Freight options are misleading and dishonest. Website stated DHL (Courier) service to Australia, and I paid big bucks for this service, just for the tracking that should have been available. After I paid for this service I found out
1) it's not a courier service at all - it's passed onto Australia Post or equivalent when it reaches the destination country;
2) there is no tracking available.
So... in the belief that I paid for a courier service I provided a street address for delivery. There is NO AUSTRALIA POST DELIVERY to this address. So what happens to my parcel now? Noone knows. Not SIP, not Australia Post (they don't know where the parcel is because there's no tracking!)... it's crap.
When I challenged SIP on this they went silent - they don't respond to emails, they just ignore you.
Absolute garbage service and I will never use them again - be warned.

It is great to have a supplier like SIP with so many scooter parts so quickly available.
The only issue is with the website itself it needs to be updated I normally ring in my orders it's just easier.
I know that many of our club members in the Munster Scooter Club here in the south west coast of Ireland use SIP on a regular basis and are very happy with the service.

That's funny how Trustpilot is the only way to get in touch with SIP scooter!
So I'm writing here as no respond via SIP website for over 2 weeks.
SIP what's happening with my order from 17.7? Why I'm not getting any updates? Why nobody is replying to my enquires? Are you all on holidays?
Please take care of my order as 3 weeks since placing it, that's definitely too long, even if you have to order item from factory to proceed.

I have used SIP every time I needed Vespa parts and accessories. They always have the best stock, most of the time I can't find what I'm looking for anywhere else.
Their shipping is fast and extremely good value. These guys obviously love what they do and are the best in the business.

I have been using SIP for five years but now I have a product that doesn't fit (Vespa GTS cover} I can't get hold of them. They don't answer any of their phone lines, I have spent three days trying. They don't reply to their messaging service and I am at my wits end. I know they have the cover back as it cost me £14 to return it via UPS and its tracked. Thats £50 down the drain. Be aware they are good until they get something wrong and then you are on your own.

If I could give them zero (0) stars I would. I order several Vespa parts totally approximately $75 over 9 months ago. Two of the items went on back order, but my Master Card was charged immediately. I waited and waited then the order finally showed it shipped according to their website. I never received the parts and several email inquires resulted in no answers, just silence.

If I have an inventory of the item I ordered, approve the payment.
If not, cancel the refund.

You would think they would respond to ANYTHING. but nope. tried to get a part. Took a month knowing they never had the part in the first place. Wanted a refund. Tried to send email, and not one responds from them. At all.
I should have read the reviews before I put money into that website. and I'm pretty sure that I wont get my money back from the lack of communication.
There should at least be a cancellation button on the site. but there's not even that

Bought handlebar cover for Vespa PX125, it arrived when expected excellent.
Problem it had a deep scratch which must have been there when painted as paint covers it and also it has pit marks over it.
I got in touch about a replacement and 6 weeks later nothing been done about it, other than an email saying they are busy and will get back to me.

Amazing customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong product and called the helpline - the customer service agent was going to great length to get the parcel off the truck and exchange it with the correct item. Awesome job!

Always a pleasure ordering from SIP. I believe SIP have a larger variety of quality stock, and more competitive prices compared to the UK Online Shops. Products are usually dispatched very quickly, and arrive excellently wrapped and packaged.

Hi yesterday I broke down going to the IOW rally the scoot was running fine it then felt a shudder then the motor stopped I found the motor would turn over with the Kickstarter noticed the flywheel was static this maybe the woodruff key shearing but on closer inspection the flywheel was rocking from side to side the nut that secured the flywheel was tight this meant I could not continue my ride my weekend is ruined I had booked ferry and camping spent the rest of the day being recovered back home on Friday. Today I checked out the scooter removed the cowling the flywheel came away with part of the crankshaft. Yes the it had sheared and also looks like a fault I purchased this crankshaft from you I hold you and the manufacturer responsible for I will send you a video of taking the scooter apart to inspect
The response I received was questions what crank? how far I had taveled in the day before I broke down ? Who fitted the crank ? What other parts where fitted to the motor ? I purchased the crankshaft 2013 , the crankshaft ws fitted in 2014 the scooter had clocked up 4250 or there abouts before the breakdown and the scooter has never gone above 65 miles per hour I sent pictures this made not effect ,when customer care realised I purchased in 2013 that was it no sorry your out of warranty and out of luck I've sent a follow up email but I had no reply that's rubbish I've spent in excess of £3500 with this company seems they don't care about loyalty ,

Impossible to get in touch with their customer service, more than an hour wait. They are good at selling you stuff and charging for it but if you need support like: why the tracking number they provided does not supply any info 4 days after the shipment has left?(as per their email) you will not be able to reach them.

They sent the wrong item.. Nothing like the one pictured.. Because I mounted it, guess what.. No return.. Wouldn't deal with them again and would advise others to stay away.
