I went to use my card and got to the end and received an error. I sent an email to support and no response. I have a 1 year membership that I cannot even use due to errors and no support help. I had to pay for the ticket..Can I get a refund. I need help..

Trying to use the pass today and once again the app gave me an error message. I install/re-install the app still did not work. Not only it did not work it gave me a warning message stating that I'm installing to another device and only have 1 more time to so. I just don't understand why every month there is always an issue in reserving tickets on the app.

You can't book ticket on their app anymore. It just shows "An Unknown error occurred. Please try again later!" for few days now. I tried emailing customer support but no respond.
Also they disabled the option to skip convenience fee. Since I am member of the theater where I watch movie, they don't charge convenience fee for my booking. I emailed Sinema few times about the fee that they charged for previous booking, no respond.

Total rip off. The customer support is basically non existent. Haven't been able to get a ticket since the beginning of the month. I even verified my account with my driver's license. First the advanced booking stopped working and now physical card also stopped working. Bought the annual plan and regretting it now.

This company is just in it for a money grab. I haven't been able to use that app for over a month and paid for an annual membership. When I was able to use it a few times before, they charge the theater's convenience fee (which I understand) and their own processing fee, which makes it basically useless. I tend to go to matinees and so the $4 convenience fee & handling fee is almost as much as just buying the $6 ticket. Then I don't have to go through the hassle of the app not working, or stressing about the app not working when I need to "check in" for the movie, or having to send the company a picture of my face and my driver's license for "verification". Their customer service is only via email or online form and they don't get back to you. What a waste of money. Don't use this company.

It seems that Sinemia is preventing its subscribers from purchasing tickets as when we get to the last step we get an “error” message. And even worst they won’t respond to when we contact them by sending a message. I am paid up till March 2020 so I have a lot invested in my membership. I just can’t believe Sinemia has come to this. I have been with them for two years with no problems and now I feel like they are ripping us off...

I purchased a year membership, used it twice and then stopped working. I reached out to Sinema customer service and received no response.
I reached out to them on twitter and told to directly message them to resolve the matter, which I did but then heard nothing back. Horrible company to deal with. I will be calling my CC company to pro-rate the charges. Only used it for month, will be disputing the charges.

The app is once again broken. It will not let me purchase an advance ticket. Keep getting an "unknown error message. This app is a total cluster [email protected]
Edit-15 days later and than app is still broken.
Day 19-I still cannot by a ticket. I was contacted by sinema on the 25th but they have yet to fix the problem.

Stephanie Wilson My membership hasn’t worked for a month, the only thing I get is a error ok message every time I try to purchase any movie or even at any movie theater. I have replied on Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, Trustpilot, filled out the form server times, reset app, and even turned off my phone several times. I got one message on Trustpilot they needed more information, I could not get anymore specific. I lost all my movies last month, with one prior month too.i have even had to buy two movie tickets, I paid 3 miss use fees, do you pay for a month of no services being missed. I also upgrade my plan and gave another 192 to upgrade for single prem to double person with 3 movies. When I go to even try to book at ticket through the online, it will not let me pass the choosing your movie. It’s spring then nothing. If I choose at movies theater it will let me go all the way to submit ticket spins for a minute the book error please just fix I want to see a movie that I have already pd for

Having issues time after, time with this company. They charged me for a year of membership but have not been able to provide the service. I do not abuse my service, nor do I use it often. But the few times I have tried, I had to resort to paying out of pocket. Stay away!!!

I just signed up for the service today. Followed all the instructions perfectly and ended up not being able to use the service at all. What a waste of money. I've reached out to customer service through twitter and their support email with no help yet.

I have not been able to get a ticket with Sinema for the last two weeks. I have tried contacting them via email and on twitter with no response. i paid for the subscription for a full year and it is frustrating that i cannot use it. It is very unprofessional and ridiculous that they would do that. I also do not know what to do at this point since I have already paid for the service.

The app has not worked for over three weeks. They will not respond to any e-mails from their "Help Center." I pre-paid for a service that does not exist. As anyone considered a class action suit against this fraudulent company?

This truly is the worst company with whom I have ever dealt. They should be run out of the country. Tar and Feathering is too good for them. I wonder how is this allowed. There are enough complaints of fraud on the social media sites, isn't there some oversight group to go in and shut them down. They exemplify everything that is wrong with business today. Can't book advance tickets. First it would give an error that the app needed to be updated, even though it was up to date, now it says advance ticketing is under maintenance (after charging a convienence fee).
About to lose a monthly allotment that I paid for and now response as to any credit for this outage.

I haven't been able to purchase a ticket through the app in weeks. This is more than frustrating as I paid for a year in advance. Sinema, you need to get this fixed and reimburse me for the tickets I had to purchase because your app is BROKEN.
