Deceiving, promised free fist sample, just shipping, that what the order stated - i saved $30, but charged later, u can't cancel subscription, u have to call.

If I could give 0 stars i would. Took over 1 month to ship, then on top of it it came by normal mail and everything was completely melted; even though their site states they ship only on Monday to Wednesday to avoid it sitting in a hot warehouse. It was shipped on a thursday and recieved on a wednesday and sat in the post box in 99 degree heat. Poor service

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. DO NOT. . .I repeat. . .DO NOT. . .do business with this company. I just got off the phone with them AGAIN, with the same problem everyone else has had. This is the absolure worst company I have ever dealt with. Lies, lies, lies! Scam! Horrible! Every review on here is the complete truth. In short. . .Requested cancellation May 31. They had no documentation of this, however, I do, as well as my bank. Charged AGAIN July 21. Called that day. PROMISED cancellation and refund in 3 to the business days. Have followed up several times documenting EVERYTHING! Today. . .still no refund! Now Im told by Wednesday! This is UNBELIEVABLE! And i will put this review EVERYWHERE I possibly can. Businesses like this should NOT be allowed to operate!

You would do good to avoid this company. They will always have something on back order for months on end. After 5 months and 7 calls later I gave up. I’ve been promised a good sized refund but don’t really believe it will happen. No company I’ve ever seen operates like this one. They take your money and then don’t deliver. Customer service will give you a different story every time. I’m sticking with my sugar free Stovers chocolate. These people have taken me for $70. I saw one review somewhere that if they had read the BBB write up in AZ they never would had ordered. His story sounded just like mine. I even asked for a manager to contact me about this. Toe tap... still waiting. Oh and don’t bother asking for a supervisor...seems anyone who answers automatically becomes one. I am contacting the BBB with a complaint as well as the Attorney Generals Office.

Literally can't delete my account. Classic scam set up, sign up is easy but in order to cancel or change anything you have to do it over the phone. There's no easy way to change your account password or even delete your account.

Whatever you do make sure it's NOT to trust this company, do NOT give them your credit-card it's a complete scam. They don't really offer you a free trial, they charge you full price and set you up for autoshipment withOUT your authorization or concent. I wish I had read the reviews regarding this company. It's outrageously overpriced chocolate but what's worse is the customer service. They will not respond to you, they will not give you a refund, they will not delete or cancel your account. TOTAL RIPOFF.

I would give them 0 stars if it was possible. Their advertising is misleading and their customer service sucks! You end up paying $35 for their "free sample". Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.

I ordered from them and some off the chocolate was bust opened and melted all over the box. Not worth the price. Definitely dont recommend!

Same for me. They’ve charged me now $78 for my “free Sample”. Bogus. Don’t buy. They dont answer their calls or reply to emails. I’m going to call BBB and local COC.

I signed up for a $4.95 trail via Swagbucks.com for a small box of chocolates... upon receiving the package, the box was completely smashed and dented. I didn't think much of this because it was just a trial.
Apparently, I missed the fine print that I signed up for a recurring subscription and was subsequently charged $35 in addition for the tiny smashed box of chocolates I received.
As soon as I realized my account had been charged, I called "customer service".
I spoke with a woman who took about 15 minutes to even find my account. I told her I wanted to cancel and would gladly send the package back for a refund. She stated that was not necessary she will cancel my account and refund me.... Then comes November and I was charged AGAIN. I called a second time and this person stated they would cancel my account and issue a refund, now, however, I cannot be refunded for the original charge. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told I would receive a call.... Nothing.
Later in the month I receive chocolates, I didn't want, and had to call a 3rd time to try to get my money back. This lady, who stated she was a supervisor, basically told me, rudely, there is nothing they can do.
Long story short, I am out almost $75 on a "trail box" of chocolates. The "supervisor" blamed me for not reading the fine print on the subscription, yet, after multiple customer service calls... I received no customer service.

Their chocolate is okay, but they have not responded to my email requests to cancel my subscription! It’s been months! All I can do is keep delaying my next delivery... no way to cancel!!!
