It's not often I am left shocked where exceptional customer service has left me speechless, but on this occassion Malcolm and Simon Carter did just that.
I initially contacted Simon Carter to track down a pair of cuff links that I had seen outside of the UK and fell in love with. Following a sales enquiry via the SC website, promptly I recieved a mail from Malcolm who had both identified and was soon able to supply the cuff links in question.
What can I say, truely exemplary service and a rarity in this day and age.

Great customer service! Replaced year-old cufflinks brought from Liberty's for free as one of the inlays had come loose. Immediately they sent a new pair off and they arrived days after I contacted them.

The reviews of excellent customer service are entirely justified - I received a different set of cufflinks to the ones I ordered, so I emailed SC and within one day I had received the ordered set. As for the cufflinks themselves - they're great!

After 3 years, my shoes needed new laces. As I could not find the original online right away, I decided to contract Simon Carter directly through their website. What an amazing customer service experience!
I had purchased a pair of cufflinks some almost 10 years ago from the Toronto location (since closed). I hadn’t even worn them once and was displeased to find that one had come lost (unglued) the very first time I wore it out to dinner.
I contacted Simon Carter customer care centre via email and my concern was responded to by Malcolm (an absolutely fantastic representative to deal with).
I instinctively sent proof of the cufflink “loss” and my replacement was sent to me in very short order.
I am so very impressed with Simon Carter and especially Malcolm for their customer service and expedited care to resolve my challenge. I appreciate more now the reason why I purchased these cufflinks from Simon Carter. They’re beautiful, stylish and are backed by a team of professionals.

Bought a Simon Carter branded pen from a small independent retailer in Melbourne Australia.
Part of the mechanism was a tad faulty.
Retailer did not offer to assist.
I contacted Simon Carter, LONDON and Malcolm Bell displayed superb customer service.
A replacement pen was sent to me immediately, no questions asked.
Their service was brilliant !!!

I was so disappointed when I lost one of my favourite cuff-links. But Malcolm came to the rescue and with the help of a photo from my iPhone replaced the missing cuff-link. Actually I got two of them from him, so I now have a spare. Fantastic customer service!! Thanks so much Malcolm.

I've been buying Simon Carter shirts for a few years now, love a lot of the designs, but some are truly amazing! Always get comments on these shirts when I'm out and they've lasted well which speaks to the quality. Occasionally, I see them on TV too when Paul Merton wears them on HIGNFY, which brings a smile to my face. Bought a jacket once as the style and cut was too good to pass up. I'm quite picky, so take my time and wait for something special.
I now get given gift vouchers for birthday's so recently bought myself another shirt. Had a few issues using the vouchers online though as the system didn't seem to recognise them, but contacted Simon Carter and Malcolm sorted it all out very quickly for me.
I don't tend to leave reviews, and am a bit reluctant to now as I don't want too many other people wearing my shirts, but I have to give credit wear it is due, so here it is.

I received a men's braided bracelet, which I liked very much. However, I had a small issue with the clasp and was so impressed by the company's efforts to make things right. The MD even kept in touch with me personally to ensure that all was well. I definitely will recommend Simon Carter in the future.

Absolutly marvelous this company really cares about getting your order right and making sure you’re happy! They truly go the extra mile, respond back quickly, as well as get your order to you fast as possible! So I ordered a watch and belt took not even 2 days to get here in Southern California. My 10 year-old Simon Carter watch developed a problem not repairable by my local watch shop. I contacted Malcom Bell at Simon Carter London, and he managed the entire process beginning to end - shipping, repair, and return. The entire experience was professionally handled, promptly dealt with, and most importantly, successful. I now have my favorite watch back on my wrist and running smoothly.
