Ordered the shirt three weeks ago. Been in printing ever since. When I asked about the order I got told the machine broke and they had to reprint it and that I should have some “sympathy for them”. Don’t waste your money. It was a present and I still had to go out for something else because this didn’t arrive in the time frame they state.

Ordered one shirt as a gift. Never received, now I think it was never shipped and I was provided a bogus tracking number. Bad customer service - their emails contain a photo to dupe customers into thinking it's legitimate.
BEWARE of this company -- beware of ANY company that does business under multiple names (in this case, teeshirt21 AND Dino21). Scammers, period.

I ordered and received a t-shirt, but it was much smaller than the size chart said it would be. I contacted the company by email, since no one ever answered the phone. They had me send photos showing the width of the shirt. Then nothing. I contacted them again. They had me send photos of the inside tags. They kept saying they were sending these photos to the printing department to prove the shirt was too small. The "100% satisfaction" their ad states meant nothing! Every time I contacted them, they said they were sorry and would refund my money. After almost 2 months, I filed a complaint with PayPal and (thank you, PayPal) I have finally received a refund.

BUYER'S BEWARE! Never received merchandise. I placed a order on 1/31/20 was told it was delivered on 2/15/20. (It wasn't) I contacted UPS, was told to contact the Merchant. Jessica at Teeshirt21 support emails me that she checked and it was delivered to contact the Post Office,or ask a relative. We were all home on 2/15/20 and nobody in my family or very small neighborhood (12 homes, 1 street) has seen my package. We have camera's at the front door. There was never a delivery on 2/15/20. Our mailbox has a lock on it so, you need a key. I left all my information with this company, UPS Tracking#, order#, package ID, Package ID Code, Package Sequence#. They have shown no interest in trying to find out what happened to my order. I would NEVER recommend doing business with this company. You pay for merchandise and NEVER receive it.

If I could give a zero I would. Ordered 3 shirt for Xmas and the order did not arrive on time. It wasn't even processed until 12/23 and I ordered it 12/12. 1 shirt was fine, one was so so and the 3rd was horrible. It looked like I printed it myself on cheap printer and washed it 10 times. The colors were faded, none of the characters had eyes, just white spaces. I contacted them and sent them pic 3 times and I have yet to receive a refund/replacement. It's now mid February! I would never purchase from them again, save your money and time and find it elsewhere. Or better yet get an iron-on pic and do it yourself!

I ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter for Christmas on December 10th. I paid the $7.99 shipping fee and I was guaranteed delivery by Christmas. After sending out 3 requests for a tracking number I finally received a response on December 26. Jessica from “Customer Service” said that my package had been shipped and would arrive by December 28. When I checked the tracking number I saw that my order wasn’t processed until December 23. The package didn’t arrive until January 2. I contacted them twice now about refunding the shipping charge and didn’t get any response. I have contacted the Federal Trade Commission because they didn’t notify me of any delay and my bank is disputing the shipping charge. Save yourself hassle and find a different company to use. It will make your life easier.

Stolen designs. Avoid and shop elsewhere and lots of designs are stolen on here. Unless you like paying for a low quality screenshot and funding theives. Then go ahead, but don't cry when the quality is awful.

First it took 3 weeks to be delivered and then the shirt was smaller than advertised. Took two emails to even get a response and then was told I could not exchange the shirt but they would sell me another one. Not gonna happen.
