It is not only bad, it is so bad!
Be aware of this doddgy company Spintel.
"Capped service, no surprising bill ",turned out to be a lie. I bought their highest plan including $400 international credit. You would think like I thought it would be automatically capped but I got the big bill to shock me!
"No cancellation Fee, cancel any time", is a lie too. One months after I cancelled their service, another bill arriced said they need 30 days notice.
Late payment bill charging too. Never ends...

Excessive Credit card declined fee has cost a customer.
Cheap mobile plans, reasonable contact centre but excessive $15 fee for Credit card declined. Shop else where people.

A few months back I was looking to get a VOIP phone service connected. I didn't want the hassles of 'pre-paid' style services and preferred a monthly billed service.
After looking at various providers I settled on Spintel. I can't complain with the product nor the customer service. When I was having issues with the service, the service tech's contacted me and sorted the problem out promptly.
If you are looking for a stable VOIP phone solution that won't break the bank, I recommend looking at Spintels services.

Reliable and competitive provider. Been with them for over 12 years. their service has been getting better and better and they are based in Australia!! Excellent rates for mobile plans and the NBN.
