I've been a big fan of the Slice app for awhile now. However, I just had a very poor experience with one of their partnered restaurants and subsequently the customer service provided to me by Jake via the Slice live chat feature. Eventually, I called their customer support and Harry was able to "authorize" the refund for my very poor quality sandwich. The first agent I spoke with in chat basically said "Too bad", have a nice day and then ended the conversation. That is terrible customer service and I am highly disappointed in Slice today.

Do not use!!!
I will never use your app again!!!! Both times I have used it, my order appears to go thru per your email and when the order doesn’t show up as scheduled and I inquire I’m told by the restaurant that they declined the order. No communication to me, and I’m left hungry and disappointed, but you collected my money anyway!!!
