Buyer beware! They charged me for the next month even though I cancelled my subscription before renewal.
When I contacted customer support for a refund, they flatly refused. When I asked for a reason, I was given 3 different reasons from 3 different customer support representatives for not refunding the amount. None of the reps seemed to know why the refund can’t be processed. Only thing they knew was that the refund would not be issued. Even though customer service was cordial and responded fairly swiftly, I’ve given them 1 star.
I just lost $10 which is not a big deal but the fact that they would go to any lengths to keep the money gives me the impression that they are greedy. Utterly disappointed with how greedy this company is and what lengths they will go to, just so that they can keep $10 which they haven’t even really earned to begin with.

I like Spotify and I see no reason to change to the many other music streaming services now on offer. It's easy to use, has loads of content and rarely has issues.

Spotify is great for streaming music! It is super easy to use and has a HUGE selections. Besides the adds (which are necessary since it's free) it is great to get to listen to any music for free! And spotify premium is well priced and worth the money. I have really enjoyed using it!

Difference between Spotify and Youtube: with YouTube I can listen to the exact song I want to listen to not just songs from the same artist. Spotify never pulls up the exact song I want to listen to only song written by the same artist. very frustrating. Switching to YouTube. Enough

I never had any issues with Spotify so far. I had a free version for a long time and there were just too many ads playing in between, so when I upgraded during the big sale for three months, I can't even think of going back to the free one. What's best is that it has those personalised mix playlists and even podcasts. Now listening to music legally can't be better.

I have been a Spotify user for well over a year now. I preferred when they used to allow multiple devices to stream at the same time. Unfortunately times have changed but I still enjoy using and sharing the service with my wife. I would recommend their streaming service as it’s still one of the best and easiest to use, all at a reasonable price.

My account was hacked, family members on my account removed for over a month and I did not realise and eventually, I was removed. Spotify refused to compensate me for a month's payment even though this went on longer.
Funny how Spotify has not even confirmed this is their Trust Pilot Page hence their senior team have made a conscious decision to ignore their customers!

I've had a number of issues with Spotify caching my Podcast content over the last month. I have made several attempts to contact them on this and the latest ticket on this has been open for over a week with no resolution.
Given that I utilize this podcast as a marketing tool, this is costing me time and money. So far the Spotify support team have been utterly useless and have fobbed me off numerous times. I'm furious that something so simple can't be solved from their end. I have even dictated exactly what the issue is and the steps they need to take but its falling on deaf ears. Every one of the support staff who has contacted me has been utterly incompetent.

Now the app is great, love it. However the business behind the app is rotting it away like a bad tooth. Anything they can do to squeeze money out of you. I a tually hate the company with a passion but i do like their app.
To spotify i hate you and love you. As soon as i can be bothered i will be switching.

Customer service is 10/10. I emailed about my account being compromised, Maria got back to me almost immediately, was SO timely with responding to my emails and gave SUCH directions on how to get it back with clickable links to the exact steps for me to take. It probably took under 1 hour total and that was due to my lag time, not hers.

Rubbish. Spend hours sending broken links to my email everytime I try to log in . Nothing happens other than a waste of time pressing the same buttons for nothing. Nothing but problems from the start.

When signing up I noticed there’s more than two options for genders. I am outraged by this absurd suggestion that there are any more genders than 2. You’re either male or female and that’s it. Disgraceful.

When I was younger and Spotify first came out, I of course HAD to get the free trial. After that, I absolutely fell in love with being able to play whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted. Now, my family has the family plan and it works great. The price is unbeatable. I often use the playlists for nights with friends around a fire at camp, pool parties, and to go to the gym. I've made a few playlists, but most of the playlists and the suggested songs after are right on point. I don't even have the "YouTube" app on my phone because Spotify is quite simply AMAZING. Also has the Bobby Bones Show on it which keeps me completely entertained at work, in the car, and anywhere else I want to listen. Spotify has always gotten an A++ review from me.

This was a hard decision.. Very hard.. We have had our ups, and downs, but all the time we spent was well worth it! - until i saw the level of betrayal you have been undergoing, here today... Am i not good enough for you anymore? Are you sad about me spending to much time listening til Eragon on Audible? Or is it just because, i come from where i do? :( I simply can't stay in this relationship, not when you treat Mr. and Mrs US better than us EU (and UK :P). The only way you can fix it is, by giving me a Google Home aswell (for ref, seach Google home mini - Spotify) :( I will miss you!

I have many questions on the Premium Student deal which includes Hulu and Showtime for 4.99. The questions I have can't be found in the Spotify help center. I can't really get through to customer service due no contact number,no live chat or no email support. It looks like basically an open forum where customer service will vaguely and quickly respond to your issue .People (subscribers) can also reply which is very weird being it's the customer service job to do that , as well I consider my finances and problems a private affair. Sorry, but I can't trust or do any business with a company that has poor way to contact customer service.

Spotify is amazing. I’ve been using it for around 4-5 years and it keeps getting better
My favourite feature, is that it recommends music when you don’t have any songs in your queue. It'll automatically go on to recommend something similar and that is bloody brilliant.
I’m a music lover so it suits me that Spotify is so personal.

Spotify is all around great. There are a few things that would be interesting to see a change with. Spotify premium comes at a great prices, i havent been able to find all of the songs I look for. The music variety is so massive and that's what I love about spotify.

Customer service was really not helpful in answering any of my questions. Answers were unclear both from the online customer service and online. I understand that these companies make money off of their customers by assuming they wont read the fine print, I didnt think they'd actively try to confuse us when reaching out over customer service for direct questions and answers. What sucks is that I'm too lazy to switch to anything else so Im stuck with them lol

I had regular premium with Hulu. Wanted to add my dad to the account so switched to family. They don't disclose before you switch that Hulu will drop off. I decided that I wanted to switch back to regular with Hulu(what I previously had) and they refused to do it because they "weren't running the promotion". But it was what I just had and you didn't disclose it would drop off? They don't care. Awful customer service.
