Absolutely horrid company. DO NOT rent from them under any circumstance. This company uses forceful tactics and engages in unethical business practices. They charged us 300 dollars for a missing license plate that fell off THEIR car and WAS NOT properly secured by them. We stopped payment on credit card immediately. They threatened to call the police!!! We left and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Check out this NEWS story about THEM! “WFTV NEWS ACTION 9 INVESTIGATES CAR RENTAL CHAIN USING HIGH PRESSURE TACTICS” Be safe and rent from Enterprise, Avis, Hertz, Dollar, Alamo, Budget or anyone BUT NOT Signature! Do your research BEFORE renting/booking with anyone!

Bad, rude, charged us $1000.00 deposit even though they said when I purchased the insurance I did not have to pay that. Not nice car, many scratches. Big charges for what they said were missed tolls. Highest for any rental car places. Investigating their validity. No pictures of violations sent. Will report to Better business Bureau.

Never ever rent from this company. They are fraud, misleading and dishonest. The agent is rude and not helpful. We waited for a long time at he counter and the agent would not let us use our insurance and he made us purchase their insurance. He double charged us for the insurance. We had very bad experience with this company that we never had with other car rental company. We will not rent from this company ever again and will not recommend this company to anybody.

These people are criminals, I would pursue criminal charges if I wasn't Canadian. Never, under any circumstance rent from this company. I was forced to pay double my quoted price at the counter at midnight with my wife and 3 young children. We waited at MCO for an hour before hiring our own taxi for 22 dollars. Upon arrival was told we had to purchase 20 dollars a day insurance even though I have 3 party rental through my home vehicle insurance. So at 1am with 3 young children and a building full of Lebanese seemingly family members...... pay or else!!!! I hope these criminals die a terrible death!!!!

Yes, it is cheap when you first look at the price until you arrive to rent the vehicle and they over charge and then they say because we are from Canada we have to pay this extra insurance. We had car insurance on our gold card and the car was conveniently declined.... TERRIBLE....RUN FROM THIS RENTAL COMPANY. RUDE STAFF AND FRAUDULENT.

Booked online with a confirmation email indicating what I would pay, and NO mention that I would need to provide copies of my insurance information. Agent Guillermo Lopez did not even greet me at the counter, simply started talking about my need to purchase a pass for the toll roads on Florida. Then he quickly moved on to insurance and when I said I'd seen no mention of this in my booking confirmation, he said: "It is the customer's problem if they cannot read the contract." Other customers within my hearing were also distressed about the insurance issue and seeking wifi to download insurance info. "We don't have wifi here, said Mr. Lopez." My quoted price was more than doubled and I was too tired after an overnight flight to argue. But when I returned the car I brought copies of my insurance and a letter explaining what had happened and asking for adjustment of my bill. Mr. Lopez and his supervisor refused to make an adjustment, lecturing me about my need to read and know the details, call them ahead of time, etc. They told me a third party was responsible for my booking (but denied that group would make any profit) and did say they would let the booking agency know that the insurance claus should be clearer.

We were forced into accepting additional insurance, so our invoice was more than doubled over the initial reservation (550 $ instead of 240 $).
After retouring the car, we had to pay additional 70 $, as they said we were not in time (we returned the car at 3 pm, and they said that the return time has to be 8 am, even if we agreed 6 pm in our reservation, which has been confirmed!!). We were threatened to pay the 70 $, it was horrible!!

Crooks. Last night in Orlando -- this is an Insurance scam
45 minutes late for pick up at airport, taken 15 minutes away and basically held hostage to their scam. Their rental required insurance despite my credit card and personal policy coverage. It was twice as much as the daily rental rate, TRIPLING my rental rate.

No stars for as bad experience! I rented second time with this company, Orlando location and the first time was also a bad experience but I decided to try again. we rented three cars this time and included the plates on my "sunpass" account for tolls and ..... surprise! one of the plates was restricted to register on the toll system because of pending invoices from previous renters since 2016. When I notice a charge of $300 on my credit card statement, I found out they charge me for unpaid tolls. I contacted to complain to the "sunpass" company and found the history of $371 on unpaid tolls since a year ago. The company "Paid by Toll" gave me access to the plate number invoices and locate the corresponding tolls for the dates I rented the car and I paid directly to this toll system company the $17 for tolls of my rental days.
Now I 'm having a hard time because Signature Rent a Car still charging me $300 for the tolls already paid!

Do not rent from this company like many others you don't know what your dealing with till your actually at the counter. They will lie to you on the phone saying that they take your insurance coverage with a 200 deposit. That is far from the truth yes you can use your own insurance but if you do your deposit is now a 1000 . The only way to avoid that deposit if you opt for their insurance which is more then what your rental is. So we went from a total price of 83 to over 180 dollars.
Let me tell you about their vehicles first vehicle they try to give us the bumper is falling off.. 2nd vehicle the try to give me has KKK written on the hood apparently they do not use the insurance to fix these vehicles. The third car they give me which they told me that's it they have no others is filthy stained upholstery sticky steering wheel dented up its more like rent a wreck!
That was not the end the car engine light went on the tire light went on and no window washer fluids. It's very apparent they do not take care of these cars it's gonna only be time that someone gets hurts from their neglect!
I called them everyday each day they told me Larry the so called manager will call me back around 2/3 I have never heard back from him or anybody! I even asked for Andrew Greigs the so called hire up !
When we returned the car I spoke to a women at the desk who was very rude and told her about the issues she said you should of called I'm like excuse me I called everyday with no response her response to me was oh well we are very busy here! Yep very busy ripping people off!
I suggest anyone with a complaint file one with the attorney generals office they are already being investigated. The More complaints being made closer to having them shut down or fined. They need to stop they have a F rating on bbb as well. Just hope someone sees these reviews before they actually go there. The only reason they are busy is because people don't know till they get there.

I REALIZE THAT CAR RENTAL ALL HAVE GOOD AND BAD EXPERIENCES BUT WHEN YOU SEE A LOBBY FULL OF ANGRY CUSTOMERS TURN AROUND AND GET OUT. i SHOULD HAVE BUT INSTEAD ENDED UP PAYING $88.50 FOR A $2.48 CENT TOLL (VERY POORLY MARKED). THE STATE OF FLORIDA SHOULD STOP THIS MADNESS. REALLY, HOW DO THEY GET AWAY WITH IT. MY BILL HAD 75-$50.00 CHARGES ON IT WITHIN ONE HOUR-MAYBE THE TOLL MARKERS SHOULD BE PROPERLY DISPLAYED. THIS PLACE IS A BUNCH OF CROOKS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A ONE TIME ONLY CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. NEVER AGAIN. I WILL TELL EVERYONE TO RUN FOR THE HILL. VERY SAD TO TAKE SUCH ADVANTAGE OF VACATIONERS. BEST PART IS WHAT YOU DO TO OTHERS YOU DO TO YOURSELF, BRACE YOURSELF FOR YOUR KARMA-IT'S ON THE WAY.

It pained me that I couldn't give this company 0 stars. This was the worst experience we ever encountered with a car rental company and we rent cars a lot. If you are lucky enough to read the reviews before booking, trust me you will save yourself unpredictable charges and much hassle. We booked with economy because they came up cheapest on the list but when we arrived we quickly realized it was a typical bait and switch scam.
They will force you to use their insurance and pay out of pocket or produce your own insurance policy, which of course everyone carries all 36 pages around with them. But if you happen to have it on you then you get to leave a $1000 deposit. There's no winning. It was a joke. Worst customer service I ever experienced.
Oh and I forgot to mention that the car they originally tried to give us was absolutely filthy. The seats were so dirty I couldn't believe anyone would sit in that car.
And we realized when we were about to drop the car off that the fuel tank was listed as full on our receipt slip when we both recall it being at about half. another way they scam you if you don't pay attention.
Absolutely nothing good to say about this company and our experience. Consider yourself lucky if you happen to read the reviews before booking. I wish we had!

Upon arriving at this lot to park my vehicle it looked like a salvage yard. Cars were parked any way they could fit them in. When picking up car it was terribly dirty more than my car has ever been . I performed a walk around and found damage to the vehicle. I brought this to the attention of the person supposedly in charge and he told me that the person to assist me with the issue wasn't here today and gave me a card with an e-mail address to send pictures and comments to have repair done. I have attempted to use e-mail and also phone number with no avail. I would have given a zero rating if possible and would never recommend this place to anyone. I will in the future pay the extra cost to park elsewhere.

HORRIFIC and that's putting it mildly. We arrived at 7pm and didn't leave until 2am on New Year's Eve. You have over 2000 cars parked on top of each other in various lots some marked some not, in no apparent order and on top of each other with the keys left in the car and the doors unlocked. You have no idea where any of these cars are parked. Management and many of your staff were very rude and basically could care less about all the families you left stranded. It was only because of one sympathetic employee that my car was found. It took us 20 minutes driving and walking up down several very poorly lit lots before I found my car. Some of the lots are not even paved and are covered in straw. A few of us as a last resort, called the police and when they arrived they said they come to your business for the same reason at least once a week. Your staff offered no explanation, no compensation. Whatever business model you are using, it does not work. Your greed will end up biting you in the butt. ANYONE THAT READS THIS, DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR HERE. SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY AND GO TO A REPUTABLE PARK AND FLY LOCATION.

Arriving at their off airport location from Orlando's Int'l Airport we are asked to provide our full insurance policy in order to refuse their coverage. We were initially quoted a very affordable price to lure us in only to find out it was going to be considerably more. After being shuttled to an inconvenient distance and waiting on long lines, we witnessed 3 other families with issues who also left unsatisfied. We all had to go back to the airport to find another company who wasn't in the business of ripping folks off. It is apparent they do this all the time with their standard response of 'you should have read the small print'. We travel ALOT and never have once had to show proof of insurance because we use Mastercard who provides this coverage. The car company we ended up using said this was illegal practice! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Rip Off ..SCAM Force you to buy there insurance. The insurance is about double what the car rental is. Would not allow me to ride there shuttle back to air-port. Threw bags on ground. Had to call a taxi for ride back to airport. Orlando police said they are out there a couple times a week.

on 1/6/17, 12:50am, called their phone # to make sure in the correct shuttle pickup spot, the call went to automatic response. Kept waiting there for 40 minutes with maybe 10 other customers. Everyone called them multiple times during the 40 minutes wait & all except 1 person got through to the live person after waiting there for about 30 minutes & she was told the shuttle is on its way.
Once we were picked up, the shuttle was overflowed. I actually had to sit with 3 other people in a row that's designed for 3 people. Once I was at the counter, I told them about the long wait for the shuttle and he said he didn't know about it & he'll report to the management. He then proceed to tell me that if i don't have a complete copy of my car insurance policy, i would have to buy their company's insurance. And they refused to accept my credit card's rental coverage. It was force sale tactic, 2am in the morning. I don't know any other rental car company that makes such a demand for people's complete copy of personal insurance policy. I have never heard of people carrying a copy of their car insurance policy with them either.

I would rate a -5 if I could. I booked through Expedia. The total cost was just under $200 for the rental. We got to their business & we were charged over $650. Please don't rent from them. They charge an arm, a leg & your first 2 children for insurance. At the time that we arrived we were stuck & ended up having to borrow money to have enough money to rent the car. Now we don't have money for the remainder of our time in Fort Lauderdale & for on our cruise. Their prices are cheap to start but their insurance will kick your butt. They put a $1000 hold on a credit card if you don't buy their insurance. We were also tols about the toll transponder and wete told the cost was $75. The man behind the xounter yold us that we'd hit anough toll booths to and from Ft. Lauderdale that ths toll transponder would be cheaper for us. We arrive in Fort Lauderdale yesterday, drove around lots today and have not run into any toll booths. HUGE SCAM!! Very VERY VERY UNHAPPY with this company.
