Company is not honoring warranty as described on website. Returned a phone to Smarter on 6/9/19 and received a replacement on 9/8/19 that is broken. Refurbished Iphone purchased 12/20/19, covered by a one year warranty. Iphone shipped back to smarter on 6/9/19 due to the touchscreen not working properly. After 4 weeks of not hearing anything, I emailed Smarter on 7/8/19, and was basically told that they had the phone in the warehouse "being processed." I continued to email and call them 13+ times, trying to resolve this issue. Most of the responses that I received stated similar to above, that "Team Smarter" was still processing returns. My phone sat in their warehouse for nearly 3 months. I sent the phone to Smarter on June 9th, using the original shipping package with extra bubble wrap utilizing the pre-paid shipping label that Smarter emailed me. I paid for service on a phone that Smarter had in their warehouse for nearly 3 months. I have an email from a Smarter employee, Kabeya dated 8/17/19 stating that a REPLACEMENT phone was being sent out within 48 hrs. I again emailed Smarter on 9/3 and 9/4 as a replacement phone never arrived. On Friday, Sept 6, a replacement phone arrived to my home. The screen is broken. The touch screen does not work and there is a crack in the screen. I am so disappointed with smarter's customer service. I chose to purchase this phone from smarter because of their warranty and it has been nothing but a problem. For 3 months, I paid for cell phone service on a phone that my daughter didn't even have. I have not received a working replacement phone, as the warranty states, and now Smarter is claiming that they will not honor the warranty due to the screen being cracked. THE SCREEN WAS NOT CRACKED WHEN I SENT THEM THE PHONE. The screen was cracked at some point during the 3 months that the phone was in their warehouse being processed!!!!

Ok i ordered a Samsung galaxy s8 plus Saturday sept 28th that states its in excellent condition off Walmart.com website smart360 is company that sales/ships it should be here Wednesday oct 2nd ... After reading reveiws on here i do hope that it is in fact a galaxy s8 plus in excellent condition like it states on website and is in working order as claimed . Im trying to be hopeful and give this company the benefit of doubt . Will update and rate accordingly after .....

I totally recommend Smarter. Recently, I purchased a basic-grade (a phone with minor trace of ware) rose-gold iphone 7. I was sort of skeptical, because I've never heard of this place before, and they had refurbished phones, so anything could go wrong. The package arrived the day expected (3 days after ordered). It was in great condition! The phone worked perfectly, just a few scuffs in the back, but that's only because of the condition I chose. It came with a charger, and a SIM injector. The charger works well, but it's just a little slow to charge. Everything went great. however. The only problem is, the battery isn't too well. The maximum capacity is 82%, but again, that's because it's a used phone, so it's not really a problem. I would totally recommend buying a phone from here. The prices are very good too! Usually, an iphone 7 would cost around $230-$350, but the amount I purchased was way less. Also, if you make an account for Smarter, they give you a discout code (which i found helpful!).

DO NOT BUY A PHONE HERE. ALL PHONES ARE LOCKED. YOU PRETTY MUCH HAVE A 25% CHANCE OF RECEIVING A WORKING PHONE, AS THERE ARE 4 MAIN SERVICE PROVIDERS (ATT, SPRINT, VERIZON, T-MOBILE) AND YOU MUST PRAY THAT YOU RECEIVE A PHONE LOCKED TO YOUR SPECIFIC PROVIDER.
IF YOU CHOOSE TO PROCEED WITH SMARTER PHONES, WELL THEN I FEEL SORRY FOR YOU AND WHAT YOU WILL SOON UNDOUBTEDLY GO THROUGH!

Buying phones was easy on smarter website and I was surprised the phones exceeded my expectations for the price. I bought few phones and everything is working as expected. The order was shipped very quick and I received it in 2-3 days. I would definitely purchase from smarter-phone again and would recommend them to everyone who needs a good quality phones for an affordable price.

I bought an Apple Watch two months ago. It wouldn’t sync to my apple account so I sent it back. It has been a nightmare ever since and the customer service couldn’t be more helpful. I wish I had never gotten involved with this company and would absolutely recommend against other customers using them. It’s been a huge waste of both time and money.

Be careful here once you order you cannot speak to anyone. Only email which takes a day at least. None of the numbers work and the live chat which cuts you off! I tried a lot! I did get my refund, after they didn't have the product in stock, but it was not a good experience as by then l was panicked by not being able to contact anyone.

I paid for second day air for a phone and it took them 2 days just to send it even though it said it would arrive on time. It was late. When I called customer service they told me it wasn't guaranteed and there was nothing they would do. I wouldn't buy from this company they don't live up to their word.

I ordered an iPhone 7 128gb on 18/6/19 but I received an iPhone 6.
I promptly contacted customer services who advised me to return the phone and that once they had received it and checked it they would send out the correct phone. I had to keep emailing to check the progress over the next few weeks as they weren't updating me at all. I just kept getting a similar response, usually along the lines of "a replacement phone will be sent as soon as our team confirms that the returned phone is iCloud free, and all the personal codes have been removed.Please allow us some time to do this." blah blah
Eventually I asked for a refund instead of the original phone I had ordered but was met with some more "please allow us time to process your request" etc
It's been nearly 2 months since first ordering the phone and no refund, no other phone sent out, no contact from them whatsoever.
PLEASE do not buy from them if you're reading this! I hadn't checked the reviews beforehand but wish I had. If you're reading these reviews you can still save yourself the money and the time that might be wasted! It's not worth the risk!!
Also on a side note, they are impossible to contact via phone. No one ever picks up. The only way I've been able to contact them is either through email or facebook (although I think they blocked me on facebook lol), and they usually take around a day to respond.

This was a terrible experience. After trying to exchange an item and returning it to them, they proceeded to ignore all my request or answer any phone calls. They were not sending out my exchanged item or refunding any money. It wasn't until I got Ebay involved who had to threaten to take the money from their account to get me a refund that the company then proceeded with my refund. I almost got my money stolen! I do not recommend this company.

I never write reviews, but I want to say something to Smarter-Phone.co because it was a really good experience.
I bought a mint Iphone 6S for 185 euros. This was delivered two days before the specified time by DHL express from Ireland. The phone has no signs of use, the battery has a state of charge of 85%.
My experience with the customer service was very satisfactory. This responds within a few hours to emails very committed and helpful.
All in all, I can recommend smarter-phone.co unrestricted to anyone who wants to buy a well-preserved used smartphone for little money.

Only gave on star because that’s the lowest rating available. I ordered an “unlocked” phone, received the phone about a week later then promised. Between multiple calls with customer service, waiting at least 30 minutes or more, and getting an automated voicemail promising a call back, and never getting a call. We emailed multiple times and never got anything back. Then we sent it back and to get another one sent, which took more than 2 weeks more than what we were told, THIS PHONE WASNT UNLOCKED EITHER!!! And wouldn’t work on my carrier. We then called and emailed multiple times again only to receive the same terrible customer service as before. Then we wrote a bad review and they saw it and finally called us back. Asking us to remove the review for a full refund more than three weeks ago. We sent the phone back, and we haven’t gotten a refund at all. We haven’t received any calls or emails or anything. The customer service was terrible, the 2 day shipping isn’t true. I definitely should not have bought from
here and NEVER EVER will again. Make sure y’all read the reviews. I highly recommend you buy from any other website than Smarter.

iPhone6 received was lagging and unresponsive more often than not. It took several weeks of back and forth with random online support. Finally they asked if I wanted a refund, or to wait for a different phone that they got, and I said PLEASE REDUND. they ignored my message and the NEXT day shipped me the other phone. I asked why, they said ship it back and we will refund you. It's been 28 days since I shipped it back with tracking#. NOTHING. they stole my money.

I tried to bye a Samsung note of them and every time it said that the transaction had failed. The next day I bought a different phone on a different website and found that I had insouciant funds in the account that I was using. I phoned up my bank and they said that a transaction was put through. Now I am trying to cancel my order and have had no reply and nobody seems to know how to pick up the phone in the customer service (or their lack of) department. Should have checked the reviews.
I did eventually get a full refund (even before i managed to get it in the post) and was phoned me up directly for a helpful chat.

Well after shaky start im glad to report my iphone SE arrived perfectly packaged and as instructed on time as promised. Its perfect just as I expected and with peace of mind considering that the admin deny that they even knew that i had ordered it. I did order the wireless earbuds but i wait with baited breath that they may arrive. I didn’t get them with my phone as ordered. - just to give you update my earbuds arrived- thank you guys. You did good! As promised :)
I have no complaints with the phone its very good value for money. I just wish that the communication was better. Cmon guys sort it out!

Spend the extra $30 and order from a reputable place. I placed an order mid-July and I received it fairly quickly, however the device was locked with someone else’s ICloud. I returned the item and have been waiting since July 29 to receive a replacement. They keep saying the device must be “verified at the warehouse” but it’s been a month. The reason they say it can’t be verified is because it is locked with an ICloud account.... which is the whole reason I returned it. Customer service is always nice and helpful IF they answer. You have to call multiple times a day to get them to answer. I cancelled my exchange and am now waiting on a refund.
