I would give them 0 stars. The most horrific experience after being their customer for 11 years almost... Worst customer service ever, with people that are lying in your face when actually don't want or cannot resolve your issues, worst signal and especially if you have a 5G phone don't expect to have 5G signal anywhere. Also I've bought a $1400 Samsung Galaxy S 20 Ultra 5G from them and after only 3 months didn't work properly and they've done nothing for 6 months of weekly complaining. In the end they changed it with a refurbished one the blocked after 2 days. So please do yourself a favor find a better option, my experience was traumatic as I lost many days on the phone with them, not hours, in 6 months I've lost days! Just yesterday the whole day until past midnight when I was done with them for good.

Wish I could give 0 stars or negative stars. They are crooked and lie and keep charging me after my phone has been off for three months and I am disputing the charge with my credit card company and t-mobile sends me a collections letter with an additional charge for my payment not going through, I have spent hours on the phone with their customer service over time since making the mistake to switch to them and they DO NOT resolve anything. Last time they put me on hold and after 30 min on hold I hung up. Complete crap of a company! Do not do business with them

I was a Sprint customer for many years and happy. In 2020, they merged with T-Mobil and I have had nothing but problems. Terrible service, cell and customer. I have a ongoing 6 month issue that they have used every loophole possible to get out of insurance replacement 2 phones now and terrible service. It will now go to small claims court to resolve. It seemed to me impossible to get information and help from anyone. Pushed from person to person with nothing ever resolved.

Just want to submit a comment. T-Mobile does great for deals for new customers but not for current customers. Especially customers that have been on android and want to switch to iphone. Have no prior iPhone to exchange. Only android. The only way to get a good deal on new iphone is to switch phone companies. All companies have this issue, not just T-Mobile where they have great deals for bringing on new customers just not for current customers. Something to think about.

I recently got 5g service with t-mobile and it's the pits.
If you're in a good service area it is fast but, if you like to go to the beach or the mountains or, as in my case, are 10 feet out of the coverage area it sucks. I get no service at home, even connected to wifi.
I'm also a truck driver and need service for emergencies and road conditions and get nothing from Pendleton, Oregon to Ontario, Oregon except for a brief moment through Baker City. I had to drive 10 miles to report a roll over.
I've called technical support and have had several texting conversations and nothing has improved.
I keep telling them that 5g doesn't work for me and want my money back and my 4g service back and nothing.
I feel they're stonewalling me past my money back period so I'll be stuck with this.
Stay away from 5g until they can cover as much as 4g.
And another thing, how come the 5g phones can't get 4g service but get LTE, 3g, and 2g? That's just stupid and would solve their lousy 5g problems until they really can reach the same coverage areas.
STAY 4G for a few more years if you want any service.

T-Mobile at first appeared to be a step up from Verizon's shoddy customer service. I was able to set up cellular services with T-Mobile and have my phone numbers ported quite easily via phone with their representative(s). That always seems to be the easiest part when attempting to obtain any service - T-Mobile is not an exception in taking potential customers hard earned cash and in a prompt fashion. Their reps were courteous, friendly and appeared to be quite knowledgeable — again, a step up from Verizon. However, and stay with me here for this is almost amusing (emphasis being on almost), T-Mobile sold me cellular service for an area that they do not provide cellular coverage for. Yes, you read that right. They obtained my location information, verified my location information and then sold me a package for non-existent cellular services. What? Now I am in the process of finding yet another cellular company that does indeed provide cellular coverage for my area. Third time lucky it's been said. We'll see. There is an issue on the table here of the money I paid this company for the activation fee for such non-services. The first rep I spoke to said she couldn't refund an activation fee which led me to speak with a supervisor. This supervisor initially said the same thing — stating she was as high up in management as I could go to have this issue resolved. She was it. Excuse me? - I think not. As usual, I persisted and between her speaking to her management team (of which I was just informed didn't exist), they were able to circumvent the inability to refund the activation fee to my bank account by issuing a pre-loaded debit card for the activation amount that I could use anywhere as a debit card. This said card is "supposed" to be mailed to my home address — but "be advised it could take some time arriving". I am a bit hesitant to believe that said card will actually arrive considering that this same company told me their cell services covered my area, sold me a cellular package and took my money quickly in the process of doing so. Are they to be believed or not? That remains to be seen. This supervisor, like so many other sub-par businesses, was apologetic that I was sold such services but I grow weary of such glib apologies from such companies. They are not the ones spending countless hours having to rectify issues that have arisen solely due to their very own ineptness. It is far easier to give lip service than to get on the horn and have these issues resolved in just as quickly a manner as they were in quickly extorting good money from their customers. I told this supervisor that I would be filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission for Fraudulent Business Practices - for selling services to consumers that simply do not exist. Her reply was that it was not fraudulent. Pardon me ma'am, but this practice has fraud written all over it unless I am mistaken in the meaning of that word — which in this particular instance, I think not. There's also the issue of my spending even more of my good money in purchasing a T-Mobile compatible phone, but we won't go into that issue for fear of this company turning tail and hitting the road running. It would be highly unproductive for me to waste my time attempting to do so. At the beginning of this review I stated T-Mobile's customer service appeared to be a step up from Verizon Wireless customer service; however, Verizon never sold me cellular service they were incapable of providing. If you have to make a choice between these two I would suggest Verizon. At least you would have cell service while attempting to resolve your issues of which Verizon will inevitably drag out. If you can avoid these two companies altogether then I would highly recommend going elsewhere for your cellular services. There are many to choose from. Do not settle for sub-par services. You are not at their mercy and you are deserving of quality service.

IF you want a group of white collar crooks... YOU GOT THEM HERE. I had been on a plan of $40, for years. After no service because of computer problems apparently, spending three days trying to get my numbers transferred, and a phone...
The land of CORRUPTION kicks in across the PACIFIC. Some sales rep says over the phone, I was explained a new $50 plan! Nice try CONARTIST of tmobile, but I am in no need.
A perfect example Tmobile trying there illegal activities.

I have been with them for almost 5 years. I moved into an area that nobody that has the same company has problems with texting, making and receiving calls but me. I have a brand new s20 and they are telling me to pay 25.00 to get a signal bust device and that I will get fully reimbursed on the following bill. Now does this. Make any sense? Hell no. Management was absolutely no help. I was on the phone all afternoon today but have been on the phone for more than a week. So needless to say I got nowhere. Oh and then the supervisor offered a different plan that I am currently on that is nowhere as the one I am currently on. What a bunch of idiots.

It is a good option for those who want to get a stronger reception. They also have some very good data plans that will fit everyone no matter how much their budget is. I have enjoyed every moment since I moved to t mobile. They know what they are doing with their network.

I like using this mobile network because they offer some every great data plans. I do not have to worry about using a lot to get my data bundle. The signal reception is also good I can make clear calls even to people in other countries.

I just called in to speak with a customer service representative about an ongoing issue I've been having with my services. I have purchased two separate devices out of my own pocket because of what the representative said about my phone not being able to adequately receive the right signal, amongst other bull$#*!! I just spoke with the T-Mobile representative about my services and she looked flat out lied to me over a recorded line. There is no way possible for her to gain access to my account. That representative just hung up with me didn't tell me she was leaving just flat out hung up on me, very, severely poor customer support. Then I called back immediately! I finally get a woman who is competent and who can understand things. She explains to me that there's no way that the previous representative could have ever gained access to my account without having to specific pieces of key information. I am done with T-Mobile! Bunch of liars! I am going to download the recorded phone call onto a PDF file and I'm going to file a formal complaint with your head corporate office. This is absolute $#*!ing bull$#*!. Everyone who is reading this should stay away from this carrier. You could possibly experience the same bull$#*! that I've been experiencing!

Happened on Dec 17,2020. Simply made a phone call and nicely asked about $150 extra credit offered previously in Nov 13. The one who answered was normal and nice although she declined the offer. Then, someone else spoke to me. She said she had to step in, and she was angry. I remained calm and asked about the same matter. She said no, and she can give me $100 and I have to take it now, still angry. I was scared. She said she had been doing this for a long time, and I was asking too much. Well, "$150" came out from them, not me, to begin with! Why is she so angry? I do not deserve this. Now I am looking for a better company

Tmobile executive office runs its operations solely based on their ego. I had an active connection with tmobile. One day I lodged a complaint against tmobile, it was a genuine complaint, I sent the complaint directly to their top executives in writing. Following which the executive office of tmobile blocked my access to my account. Tmobile and it's top executives are corrupted and lacks integrity. The executive office of Tmobile abused its powers by blocking my access to my phone account. Corruption to the max...

I started the Jump program on 9/04/2020 and since then I have had nothing but trouble. They sent my new phone through the mail, I received it and I sent the old phone into their warehouse. I received an email saying they did not have my phone so I started dealing with customer service and got the run around for a month telling me that they could not find the phone I sent in. Then after dealing with them for a month I called the corporate office in Bellevue Washington and spoke to a man named Gabe. I told him everything that had been going on and that the only thing I wanted to do was to take the new phone in and close my account after being told by one of their experts that I had sent in an empty box. Well I was not on the phone with him more than 5 minutes and guess what they found the phone. I was still not happy since I had been told i had sent in an empty box. So I told him again that all I wanted to do was take the phone back into them and close my account and he started in on that I had been with them for so long and that I should not let 1 little incident take me away from the company and I told him I was still not happy and he said that he would give me a $50.00 credit to my account. They can keep the $50.00, he may call it one little incident but being told that I had sent in an empty box and pretty much told I was lying about sending it in now mind you he never called me a liar but he sure pointed to it several times. So a small piece of advice don't use t mobile or sprint unless you want to be screwed over and over it took 11 calls and me giving them the tracking information 11 times before their ever found the phone and then they only found it after I called corporate so something does not sound right. You may pay a little more with another company but it will be worth not being told that things being said is only 1 little incident and thinking $50.00 dollars is going to fix everything, guess what it hasn't I am going on every website that I can find and leave a review about how I was treated by their team of experts and then how corporate treated me. I will also be filing a repos. T with the Washington State AG office on Monday morning. So just a little piece of advice unless you like being treated badly I would go elsewhere to look for a phone and stay completely away from T Mobile and Sprint they are both owned by the same company.

Where to start... 3 years ago someone pretending to be me called t mobile and cancelled my business line. 10 minutes later i contacted t mobile and they could not get my phone number back. It cost me thousands of dollars. I was not offered anything for my troubles. Less than 2 years ago an employee marked the wrong IMEI number for a warrantied phone. This resulted in my service being shut off multiple times a week for 10 months. After spending over 100 hours on the phone a single employee figured out the issue and took care of it. I was not offered anything for my troubles Now for the last 8 months my service has not worked. I never get calls. I cant make calls majority of the time. The internet, maps, music etc never work because of it. Ive been calling for a supervisor since February only to be offered supervisor call backs. Ive never once received a call back as promised, because they cant get through to me. Ive sent hundreds of screen shots that confirm my service issues. Ive seen the local store manager who confirmed my cell line has issues. Ive had customers even write letters to tmobile about how they cannot get ahold of me. Finally since February I now have multiple employees advising me that there are service issues in my area. It took nearly 9 months to finally get a supervisor on the phone. Ive spent another 100+ hours on the phone thus past year. They have now not only not offered me nothing for my troubles, they are actually telling me instead of doing something to credit my account that i should just cancel my service. I have more than enough physical evidence to back claims. They refuse to be accountable. They refuse to put me on the phone with a supervisor. Instead if i ask for a supervisor they put me on hold and then hang up the call. This has been happening since February. I refuse to pay for a service that NEVER works. They refuse to actually do their jobs and fulfil their own service agreement. I have more than enough evidence.

Much to my regret I am a new T-Mobile Customer, when I signed up the T-Mobile, customer rep., indicated I would get a $500.00 credit for my Apple 6s toward a new Apple 11/new customer promotion.
After being told 6 times by T-Mobile customer reps., I would get the promotion/$500.00, it is still not credited on my bill after 2 1/2 months of being a new customer, in fact I am now being told there never was a promotion of that nature.
DISGUSTING!

HORRIBLE CRIMINALS! They LIE about EVERYTHING just get a dollar. Their rep STRAIGHT UP LIED to my face and said my phone would be unlocked (so I may use w/another carrier), as long as I paid off the ACCOUNT BALANCE. She said she would have her manager expedite the request and have my phone unlocked in 2 hours and that she would call me back personally to see that is was unlocked. She did call back, but the phone NEVER unlocked. When I spoke to 2 different reps, they told me there's an EQUIPMENT balance (which the previous rep I spoke with NEVER mentioned) of nearly $400 that has to be paid before they will unlock the device. T-mobile was already charging me $147/month for a SINGLE (ONE PERSON) phone line, so that tells you enough right there. I just decided to switch data to the FREE NEW CELL PHONE furnished by AT&T (which offered me BETTER cell phone plan for $80 LESS and month than criminal T-Mobile. GOOD RIDDANCE, I WILL NEVER EVER USE T-MOBILE SERVICES EVER AGAIN AND WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE I KNOW DOES NOT OR DROPS THEM ASAP.

DON'T TAKE THE BUY ONE GET ONE FREE PROMOTION, BECAUSE IT'S A TOTAL SCAM! THEY WILL ADD $20 MONTHLY INCREASE TO YOUR CURRENT PLAN, WHICH FOR 24 MONTHS IS 480 AND THEY WILL CHARGE YOU EXTRA FEES, SO YOU WILL EVENTUALLY PAY ALMOST FULL AMOUNT ON THE SECOND PHONE(ADVERTISED AS A FREE). AND GOOD LUCK TRYING TO RESOLVE ANYTHING TROUGH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE! WHEN I FIRST CALLED, I HAD TO WAIT 19 MINUTES AND SHE WAS NOT ABLE TO FIND THAT PROMOTION! THE EXCUSE WAS<SORRY, T-MOBILE HAVE SO MANY PROMOTIONS>REALLY! SECOND CALL WAS OVER 45 MINUTES AND I TOLD THAT EVERYTHING WAS FINE, BUT IT TURNS THAT THE GUY GAVE ME A PLAN THAT DOESN'T WORK WITH THE CURRENT BUY ONE GET ONE FREE SCAM! 3RD CALL WAS AROUND 1 AND 55 MINUTES AND AFTER A LONG AND EMPTY NONSENSE TALK, THE SUPERVISOR TOLD ME THAT THE PHONE IS ON THE WAY AND I HAVE NO CHOICE, BUT TO ACCEPT THE PLAN INCREASE OR RETURN THE PHONE VIA FED EX!
AS A CUSTOMER THE OPTIONS ARE VERY LIMITED, BECAUSE VERIZON ARE EVEN BIGGER SCAMMERS AND THERE IS NO DIRECT LINE FOR COMPLAINTS(T-MOBILE). TAKE YOUR TIME AND LOOK TWICE, WHEN SIGNING ANY DOCUMENTS WITH T-MOBILE OR YOU WILL BE SCAMMED!
BOTTOM LINE - I HAVE A HEAD ACHE AND I WILL HAVE TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT FOR THE TWO I PHONES ONE WAY OR ANOTHER!
