I do not recommend the support. Rude, arrogant. Scam. Russian state of mind. Don't buy any add-on or hosting from them as you will regret this decision very soon.

There is no support for Stripe add on for cs cart
Support issue is Which is very rude when you ask to fix your add on they accept the issue on their side but they dont support.
Its been 2 weeks already and miss Olga from support team asking extra payment for fixing their own add on.

We have had a very difficult experience with Simtech Development.
Well, we have been doing with them a complex project based on CS-Cart Multivendor, not an ordinary shop. Simtech Development knows CS-Cart because it is almost the same people. They even sit in the same building. And in the beginning, when it is mainly about "promising to do", the cooperation with them seemed ok. But the more the project developed and required producing results of the work, the more problems we started to have with this company.
First, there is a quality problem. Some of their professionals are too young and unexperienced. Some are just not good (in our view). They make many mistakes (even obvious ones) and produce a very raw result. When I read positive reviews about this company, I ask myself are these reviews real or we just had bad luck with the team doing our project? Or the quality of their work has deteriorated since the time the reviews were made?
Second, there is a problem with the timline. Almost never have they complied with the agreed timline! And I don´t mean delays in days, I mean weeks and even months in some cases. It is absurd. We tried all possible ways (except for legal ones) to influence them. Not successfully. We have lost months and lots of opportunities because of it.
Third, there is a serious management problem. It becomes obvious when you have been working with them on a big project and for some time. They advertise themselves as a company who can customize CS-Cart for the client and according to his needs. Nice words which differ from the reality. They can not do it. They lack understanding, skills and business approach on all levels starting from their CEO and top managers and ending with their project managers. In fact, if you are not an experienced IT specialist yourself who can really control what they are doing, it is impossible to entrust them with a serious project and to rely on them. They are unable to keep an overview over a complex project professionally, to lead serious customization and keep track of the work and the timeline. Partly, because their managers are probably not fully ready for that. Partly, because it feels like they do not have enough time for each project. Also, the problem seems to be their internal processes and regulations. It looks like an assembly line: developers do their work formally, one task after another, they do not see the whole project, they do not think about it as a system. Their goal is to tick as many billable hours as possible because that is how their effectiveness is measured internally. Hence many mistakes and omissions. Especially if the project manager is unable to fulfil his duties properly. When a task is done, the time you paid is spent, but the result is either raw or not acceptable at all. Not only it takes a lot of time for them to correct their mistakes, but first of all it is very frustrating and time-consuming to argue with them trying to prove why it is their mistakes and why it should be corrected for free and immediately (in fact, it never works, they correct mistakes in their own pace, when it is convenient for them). The most ridiculous is that these people give arguments that are relevant only for their business! As if the interests of the client should not matter. They expect from the client to understand their risks but they do not even show any respect to the fact that as a result of their mistakes or delays the client has to deal with real negative consequences. We have seen this ridiculous approach many times and even from their CEO and top management, which was very frustrating.
Forth, as already mentioned, they do not want to take responsibility for their mistakes. Nobody likes it. But in their case the whole company works with the aim to avoid any responsibilty. It is a standard. They are happy to get your money and will be very welcoming in the beginning. But when it comes to the real work, their only instinct will be to cover their as.s. Their whole system works for this. All their processes are aimed at this. In the end it is you who is supposed to bear all the negative consequences of their mistakes: in terms of money, time, quality, nerves, lost opportunities. Only with time we learnt to see their tricks and to mitigate the negative effects for our project (at least legally). But how many times we wanted to just terminate the agreement! The only reason that stopped us was the volume of the project which is not easy to transfer from one service provider to another.
The last, but not the least, they are not flexible and just ignore the circumstances of the client. It is you who will have to adjust to the time differece, to their timeline, their way of working, their way of writing specifications, their way of keeping track of tasks, their way of correcting mistakes, their way of correspondence.
We have tried all arguments and measures. There is a lot of frustration behind it. This review is our way to give a feedback to Simtech Development and to other would-be clients about working with this company.

I have been working with Simtech for almost a year now. This company has not disappointed me once. They understand my requirements very easily, work on my site as if they are working on their own site, they care for my business like their own. It is the best IT company to work with. The communication is perfect, however, they have one small issue which is their cost is a little bit higher than other companies but that is totally worth it because of the quality and service they provide.

It has been a long time we are working with Simtech. We are online shop company located in Netherlands. and our main all kind of WEB support comes from Simtech Development. the IT team works there is just amazing. so precise and very good in time management. Delivering high quality of service and can really keep their promises on what is agreed and offers a reasonable handsome quotation!
