Shipment arrived nice and frozen, packed well. Several of the cellophane coverings were split open on the edges already though, like someone else has mentioned. I feel meals are healthier than most, portion sizes decent (I wouldn't count on it feeding 2 people like some have stated, plenty for 1), and quality of ingredients quite good. Being chronically ill and disabled, I REALLY wanted to enjoy these meals, and delivery to my home. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering any more. I bought a months worth of meals, and I do not care for the quantity and choice of seasonings. I don't have a problem with spicy hot foods. That's not a problem for me. I feel seasonings should accent the flavor of the foods though, not take over the taste of the foods. I took a forkful of a red cabbage slaw, and it simply tasted like I put a teaspoon of ginger in my mouth. Even my sloppy Joe didn't taste like a sloppy Joe, due to an abundance of clove and thyme. I couldn't even taste my carrots to be carrots,, until I scraped off the majority of the thyme that was covering them, with a knife. It's all been such a shame, because I feel the quality of the ingredients are good. I had family and friends try several of the meals, and they reiterated my sentiments, so it isn't just my taste being off base. If the chefs would just go easy on that sort of thing, this would be a terrific solution for me. Oh well....just wanted to give others a heads up.

2/20/18 Update - Thanks for the quick reply. Nice to know you read your customers comments. I read your reply to someone else's review, stating they should also try a variety of entrees. As I said, I ordered a months worth of meals. If you were to check my order, you would see that I ordered quite the variety. I did this for the exact reason you are saying. Thanks for the suggestion though, unfortunately...I tried that already. Thanks anyway!

Had one order arrive thawed out. Company said they had to check with shipper. Another words didn't believe me, the customer. They replaced the order but will not buy from them again.

My complaint is with food quality. After two orders, I found the food to be very unappealing and not worth the price paid for taste appeal or quantity.
