We've been using this office in Farringdon for several years now, and recommended it to many more.
It's a great location, with awesome support staff.
Even when it's hard to find a meeting room (like everywhere) they even help locate one at their sister location next to City Thames Link.

They are always so kind to me, very sweet staff and also very organised. Everything is always stocked as it should be.
We have had very aggressive clients in the past but the staff are always professional and polite to clients that try to force their way into the building.

Excellent service by Smithfield Business Centre.
A seamless and very efficient operation provided by a first rate team (Louise, Verity and Samantha, with first class management by Pascale). Clients, colleagues and contacts have complimented the service, and indeed several have enquired about signing up, with at least one moving their business to SBC.
With the addition of the New Bridge Street location they present a highly professional operation for my business!

The team at St John's Lane are fantastic. Louise, Verity and Sam run a tight ship on reception - they are friendly, professional and an asset to the building. They are always on hand to help with anything you need and make clients feel welcome when they visit. The maintenance team, Paul and Peter, can constantly be found making improvements to the building and always offer a friendly hello.

We have been using Smithfield Business Centre for many years and cannot recommend them enough for the professional services they offer. Historically we have used Smithfield Business Centre as a virtual office in London for business meetings and training session when required.
We recently required the service of Smithfield Business Centre handling our inbound calls while our reception employee was out on maternity leave. With little effort on our part, we were able to easily divert our calls to Smithfield Business Centre. All enquiries were professionally handled and directed to the relevant departments within our organisation.

The staff at Smithfield House are very professional, helpful and approachable. The centre itself is clean and well maintained. Meeting rooms are nice and help us to present a nice image to clients. Prices are very reasonable for central London and the centre is in a great location with lots of nice restaurants and coffee shops as well as being close to Farringdon Tube Station.

We have very much enjoyed being a tenant in this building; a very professional environment with friendly and helpful management. The new refurbishments are particularly nice, and we are always happy to host our external meetings here. Also, it's the perfect location for central London without paying City office prices.
If there are ever any issues there is always someone on-site but also quick to find solutions, and go out of their way to be accommodating. We were across Clerkenwell Road before this in a similarly sized office, and switching buildings with this improved management and considerate office tenants has made all the difference for us.

I have been a client, not a permanent tenant, for nearly four years and am very satisfied. Pascale and her team are conscientious, efficient and outdo larger commercial operations in the city in these terms. From my experience with other locations, the price for the facilities on offer is competitive.
