobody called me and email + phone numbers are dead. I can get receipts from my bank to support this and they use a program called any desk where they take control of your deposit

I started with a deposit of $300.00 on USDA Visa Credit Card.
I conducted 2 more deposits of $300.00, and $300.00.
I contacted them when my account increased to $1,261.08. I tried to put in the required paperwork to withdraw $1,261.08. I called several times to try to close this account but was put on hold, then the phone # went dead. I have tried several more time to contact them using the same phone #1-888-763-4139. I have copies of e-mails that I have also tried too. As of today 4-17-2017, they are still not answering any of my attempts to get any Technical or Consulting Support.

I clicked a link sent via text to my phone, listened to a very convincing video on binary trading, approved a debt for $250 in an attempt to try their services, accidentally clicked the button for payment a second time so had debts of $252 in two separate transactions on 2/2/17 and 2/3/17. Now, when I call the phone number, it automatically hangs up. I cannot get a response via email. At times when customer service does answer via phone, they have promised multiple times to send an instructional email so I can set up an account, then withdraw my funds, but I never receive said email.

I put money from my credit card into tenoption. I lost money and actually started to make money in my account then the web site was not excessable one day. I was in contact with Eugene for 3 months until I couldn't access the web site anymore. Email address suddenly doesn't exist anymore nor does the website. I have supporting documents for use in investigation but don't prefer to make them available to the public.

I deposited $1000 August 2016 and was promised a monthly 10% increase. My account statement showed the increase. My broker, Frank Lee, kept calling for more money with the same promise. OK, I was stupid and gullible and desperate. So I wired my entire account of $84,000. It did increase to $102,000 plus. I first requested a withdrawal last October of $15,000. I have never received it. I kept getting multiple excuses, if they answered the phone. My broker has never called me back or emailed me. Finally I requested to close my account and withdraw the remaining $102,000 plus. I have yet to receive a penny. It is now April 2017. Does anyone know how to solve this serious problem? Can the FBI do anything? Can any agency do anything? I am desperate as my house is now going into foreclosure. I am a disabled senior citizen.

After watching videos of people making large sums of money quickly, I fell for the scam at Ten Option. I deposited $500.00 with them and they promised a 8% minimum return. Nothing happened after several weeks and I tried to withdraw my deposit and they wouldn't give it back. My balance went to 572.00 after several complaints and then my "Broker", Stephen Gomes said I needed to authorize "long-term trades" to maximize my returns, which I did. My balance went down to less than a dollar and after contacting Mr. Gomes, he kept telling to to check back and wait for an update. Now the website and email addresse are shut down and it's obvious that it was a scam and I got ripped-off.

I saw a video on Binary trading using a computer to make the trades. ( Quantum Code. You can start with 300.00 Ok I was willing too risk 300. I got called by about 3 or 4 different trading companies 1 of which was Ten Option. I could find anything bad about them so I gave it a shot. I had to do 500, then the account manager said that was not enough and wanted 5000. I said no way. he would do any trading and but convinced me to do 500 more. They tried running my card for 1000 but luckily it declined. Stephan Gomes did trading 1 day and my account went Fromm 1000 to about 1250. He then called me like he was a god and wanted more before he would trade. He keep calling me with different gimmicks to sell me on investing more money and was incessant on not using another source. When I requested my money returned my account dropped down to .05 then was closed all together.

I saw a video on investing in binary trades so I thought I would take a chance and give it a try. So September 2016 I first invested $500.
Then last November I was talked into investing in an additional $300. They continued to try to get me to invest in more money.
So my total invested was $800 and when I deposited the 500 they also added in $100. Then in February it grew to $1271. So I requested a withdrawal. I even received an email stating that the withdrawal was being processed. Well it never came.
So I called and they said that I needed to provide them photo ID, recent utility bill, copy of my credit card used, and 2 other documents with my signature.
Well after I submitted all that and they verified it they told me that my money was put back into trading and that I would be able to redo my withdrawal on 4/13.
And on 3/31 I discovered that this web site was taken down and their phone number is not working.
I feel that I have been scammed out of $800 from these people so I'm contacting my banks fraud department in the morning.
If they are scamming everyone, especially those who have invested a lot more money than me, I hope we can catch them and I can get my money back.
I'm on a fixed Social Security income and I simply cant afford to loose this money ($800).

I saw this video about making lots of money &I responded. After that, I got a phone call from the company to make my deposit that will double my money in no time.At first, I resisted but he did not stop there. He keeps calling me together with another person named Ron Andrade saying that he is the financial manager of the company, iTEN option. They were so positive with their promise of making me believe that what they were saying is true. They were successful in letting me wire $3000 & will give me $2000 in bonus after he mentioned thatI was wiring the money to BARKLEYS BANK, broker .a famous bank in the US.
The next day another guy from the same company whose name is Kay D Costa took over, introducing himself a broker. whenever I call the company I was assured that everything is going great. After 2 months I was called by Arthur Davidson telling me that he is taking over my account cause Kay D Costa had left. He asked me to make another deposit saying that he had to recover my losses with $100 left in my account. I was so furious that they lost my money so fast.I told him that I could no longer trust the company.I need help to recover my money if at all possible.
