Outstanding! After a terrible experience with a different online resource, I ordered glasses from Simply Eyeglasses. Their customer service was outstanding. When I told them about the trouble I had had with the other company, they went out of their way to help out by putting my order in priority status. Communication was constant throughout the processing period, the order shipped quickly, and the product was good quality.

Purchased 3M EX550 frames as arms on old ones were busted off but Rx glasses ok. At a tad South of $60 with all costs applied I thought this was a good deal. I was mistaken. The first lens went in absolutely perfect, but the second lens did not as the screw was frozen and would not back out even with excessive force applied. This is a DEFECT, and frankly makes me wonder if it was intentional. 3M or Simply...??? Either way, the result is the same and the new frames along with old ones and expensive Rx glasses are now in trash. Rip Off - NO I wouldn't recommend simplyeyeglasses.com to my friends. So one more negative 1 Star review - only because 0 stars is not an option. Stay Away!

My first experience ordering glasses online and it was well worth it. I had to replace my daughters eyeglasses quickly before heading out on our summer vacation. Cindy and the team when above an beyond to get them to me within same week of ordering. My daughter was very happy they fit exactly the same. They really do have great customer service as they answer emails within the hour keep you informed. Would order again no doubt. Thank you!!

I called Simply Eyeglasses and had the good fortune of talking to a delightful lady named Cindy who was in Customer Service. WOW! Did she ever deliver customer service! Cindy was extremely helpful, exactly what Customer Service is suppose to be! She and I were on the phone for probably 30-40 minutes as she searched all eye glass sites to try and help me find just the right pair of glasses that I wanted. Sadly, the type of glasses that I wanted are no longer available. However, with her determination and hard work, she was able to find my beloved frames that had been discontinued and I managed to get a pair! I was thrilled and so thankful. When you look up Customer Service in the Dictionary, NO DOUBT - Cindy's picture will be there! Thank you Cindy for a job well done. It was a pleasure talking to you and I will most definitely contact you again when I need frames or lenses.

I had been looking for discontinued frames fo a while. My frames were quite old. I loved the style and color and Cindy from Simply Eyeglasses went above and beyond to not only track them down but assure that they actually got into her hands so she could make sure that my frame and exact color were what I was going to receive. There had been a mix up in communication and Cindy went the extra mile to track my frames down. It's customer service people like Cindy that make Simply Eyeglasses a very trusted source for purchasing eyewear.

I just received my new Ray Ban New Wayfarers with real glass prescription lenses. They're fantastic! I've been using SimplyEyeglasses for many years and their work & prices are great! I prefer glass lenses because they're much more resistant to scratching. They are getting harder to find every day, probably because they last much longer! Thanks for your great service. I decided to try getting lenses put into frames that I already owned. I mailed my frames with prescription and all required information. The first time I received my glasses back from Simple Eyeglasses, the lenses were cut improperly and I could not see out of the lenses. I returned them to Simply Eyeglasses and they tried again. When I received the glasses back a second time I still could not see comfortably out of the lenses. I decided not to send back again because I blamed myself, thinking I could not get used to the style of lens that they use. I learned after the 30 day return window, from a local optician, that the lenses in the glasses were CUT CROOKED and there would be no way that I could see clearly out of the lenses. I was shocked and annoyed with myself for not having sent them back a second time but by then I was frustrated with the process and also doubting that the lenses were inaccurate. How could they have cut them incorrectly twice? When I called today to see if Simply Eyeglasses would credit me with something for their error they took over a week to review my request and called back saying that they "couldn't do anything for me because this was beyond the 30 day return window". I encouraged the customer service representative to re-state the response to be that they "wouldn't" do anything to rectify the situation because following the policy is a choice and a decision and not a requirement. I am disappointed in both their customer service and the quality of their technical staff and will never do business with them again and encourage others to be cautious. If you are local to the store perhaps the process would go better but to do this long distance is fraught with room for costly error.

This is my first time ordering frames and lens on line. I had been searching for a discontinued frame for literally years, yes, I said years.
Every so often, I would get the bug to try to find them. My reasoning being that somewhere in the whole world, there must be one pair of used frames someone wanted to sell or a new pair stuck away in a warehouse. No luck UNTIL, I spoke to Cindy at Simply Eyeglasses. In just a few days, she emailed me that she had found my frames and she would have them sent to me! JOY! They came. Right size, right color. HAPPY! Now that I am sure I have the right frames, my level of TRUST in this company is high, so I decided to order lens from them, too, so sent the frames back along with my prescription. A couple of weeks later, I have my glasses. EASY!
This company has a very informative web site, but if you can't find an answer to your question, there's always Cindy. She answered the phone each time I called and emailed me to keep me updated on my order. She made me feel like she had a personal interest in seeing that my glasses came out alright. Great Lady!
Overall, I couldn't be more SATISFIED!

I was so glad my eyeglasses finally arrived, opened the package and found they had sent my lenses in the wrong frame!`This means their frame supplier made a big mistake with the frame and that SE did not check the frame with my order before putting my lenses in them. SE told me nothing more than "we are human and make mistakes" several times. If you're taking hundreds of dollars to provide a medical product you should be professionals that take responsibility for their mistakes, not just "humans who make mistakes." There was no offer to compensate me in any way for their mistakes and the considerate delay. There was no responsibility to pressure the frame supplier to take responsibility for their mistake either. SE could have said - we'll stress to the supplier they need to expedite this order due to their mistake rather than take the usual "five days." So I had to go to the post office during the Xmas rush to send the glasses back - but she did not say anything like that. I hope that the frames got to SE within a couple days and that SE puts my lenses in those frames soon and then that the Xmas rush does not delay the glasses too long.

After my cataract surgery with lens replacement, I found I needed different strengths of readers for reading, for computer, and none for distance. I was constantly changing glasses. There was no resource for lined trifocal readers anywhere. Then I called SEI. They listened, and agreed to make me a pair of glasses per my instructions. They are wonderful. No more searching for glasses. These folks are very accommodating and I highly recommend this company for post surgical patients and everyone else who wants top quality glasses.

Fabulous people working at this company. I got so screwed by lens crafter that I will never go to them again. This company is great for being specific & accurate on my prescription & also the type of frame needed for my correction. I thank them wholeheartedly as thirst glasses are so critical in my vision & not having to wear a strap at the back is great too. Spent $700+ on lenses/frame a 1-1/2 year ago, else where. Then stepped on a frame on this last Monday... Blindly():), called on Wednesday to SEG and spoke to confirm that the Frame is actually in stock.
In stock it was! Placed and order over the phone at 4 pm. Today is following Monday, frame delivered. Took me 10 minutes to put old lenses into a new frame.
All I could say's Thank You and it is Nice to See You :).

Simply Eyeglasses provided me with the most excellent service every step of the way! I had a pair of vintage frames & was new to having glasses. Customer support was spectacular by phone and via email! My frames arrived in Orlando right when Hurricane Michael hit! Even while their neighboring communities were torn apart Simply Eyeglasses kept everything together! My eyeglasses arrived precisely on schedule, & the work was exceptional! I love my new glasses, and enjoyed every shared communication with these folks!

1st pair of glasses that ever fit me correctly. It was a little work doing my measurements but the outcome has been better than ever. ( After exhausting a local search and writing down my bridge measurements and total width of glasses, I decided to order online for more selection.) My husband, who never notices anything immediately looked at my face and my new glasses and said, "look! Finally a pair that fits!"

Thank-you Cindy for such professional and above and beyond service. I love my Tom Ford Colette frames with prescription lenses. I was in a rush for sunglass frames for my vacation and saw these beautiful sunglasses in another eye glass shop for $375 without the prescription lenses. I searched for a reputable company online for at least 6 hours and came across the excellent reviews from simplyeyeglasses.com. I requested that the gradient prescription sunglass lenses be put into the frames just like the original gradient sunglasses (without prescription) that I tried on in the store. I talked to Cindy and she contacted the Tom Ford rep. directly, ordered the sunglass frames in for me, put in my gradient prescription lenses and the total cost of the sunglasses were significantly less than the ones in the store that I tried on. I received my sunglasses in time for my vacation in the sun. I was able to wear the sunglasses in the day and even at night, because of the gradient lenses. I have received many compliments on the glasses, I just love them! Thanks Cindy for making my vacation so great. I will purchase all my glasses from your online store from now on!

I broke the front piece of my glasses. When I contacted my optometrist they said the frames were discontinued. I'd have to get new lenses and new frames, altogether costing me several hundred dollars. I contacted a few sites advertising frames to see if I could get them online. Cindy at SimplyEyeglasses got back to me and said they didn't have the frames, but had parts. I realized I only needed the front piece. I got back to Cindy and within a week or so, I had my replacement part. My optometrist put the pieces together at no cost. Thanks to SimplyEyeglasses, I saved several hundred dollars.

I have ordered lenses and complete eyeglasses from them and have been satisfied with the service. Last week I noticed a problem with sunglasses I ordered 14 months ago. They finish was wrinkled like a homemade car window tinting. I explained the issue and was told that was out of warranty. I was offered a coupon but did not receive one with the email. The lack of care was what burns me. They didnt call to get more info or to voice concern over the defect. I realize they have a warrany period, but the lack of concern tells me that this type of tinting defect is to be expected in their products. I have Rx glasses whose tinting is as clear as it was 12 or 15 years ago. My eyes have not changed but now I need a new exam to buy replacement glasses... it wont be with SimplyEyeglasses.com
