Seriously worst company that I have ever seen in many ways from sales to completely non-existing customer service, a rubish website and no client-centricity at all. It beats me how they can even survive!

Dear Tech Support Management Team:
I wanted you to be aware of what an outstanding job your Tech Support Rep (P.O.) did in assisting us to get our internet up and working. The migration was an unsuccessful event for our property yet strangely enough, successful for many of our neighbors. So, 7 days without internet was quite an inconvenience. I work from home most of the time which means that unless there is internet, what I am able to achieve is quite curtailed. Hence, having internet is more important than just being able to watch Netflix or SVT Play in the evening. I almost forgot to mention XBox for the kids! 😊
My wife and I both had made contact with P.O. during the week where he helped to troubleshoot the problem. Knowing what a great resource heis, I waited in the cue to get the AllTele customer service representative on the phone and then quickly conferenced in Peter. Together, they were able to get the problem sorted out almost instantly.
My goal here is to pass on my gratitude and hope that this particular Tech is recognized for stepping beyond his role in technical support and handling customer support in a grand fashion. He certainly exceeded my expectations.
