Telstra runs Belong Mobile. They cut off my mothers network service without warning. She is in her 80s, a recent widow, who then suffered a major stroke. She uses the service for emergencies and for her Apple Watch health alerting. Telstra does not care about people, only profit. The entire country would be better off without them.

A pathetic customer service department, located outside Australia. Populated by people with poor levels of English fluency. I feel their sole role was to prevent customers receiving satisfaction. Their lack of technical expertise is demonstrated by always insisting the customer's equipment was faulty. As an older Australian, I was subjected to senility innuendo because of age.
