Will never use this service again. Placed an order, stated 45 - 60 minutes for delivery. At an hour and 20 minutes contacted live chat. Was told driver was 28 minutes from restaurant and that restaurant had just received order 3 minutes ago. Now has been 2 hours, NO DELIVERY. First and last time for this service.

Had ordered many times through their service. Had a couple of minor incorrect portions of certain orders which I accepted without complaint.
However, the most recent order was missing the side to the kid's meal, incorrectly made the kid's meal food that we did receive, and was missing the drink. I called in to have the order corrected and was offered either to have just that part of the meal replaced at a 90 minute wait (just eat the incorrect food and we will bring your side in 90 minutes - yeah, okay), and offered to refund the $5 delivery fee on a $60+ order.
The customer support initially told me they would go back to the restaurant and re-order the entire order, so we could all eat dinner together. But all she did was re-order the kid's portion of the order.
The drivers don't check the order, per Sic'Em, and they blamed the restaurant.
All in all, I was on the phone with them for the better part of an hour trying to reach a resolution while the portion of the meal that was correct sat and got cold.
Finally, they offered a refund today, and in the email claimed that their manager had called me to discuss (he had absolutely not called).
Further, the email threatened to cancel my account if I left any negative social feedback online. I quote "While we are happy to keep offering our service, if any further negative interactions via call, social media, or emails occur we will be forced to deactivate your account with us."
First, I had never called their customer service before yesterday. Second, I was as courteous and reasonable as I could be considering having to be on the phone for nearly an hour over a botched order while the half of the order that was correct sat getting cold. Third, until today, I've never left them a review anywhere online. So apparently, you only get to complain once before they threaten to "flag your account".
Well, here you go, Sic'em. My cancellation review. I only wish I could give zero stars. There are too many other ways to have food correctly delivered without being insulted, lied to, or threatened.
