Today I tried to buy Outlook 2016 from that crumb outfit only to find that before I can download, I have to create a Microsoft account. Didn't want to do that but did as I wanted my product. That took me where I could finally hit the button "Download" which prompted me to look into my server as they want to send me "very large files" ( 5 mgbs, big deal...)and it might cost me a lot of money. ??? All this AFTER I paid the money. So, having tried to contact them three times only by sending them a message as there is no other way to contact them I figure they intended to grab my money and run. That "Chat" business is so bogus it's ridiculous! So, I got screwed out of $50 that I just may get back from my credit card co. but I would so very much like to find out where they are located and go collect my refund myself. Those bastards are lying losers and flunkies!

I was a bit skeptical at first, but after reading the reviews on here I decided to give it a try. Very happy. I received my software key, followed the instructions on my order, and successfully installed and activated the product in the United States. A few things to note, however. Depending on the product you purchase, the initial "license key" "download" and "documentation" links may not work. Go to your orders > digital downloads and click on your product to download instructions. Sometimes those require going to the product manufacturers website and entering the code. Also, your license key will likely be attached to an email, not anywhere else. So make sure you enter your email right, and then look in your spam for an email with attachments. Overall, very pleased and would recommend this site for office software.

Hi there, I found at times the process to be long and difficult to follow , with a number of re starts, but with perseverance the install was completed and the activation code was working I am very pleased with the results the system is working with update, and other features all bang up to date. I have downloaded and installed other programs I required . At £ 23 + tax , it was much cheaper than Microsoft @ 200 usd .

Product key no longer works (upon uninstalling and reinstalling). Opened a support ticket; they eventually replied that they have sent my case to "Tier Three" support; that was 3 months ago! They do not warrant the product keys as they advertise; AVOID!!

First time I purchased a product went well without any issues. This second time I've not been able to install the product purchased, your customer service team has not been of assistance as their suggestions don't work. I am effectively out of pocket fo the purchase of something I can't use. As a suggestion, perhaps a reminder when expiry date of a programme is coming close might help to avoid future issues. Still waiting on a resolution.

I use Word and Excel occasionally, I don't use it for buisness purposes. This method is a fairer payment solution for me. I don't need it 24/7 or 365. I don't mind paying for software but it needs to be a fair price.
