Paddington store - twice now, both clinicians were so rude, not interested in me but the services they were trying to sell. Not to mentioned the treatment was rough and painful. Unfortunate because the services they offer and products looked good.

I have been a customer in the Noarlunga store for over 2 yrs. Having monthly skin treatments. Never had any issues until today- had microdermabrasion the treatment lasted all of 5 minutes, the girl was very rushed and unfriendly she didn’t acknowledge any future treatments I may want. I felt like I was on a conveyor belt, not a regular customer paying for a service. I have always been asked if I want sunscreen- not on this occasion!!. When I asked the girl for some applying she seemed annoyed at my request, she applied the sunscreen then walked out of the treatment room to chat to her friend at reception as I had pre-paid for today’s treatment. I walked past reception without any acknowledgment from staff. I will not be returning to this store ever again. Terrible customer service.

Cher is a true professional, constantly giving great advice on what services she would like to provide to you without being over the top. She has many years of experience which is always reassuring when you are having procedures done on your face.

So here I am again trying to contact someone in Silk customer service or Silk head office. I got filler in my cheeks 4 months ago costing over $800 and now one cheek has fully deflated? Leaving my face quite noticeably uneven. Where do you stand on a procedure that hasn't worked as I don't plan to pay again when Silk Laser Clinic is at fault. The staff are not friendly! I was treated like a body on a conveyor belt. The staff rush you along and seem so disinterested in everything! You're better off paying more and going to a more reputable clinic where you will be treated with respect and receive friendly customer service and effective treatments.
Very disappointing as I have spent around $900. I will try another clinic and hope they are better!

I have been a client for 3 years desperate to improve my appearance. I turn up each time every time on time. I pay each time every time on time. I have spent thousands of dollars at this so called budget beauty outlet. I finally got 1x $100.00 gift voucher from them. I race in and I book 1x Microdermabrasion treatment. To my horror at 6.38pm night before, I got a call, service cancellation. Silk Laser Clinics could reschedule gift voucher service at another time convenient to them and totally inconvenient to me. I ask them to ring a casual beautician to deliver my gift voucher service at the scheduled time, a service that I had looks forward to all week and I was basically told 'get real-as if, like who do you think you are?' I will never ever place one foot in this businesses doorstep again. Go here if you wanted to be treats like a second class citizen or an untouchable.

I would gladly leave a laser hair removal review if had had any. I waited 25 minutes then left. The receptionist said that “she was running a bit late”. I said i had been waiting 25 minutes and left. And here is a customer service suggestion-if a client leaves without having the treatment, ask if they want to reschedule.
And they never sent to the person who referred me. At the time it i was told that this would happen at the end of the month. Plus a consultation that was just rapid fire prices, add-ons and ‘must pay now’ because we don’t know how long the specials would last. Just as well I didn’t.

I had a skin consult with Chelsea at the Ocean Keys Salon. She was very polite and friendly. Took the time to ask about my history and situation, then also took all the information into consideration when giving me all the options. I started going to this salon because of convenience, but will be returning due to the great service.

A new self laser clinic opened n in my shopping centre and I was passing by. I only wanted to get a light treatment and I was quickly fit in despite being a walk-in. The lovely therapist who took me in addressed my skin concerns and explained The different treatment programs available. Fortunately I was treated to many discounts from a free product through to halfprice dermapen and more. I’m now regular customer and I value the quality treatments for a reasonable price and I now have my skin back on track.

I have been going to silk for my lasering for some time now. I normally go to the Adelaide Rundle place clinic but now I’ll definitely be looking for my services elsewhere.
Normally before I receive my treatment, I show the lady my treated areas to see if I need to postpone my treatments (I liked this as before I wasn’t waisting my sessions) I showed her and her only reply was “that’s going to cost you $10 to shave”. To paint a picture there wasn’t even hair to shave, hence why I wanted to get a professional opinion about whether to hold off. Then to top it off, I had already pre-paid all my treatments, normally getting my Brazilian, under arms and backside, and when I told her what I wanted she quickly replies with “that’s going to cost you another $10”. I had to then prove to her that I already bought these treatments and that they were included in my packages. Once I proved it to her she just sighed and started lasering away and it HURT!! Never have I been in that pain before nor had to stop the treatments before I was finished!!! After she was done she just storms out of the room! I was considering getting my upper lip laserednbut not anymore with her!!! It’s now the day after and I have noticed some bleeding.... I wonder if my treatments were too close together but all she could think of was up selling at the time. Very shocked at the service I received. Won’t be going back that’s for sure!!

Horrible experience trying to book an appointment and get information so I could work out budget etc. i was asking for brief outline in packages they were so rude and then stated I was being rude because I was saying that I needed information. I am very respectful but reminded them not to be dismissive. That’s when they hung up -Elizabeth clinic was terrible.

I did some research in regards to lip fillers and which company offered the best deal. I chose Silk as it stated on their site that it would cost for 1ml, $389.00 and they offered Afterpay which was an added bonus.
I rung Silk in Baldivis and spoke about what I wanted done and also about the Afterpay option which I was told, they would go through it with me at my appointment. Today I had my appointment, the girl that was doing my appointment was running late which they did ring and I agreed to going in half an hour later. Got to my appointment at 12 noon, filled out the paperwork and then I asked the girl at the desk if I could sort out the Afterpay now? Obviously, I was told that they’ll do it after I had the treatment. Had the treatment done and OMG, not only was the price different to what was stated on their web site but their “Afterpay” option really isn’t an Afterpay option at all!!!
I had to pay, $599.00 in full to the store and they’re saying to me that Afterpay will put my account in credit??? How the heck does that work in the first place???? I went through the price option over the phone prior to my appointment, I knew what I wanted and it was the $389.00 deal along with the Afterpay. I got neither and am so disappointed. I can see why Silk will leave the Afterpay until you’ve had the treatment as, you’ve got no choice but to pay them in full and not Afterpay.
In future, I will be going elsewhere and not to Silk again.

I have laser done at Silk at Burnside with Chantel and will exclusively book appointments with her. She is so professional, personable and knowledgable. I trust no one else with my laser treatment and ask her so many questions at every consultation. If you have laser hair removal done, request Chantel. The service is good, but for what it is, it is overpriced. Do your research ladies, The Ordinary, has better and much cheaper serums plus you can buy your own microneedle e.g The Banisher 2.0 for only 70 dollars. Wish I knew this 1400 dollars ago.

I was excited to see a Silk clinic in my area, i moved to Perth from Sydney, which is were i had all my hair removal done, it wasn't a Silk clinic in Sydney.
I went to your Baldivis store for maintenance, which normally works well, i was very disappointed with the result, it made no difference at all, at the time of my visit i did comment to the consultant that i felt nothing, where normally i would feel a little heat. I have tried to call the clinic on several occasions, the phone either rings out or puts me on hold, with no response, i saw another Silk clinic at Rockingham, I asked the person on the front counter, if the Baldivis store was still operational, to which she told responded yes, I explained to her what happened, she told me the consultant didn't use the correct strength on me. I am not fair and explained to the young consultant who was doing my treatment, i have had lots of treatment before with great results. I have more sessions booked with you, but i was not happy with the result from my initial consultation. I would like something done about this please, after my first session i recommended you to a few of my friends, which i now regret.

I recently went to the clinic in West Lakes South Australia for microdermabrasion. A tiny vacuum was used to apparently ‘suck the gunk’ from my face. I have had micro many times before and never was this the process. I asked about it and the lady explained told me that it was a new machine. The ‘treatment’ lasted for perhaps five minutes and honestly felt like nothing had happened. I had paid an extra $19 for a mask which felt like a face mask you buy from the supermarket. At the end, there was not even anywhere to check my skin before I was rushed out the door. In total I think the whole process lasted 15 minutes and I was charged $78 dollars. I left feeling as though it is all about money and not about a service for the customer. I will not go back.
