Starbucks's daily coffee is good but not great. I always order a Tall Blonde Roast with no cream or sugar. I like the taste of it that way, but sometimes I'm not very impressed with the taste and quality of the brew. Their baristas are extremely efficient but not all of them are friendly, I think Peet's Coffee is a better option for true coffee lovers.

I walked into starbucks as usual. I typically get the same thing. A caramel frappacino. Today I felt more adventurous, and I had time so I took a good look at the menu. A barista saw me looking, and asked if she could help me with a drink. I said yes and told her what I usually like. She gave me a few options and described them. I picked one thing she suggested. I have to say its one of the best drinks i've ever had. I will definately return to buy this drink again. I ended up with a White mocha frapp with cinnamon dolce added. The barista that checked me out was super sweet too. We talked about I book I had with me. I didnt feel rushed here. Which is a typical thing in in a coffe shop at 7:30 am. I had Meredith as the barista who checked me out. Dana helped me get the perfect drink. This visit was at the Hwy 84 & Hewitt Drive location.

This is just my opinion but at the Starbucks at the 15 and Clinton Keith there is a very special worker who always has a smile and a good word for all she remembers who you are and what you order she is a great asset to the Starbucks Corporation and you guys are very lucky to have her I have watch her get hired and in just a few short months is already management I dont know about you all but after a hard day dealing with what I have to it's nice to go to a place where you can be treated with respect. Her name is Sophie if you ever get to this Starbucks I would look her up.

the quality of coffee is average. prices are very high. in Europe, by the way, coffee is much tastier and the price is less. it's just a massive place, advertised, but nothing special... usual coffee near house tastes better

i bought cup from starbuck, on bottom of cup is writend stainless steel, but when i am using in while, from August /2019 to sept/2019 just a month, when i look back in the cup it showing few rush in there, i bring to starbuck coffee shop ask them, to exchange or return cup, they said to me, i have to return to company at head quarter starbuck, i call in head quarter, they said in their system don't have return and exchange policy, its mean if all of us buy staff in starbuck is not good quality, that's our fault. so please be careful before you buy any staff in starbuck.

This review is for the Customer Service Supervisor Jo Mint of starbucks. This Supervisor deserved her title and she's the kind of a Supervisor that other Customer Services ahould have.
After hearing my bad experience with the gift card Ms. Mint tried her best to resolve the issue. She received my call with authority but with compassion and competence. After hearing my complaints, she didn't end up the issue dismissed or unresolved right away. In fact she was so open to hear what happened and even exchanged opinions with me of the same issues happened before. As what I told her, the gift card amount has nothing to do with me since it's only $25, But it's the feeling of my boss that made her embarrassed since I told her the card was 0 amount.
She's a supervisor who knows her job description, and her limitations . She is very calm and have a great communication skills. She knows how to listen and weigh things out before making a decision regarding the issue. She have a good judgement on what supposed to be done in keeping a customer relieved from any frustration and at the same time show that the Customer Service is there to provide assistance to fix issues, provide good explanations or options needed for the satisfaction of the individual not only the customer but also them who provide the services
And for the staff Amy who took my call and happy to get her boss on the line, thank you too for being so open coz there's a lot of staff that they dont want to put their boss on the line if the customer asked them to do so.

I am tired of no consistency in what they charge all the way down to how the drinks are made. I usually buy 20 plus dollars worth of Starbucks and then ask for milk in my grandsons tippy cup. Usually they charge nothing some times 50cent to a dollar. Today it was 2.65. That’s like almost the price of a gallon. Also I order one drink 90pwecent if the time and it never seems to taste the same. Over it Starbucks.

I bought 2 slices of cake one of them had plastic in the middle called customer service and was told that I couldn’t be helped because I didn’t have a Starbucks account was told to take it back to the store .. I always love there slice cake but my brain won’t allow me to buy them anymore after this experience I have pictures not sure if I be aloud to upload them

I am very disappointed with Starbucks. They seem like they care about the environment by proposing a reusable cup but when you ask them to remove the plastic lid from a disposable one they say it is forbidden...
And then the waiter becomes aggressive when I ask why it is not allowed to remove the lid.
The prices are so high that you would expect a little bit of satisfaction. Last time I am going to this place.

Just got the worst mocha latte I've ever had. My son went in store as line was long he ordered me a mocha frappuccino. I got a mocha latte.hardly had any coffee taste no chocolate no whip cream was the worst Starbucks I've ever had in my life and it came from the Northland store in Grand Rapids Michigan might make me think twice about stopping by that location again.

I am a Filipino who was recently lost and looking for a company in Manila City. My Smartphone was unable to help and the Nav system in my car wasn't either, so I went into a Starbucks to get myself a much needed triple latte and ask if anyone could tell me where this shop was. The store manager, Lacey **, heard me asking a clerk if he knew where it was, and the next thing we knew she was looking it up on her phone and offered to write out directions on how we could get there. It was such a relief just to have the address and know that we would be able to find the object of our journey (the store was in Lacey, as it turned out)! Couldn't be more grateful for her kindness!

Starbucks is supposed to brew a cup of coffee of choice like Sumatra, even if they don’t have one out. The owner of Starbucks drinks Sumatra. So if he comes to store you going to deny him too. That makes 3 Starbucks in two days on a trip from Florida to Ohio. I guess I’ll have to bring in my own bag of Sumatra now. Unbelievable, very unhappy customer
