We were just recently shocked by the coach crash in Totnes and thought that the company might actually be working harder for the customer because of it, yet my son (and a few others) were let on the 22 hop bus only to be ordered off the bus again at the next stop outside South Devon college in Paignton.. The driver said nothing when he originally got on the bus. Everybody at the bus stop, including my son were not allowed to get on the bus and the woman driver closed the doors and said she was going back to the yard. The driver also nearly hit someone in the head with the wing mirror
My son left college at 3.30pm and didn't get home until 5 45pm. What the hell is going on? Very unhappy and worth a complaint to Stagecoach and South Devon College, who pay them a lot to ensure safe delivery of our children/their students.

Two times now that I have been walking to my bus stop and one of your buses has been 5/10 early and instead of waiting till the time it is suppose to depart from the stop it just drives straight past meaning that I have had to wait another hour for a bus making me extremely late.

Awful and unreliable service, you cannot rely on stagecoach bus service to get you from A to B on time, every day I'm in distress over stagecoach for some reason weather it's being made late for getting where i need to be at from buses not turning up on time or at all for that fact, this is a daily experience and even catching earlier buses even these are late even dogs are allowed on buses dogs that are not even guild dogs just normal dogs and I am allergic to this is not fun to have to experience I get rashes and sneeze all the time, dogs on buses are at the drivers descresion and I'd like to know how it's up to the driver to decide weather people travelling have allergic reaction to dogs or not he cant possible know who has and has not so how it's up to the driver I don't know, shouldn't be any dogs on board unless it's a guide dog which I fully understand, if it ain't none of the above its school kids who make the experience of using stagecoach very unpleasant, school kids should be sticking to school buses they make it unpleasant to have to travel with them being load and obnoxious and rude to other travelers.
I have made a serious complaint about my experiences though resolver which stagecoach are on their scheme I have been ignored by them over the last 2 to 3 weeks I escalated this to next level and still I haven't been acknowledged or replied back to I have even sent a email to the ceo and still I am ignored by stagecoach, very unprofessional and unreliable if i had another choose of bus service I'd e using it! Worst bus service ever!

I got on a bus and asked for the student pass. This terrible bus driver charged me the full adult price (an extra 50%) and then had the audacity to blame me to my face because he pressed the wrong button and then handed me the ticket and did not offer to change the ticket or provide a solution. At the lights he got out of the bus, ran up to the car at the front of the queue (stopped at the red light) and told the man to just turn right despite the light being red. This man was hard of hearing as I had to repeat my ticket twice and still got the wrong one. Hope to never encounter him again as my budget couldnt accommodate it.

Thought I would go home early today because of tavistock goosey fair 2.30 from royal parade did not turn up or was late finally got to milehouse at 3 pm I know driver have to go careful but seem to stay at bus stop longer than intended I been using park ride since 1st national buses every day during the week to get to work at 8 and leave at 5.30 and they have got worse especially for buses not being able to get back from the city centre i will now be paying the extra for parking understand why the bus in the morning are empty now

Terrible drivers, terrible customer service. I can't use buses any more as get anxiety after being treated very badly by drivers while having a low blood sugar. Rude, abrupt and unhelpful. Still they manage to cause offence even though I dont use them anymore. Constantly pull in to road with no warning. They dont understand about mirror, signal manoeuvre, they just pull straight out into road as if other traffic does not exist Just had one do an illegal u turn in the road leaving me stuck on a red light junction. Would be nice if someone trained them.on road rules. Would not even give 1 star.

I get the bus when the older kids are just finishing school and seeing the way these drivers speak to the kids, its disgusting! Buses turn up when they like, the older generation are either running for the bus and getting ignored or getting a mouthful off the drivers when they get on. It always seems to be the older drivers that have no patience, are rude and disrespectful to members of the public. I imagine having patience, respect and being approachable is key in the job of a bus driver but it seems to be lacking in Sunderland stagecoach drivers!

Stage coach is a shocking bus service...even the local bus from Blackpool to preston. I get this bus every morning for work it is the 1st bus of the morning, traffic is calm and the bus is still 10 mins late.its due at 6.32 turns up at 6.42 every morning this is not acceptable seen as there is no traffic at this time. You try to c9mplain on there website which is near impossible as the pages take ages to load. I left this bus service and started using preston bus, after many months of complaining to these morons who always have an excuse (disruptions) yes in your rubbish service half of your drivers are late for the simple fact they are (tourbus) drivers

Terrible bus service from Stagecoach West, the 42 from Tewkesbury to Cheltenham kept saying "arriving in 14mins" for the last 15mins and the bus never came in the end. Stagecoach are happy to receive Gloucestershire County funding (local subsidies) yet provide a mediocre service and don't provide any decent customer service.

Useless! Stood at bus stop, driver goes straight past without stopping with a half empty bus. Next bus cancelled. Thanks stagecoach that's an hour of my life wasted I won't get back. Should have got the train. If you need to get somewhere/ anywhere dont use stagecoach. Ring them to complain and all you get is sorry. Fix your useless service!!!!!!

“we are currently experiencing problems with the payment method” was an immediate response I received from the customer care, the error itself causing 2 weekly megariders to be purchased when I only authorised 1 weekly ticket to be bought, and now they say that ticket purchases can’t be refunded because it states before you buy them there’s no refund, despite the issue being with their systems.

Most of the drivers are realy nice and helpful, but today me and my friend went on a bus and the bus driver was realy rude. My friend wanted to get a 2.11 pass but she only had a 5 note, the driver kept making remarks that were not needed.

My Child is in Year 9, and his new contactless card arrived around a week before the beginning of school term. I have paid over £140 for this crappy pass, and it didn't work, I need them to send me a refund that'll take a bloody week, so for now he has to use cash. Stagecoach support even said the card is "the wrong one" or faulty, like they're trying to make up terrible excuses.

I was rudely spoken to by the bus driver and I am completely DISGUSTED. The worst costumer service I have ever encountered- I would honestly press charges if I could. Also, it’s the same bus driver who overcharges for everything and says ‘there is no change’. Terrible. I will never use stagecoach again.

If there was an option for no stars or minus, it would be more appropriate. No. 15 bus towards the hospital, due 8.35am 4/10/19,just drove past the bus stop at Brooks Bar leaving a queue of people including a visibly disabled person.
It was clear for the bus to stop, so I don't know why he didn't. Hands were out. He just pointed behind to the 86 bus that goes nowhere near the hospital.
Yes he was running 5 minutes late but there was plenty of space on the bus.
Disgusted with this service.
Stagecoach please remind your ignorant driver that his job is to pick up as passengers at the bus stop.

Absolutely shocking service, despite waiting at the bus stop and seeing the bus arriving somewhat later than expected, and nowhere near full. The bus did not even slow down let alone actually stop to let us get on. All this despite having purchased two return tickets. Never again will we use this disgraceful service.

There App gives you a live feed on bus arrival times but ignore these times as they are not accurate
drivers bypass stops when traffic is busy
Bus stops on road closures are bypassed leaving passengers stranded without warning
Don't buy a ticket via the app it's cheaper on the bus but best advice is avoid the bus and don't waste your time with the app .

Service 53 Lincoln to Grimsby Stagecoach have chosen this run to use decrepit double deck buses. 53 Lincoln to Grimsby 1440 3rd. August 2019 broke down within the city. Replacement bus arrived half an hour later and immediately broke down. Third bus completed the journey.
Saturday 10th August 0635 Service 53 from Grimsby. This bus broke down and we transferred to Welton bus.
Friday 6th September Service 53 Caistor 0857 to Grimsby Bus broke down between Swallow and Cabourne, delayed 45 minutes.

On a Sunday from my work place in Exeter Devon from the park and ride number four service its every hour and from where i live in the centre the f1 or f2 service that covers exwick area sometimes the bus never arrives or its always late. And they advertise on Facebook they where putting on extra buses well where are they then stagecoach, all i can say your pr stunt has gone badly wrong
