If i could i would give them one star, they do not even deserve one star.
The first mattress last 9 months the second last 3 months.
I spend 300 pounds for them and they do not feel like help any customer. !!
Waste of time.

I know this is small compared to other people's issues, but I ordered 4 super bounce back pillows through Mighty Deals and I received only 2 of the cheapest, nastiest pillows I have ever seen. I would not let my dogs sleep on them! I have had nothing but denials and excuses BUT the biggest thing here is that they wanted £45 UP FRONT to return them to receive a refund. As I stated in one of my many emails to them - I wouldn't pay 45p to buy the damn pillows in the first place. Otherwise I could use my own courier to return them but if they were received by them in a damaged or unsatisfactory condition, I would not receive a refund. That's a joke because they are already in an unsatisfactory condition.

Do not buy anything from this company of unprofessional crooks. I ordered a headboard through Woucher from them and it did not arrive. Seemingly it was in such bad state that Yodel sent it back to them. I then had to endure absolute hell with this company since beginning of November 2015 to try and get another headboard. they sent out another headboard and it arrived with such bad workmanship that it was very clear that it was not made by a professional furnishing company. The struts were 10inches two short. The headboard was sitting half way down the back of the bed.There was only one screw to each of the 4 struts and very thin flimsy wooden struts. An adult person leaning against such thin wood could cause them to snap and cause serious injury. The faux leather was all loose and rucked and the diamonte buttons had not been placed right. Every day I had problems with this company trying to get my money back. They even said that I would have to pay the postage to send it back. Everyday they sent different questions and wanted more photo's. I sent them a photo of another headboard in my house made by Millbrook as a comparison of how a headboard should be made and they replied that there headboard looks fine. So stupid they don't even understand that it was from my other bed. then they email to say that I had to turn the headboard upside down and replace the struts and it would fit. Another stupid comment that if you no anything about making furniture you cant possibly turn it upside down as the struts still don't fit. I am a professional interior designer and work with professional furniture company's every day and Sleep solutions have the worst shoddy cheap quality and workmanship I have ever seen. I have raised court action against them in Scotland after reading all the complaints and despicable things they have done to there clients and how much money they have robbed from innocent people. Anyone here with complaints that would like to email me I will gladly add them to my court case to retrieve there money. I have never done business with such liars and crooks like this in my life. Right from the beginning it was clear they had no intensions of refunding my money. They are in breach under Trading Standards selling products unfit for purpose. Sleep Solutions were extremely rude, with unprofessional behavior and put me through hell at Xmas. not only should you never buy from them or there sister company's but also never buy from Woucher as they are third party and they wont get your money back either. Poor communication, poor customer service and poor quality product..
Ordered beginning of January, was informed of a 2 week delivery wait.
We surprised when they delivered within a week, until it arrived without the head board.
After calling Sleep solutions and being promised call backs, delivery dates within a week, nothing arrived until 6 weeks later after 6 calls and no call backs.
When the head board arrived, it was half the size of the display model in the Didcot shop. Clearly they are using different head boards to scam customers into a quick sale.
Also, the wood and screws supplied for the head board are very poor quality, very shallow screw heads and the holes drilled out badly.
Shockingly bad company.

Please please do not buy from this despicable company..I am disabled and I have a disabled child I ordered this memory foam mattress via Wowcher and on being told by my daughters surgeon it wasn't suitable I immediately cancelled the order. they went ahead and delivered it anyway and insisted a 9yr old boy take delivery of the mattress despite him telling them we didn't want it he was so scared as the driver insisted he signed it anyway , now they won't take the mattress back unless I pay nearly £50.00 for the return!!!!, disgusting customer service and the exact same mattress can be bought off some of the other online shops like Living Social and Groupon for half the price... Please please do not ever buy from this company via Wowcher or independently and I am not a person that complains... I'm 44 and this is the first time I have ever written a review but this vile company must be exposed .

Ordered a mattress with this company and checked online tracking with their delivery company for its progress. It appeared my mattress had been delivered, but not to me. Emailed sleep solutions a number of times and was advised that it was being investigated by the delivery company. After a week of emails back and forwards I have requested a new matteress be delivered to me but advised that they had a few more questions for me. I was told that the delivery driver left it in my porch(I have no porch) also told he had probably left with a neighbour( their delivery note stated a 'brown' took the parcel) I checked for a brown in my street.... No brown and no calling card left for a failed delivery. Apparently the driver is being interviewed (for two days???!!!!) and will be visiting the place he dropped my mattress to see where it is. mmmmm it's still a mystery where my mattress is. I think a neighbour would have got fed up of a super king mattress in their hall by now and knocked for me??? It's been almost 2 weeks since my mattress was supposedly delivered and still being asked for my continued patience. I'm slowly losing patience.

I spotted a deal on Wowcher for a Memory Foam Ortho King mattress with pillows. I put my order through Sleep Solutions just after midnight when the voucher could be redeemed - so in the early hours of Wednesday morning - and took delivery of my chosen mattress on the Friday. I certainly can't fault the speedy delivery. Whether that was due to it being a part of the Wowcher deal, I couldn't possibly say - but I have no complaints on that score.
Regarding the mattress itself, I've found it to be perfectly adequate (I chose the firm option) and a bargain for the price - especially with the two pillows.
Yes - there was the initial smell, but nothing too overpowering, and no doubt no different to any new memory foam mattress.
Based on my own experience, I would recommend the company to others, but based on previous comments I wonder if it would be a different story if I hadn't ordered via the Wowcher deal.
All in all though, I am perfectly happy.

I purchased a futon from this company only to have one of the legs completely buckle away. This sofa claimed to seat three people / sleep two and yet it could not stand the weight of an eight stone woman.
I contacted the company only for them to offer me a replacement leg that they didn't know the size of. I was asked to measure the item three times and still no replacement in the post.
Finally I asked them to collect and refund. I was then given a list of demands for the return. I requested a phone call and was told to put my complaint in writing as they don't deal by phone.
I made the purchase through Mighty Deals who I have alerted to the situation.
Be VERY cautious when purchasing from this company. The quality of my purchase was very poor and the customer service even worse.
HAD NO HELP FROM MIGHTY DEALS AND NO HELP FROM THESE. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

Ordered a mattress through Wowcher (I will be complaining to them) for £99.wish I'd read the reviews before I purchased it. I've spent 2 days waiting in for a delivery that hasn't taken place. Apparently they tried to deliver it - no way - I have 2 dogs they bark at a leaf falling! Have tried repeatedly to contact them and the courier with no success - apparently everyone who works for them don't have a phone! I would not recommend them at all and will be pursuing them for my money back.

I'd had a futon sofabed for about 7 months and had found that a part of it had broken based on a design flaw. The metal frame had been sliced through by another part of the frame which progressively got worse as the bed was used, I contacted Sleep Solutions UK who have a warranty policy for such things. Below is an abridged version (unless stated to be a direct quote) of the email exchange between us:
(Me) Mar 13 2013: Bed frame is broken, no fault of my own, can we get a replacement sent out?
(Sleep Solutions UK) Mar 13 2013: Yes, you provided photographs and we are able to send you a replacement, could you please package the item in preparation for collection and let us know when that's done?
I then had to find a 6 foot cardboard box to put the broken bit of frame in, this isn't an easy thing to do,
(Me) Mar 25 2013: Finally found a box! What needs to be done now?
(Sleep Solutions UK) Mar 25 2013: The next available day we have for an exchange is Wednesday 27th, is this suitable for you?
(Me) Mar 26 2013: I'm afraid I can't do Wednesday, can I ask, is this an actual exchange in that they'll take the old piece and give me a replacement or will I be sofa-less for a while?
(Sleep Solutions UK) Mar 26 2013: (Quoted) "We can confirm it is a complete exchange", is Thursday suitable?
(Me) Mar 26 2013: Thursday is fine
(Sleep Solutions UK) Mar 27 2013: (Quoted) "Please dispose of the back rest of the frame once you have received the replacement."
(Me) Mar 27 2013: (Quoted) "Er...now I'm confused...isn't this supposed to be an exchange? As in, I give you a crap one and in exchange receive one that isn't?"
(Sleep Solutions UK) Mar 27 2013: (Quoted) "We will now only be sending out a replacement as agreed for Tuesday. As the back rest of the frame you have is damaged, you can dispose of this. We apologise for any confusion."
Well, thanks for letting me know...So now I'm left with a useless, 6ft piece of broken metal, not only that, my effort to find a box to package it in were a complete waste of time. Furthermore, he's told me Tuesday in the email above despite the fact we agreed Thursday.
(Me) Mar 27 2013: ...Tuesday? Or Thursday? It is kind of confusing when at the last moment every detail is changed.
(Sleep Solutions UK) Mar 27 2013: Apologies for the miscommunication, the piece will arrive on Thursday.
The piece DIDN'T arrive on Thursday, despite someone being home at all times to receive it. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I waited until Tuesday in case he had actually mistakenly booked the courier for then. No card was left and it was up to me chase it up. I told them the piece hadn't been delivered and I received it on the 4th.
Although the speed of their communication was very good, the content couldn't match up and I was left with the overwhelming impression that Sleep Solutions UK needs to get it's act together a bit, the product I bought was relatively low-end, but it shouldn't have broken through normal use in 7 months and the way Support would say one thing and take it back or get confused didn't help matters. Despite this, I would hope it's a one-off and would still recommend Sleep Solutions UK as a reputable bed dealership with a user-friendly web interface and reasonable prices.

I ordered a super king memory foam mattress and was very happy with the service and quality of the product given it being such a good price. We paid for a Saturday delivery which was a fair bit more money but we saved on the cost of the mattress compared to buying elsewhere so didn't mind. I ordered it on a Wednesday and had it by first thing Saturday morning, and so far I have had 2 very good night's sleep on it!

Please consider carefully your interpretation of 'minor imperfections' before purchasing the futon bunk bed.
I expected perhaps a few scratches, maybe a dent or two, things which you know are there but others have to look to find because they are as stated in the description - 'minor'.
I didn't expect a long area on the bed frame which is rusting underneath the paint making it bubble up and peel away. I didn't expect dozens of paint peeling areas, rust marks and pitting. I didn't expect the packaging to be full of thick brown rust dust or rust pieces to fall from the tubular frame and stain my carpet.
When you complain they say it is as described and you must pay to return it.
As another reviewer has said the delivery date is pointless. Why bother letting you choose a date if it might not be delivered that day? Also as the other reviewer said, they claim to have attempted delivery and claim no one was in. There were 4 adults and 4 excited children (waiting for their bunk bed) in the house all day, we have an alarm system that alerts us to anyone approaching the house, there is not way we missed anyone calling, they also had our home and mobile phone numbers why not ring? They left no 'sorry me missed you card' as most other companies do.
Utterly disappointed with this product and service. They have lost a customer and even customers because my family were interested in some of the other items for sale but we would never buy from this company again.

Order came the day after ordering, and was exactly as described, if not better (due to ordering a factory second). Instructions were poor and required some imagination but product is good when assembled.

I was disappointed that the delivery company would not take the packages upstairs. I was alone in the house when they delivered and could not begin to assemble the sofabed until I was able to get someone to help me take the boxes upstairs.
The tools supplied to assemble the bed were ok, but it would be much easier if they were slightly more sturdy. The support leg seems pointless as it does not touch the floor and bends like rubber. Also the construction of the bed takes a couple of hours (mainly due to the poor tools).

Happy with the sofa and the excellent price, but disappointed with the delivery service.
Delivery company went to the wrong address on the day it was meant to arrive, but didn't call me to find out why no-one was home - I had to call them to find out what had happened. Had to book the next day off work at very short notice for the re-delivery. Again, no sofa or communication from the delivery company all day...in the end, after a lot of chasing, the sofa arrived at 6pm - so 2 days' holiday wasted sitting at home!
Probably wouldn't order from here again as it was a lot of hassle.

The Visco 4000 Platinium Mattress is so comfortable
, I am reluctant to get up in the morning. Bed clothes remain in position, it must be controlling my tossing and turning.

What a comfy mattress, I sleep so much better and have trouble waking in the morning. I do find I get very hot but hopefully that will improve. (will save money on the heating in the winter !! ) Would recommend it to friends

Excellent bed the mattress is so comfy it's even harder to get my son up in mornings. Well worth the money, Contact with seller was excellent too and item was delivered within 1 day of placing order. Its great to have such a good product so quickly with no hassle. Would use this seller again no problem.
