I bought the Hello Kitty bows Be Right Back backpack off Amazon in August 2018 but didn't start using it until around December 2018. After less than one year of use, I just noticed the fabric at the corners of the bottom started to rip already. I don't throw my bag around or abuse it in any way. Customer service said this is normal wear and tear. I have other backpacks for 10+ years and have endured rough usage and none of them have rips. This is poor quality and I will not recommend Jujube to anybody anymore.

Bad customer service. Rep had an attitude when I asked for help on an item in which 2 was ordered. It had not shipped yet. Will never buy from them again.

I have a hobobe monarch. All hardware have tarnish and corroded, zip was not even smooth to begin with. I also have a jujube king court be quick and the zip torn even after using 6 month. As both item are ordered from amazon. I cant even return because i stayed in aisa. With a high price and poor quality, it has been sitting in my home for 3 years. Regret buying.

Cute products, but had sales around Black Friday they couldn't keep up with. Long delay in receiving my first product from them, to which they gave me a $25 credit to use. I thought that was very nice of them, so I used it towards a little card wallet I thought would go perfectly with my mini backpack. A couple weeks after ordering, I still had not seen any shipping information for my wallet, so I inquired, to which they just cancelled my order, refunded the shipping costs I had paid, and told me the product wasn't available. So disappointed. :( Never again. Sorry....

I ordered the Be Right Back diaper backpack from JuJuBe less than a year ago. It’s been a move bag to have, but recently noticed my front flap of the diaper bag was not staying closed for some reason. I then noticed the magnetic closer was broken, so no more magnet to close the front flap. I called customer service, explained the situation, and was given 2 options.
1. They would send me a new magnet, and I would need to take the bag somewhere to have the new magnet closer installed. Or 2. Send the bag to JuJuBe (which I was told it would take a while for them to get the bag back to me fixed) but they would fix the problem. I fortunately have a back up option for a diaper bag, so I asked how I can send the bag to them to be fixed. Customer service asked for my email, and said directions would be given there.
I received the email but I noticed they said it would be my responsibility to pay for shipping. I would also need to make sure to ship with a tracking number, otherwise they would not be able to track the paclage and if anything happened and they didn’t revive the bag, then it’s basically not their fault and my bag would be missing.
I believe they have a “lifetime warranty” and a “two year warranty” on their products, but I guess that doesn’t mean coving the whole expense.
These bags are not cheap in expense, so I’m surprised that this company would make their customers pay for shipping for their product that has malfunctioned.

They NEVER respond!
This company is a complete joke. I placed an order for an item on the 4th of December. I received two quick emails and after that nothing. The item now no longer appears on their site and there has been no update to my order. I am going to have to dispute the charges now because they have not delivered on paid goods! This was supposed to be a Christmas gift, and well now, I'll be lucky if I can ever find the item again. They should have just owned up to their error instead of ignoring my posts.

If i can give zero rating i would! They have the worst customer service ever. Firstly, they sent me the WRONG BAG after paying $170. I had mine automically y couriered to Asia where I am based and already had to pay additional shipping. I tried returning the bag but they wont shoulder the shipping cost from where I am when this is clearly their fault. Secondly, the wrong bag they sent me had DEFECTS on the stitiching, aside from being ugly. I sent them photos. If I dont pay for returning to courier to the USA, then I am stuck with a useless UGLY BAG which I paid US$170 for. Lastly, THEY DONT EVEN RESPOND ON TIME AND I NEED TO KEEP ON FOLLOWING UP. Horrible company! They should know their clientele are either pregnant or mothers so nooone needs this uncessary stress

The bags are fun but the customer service is horrible. And I would never buy from them directly again. I waited more than a month for an order placed during a sale. They never communicated to the customers in an email and I had to call multiple times to check on my order. Also they deleted their Facebook reviews to cover up their poor service since so many people left bad reviews and created a giveaway on their community page to drown out and push down all the complaint posts. I just feel that's kind of crazy.

I just got back from a trip and used all of my ju-ju-be bags, so I had to write a review! I LOVE these bags so much!! I started using them when I needed a diaper bag for my baby and have been hooked every since! Now I use their tote bags, duffel bags, wallets - you name it- we have it! They are so durable and washable- last forever! All of my extended family has fallen in love with the bags also. The online ordering process is easy and it is shipped directly to me in no time at all! I highly recommend these bags to anyone who wants stylish, durable, comfortable, amazing bag, backpack, luggage, and of course- amazing diaper bags!!

The unheard of wait for items from the warehouse sale has not been managed well and barely even addressed by JuJuBe. My order has not had an update in close to four weeks - it’s just “awaiting shipment”. Upon ordering I thought having to wait 7-14 days was a very generous timeframe but totally worth it (I do love their product). But that expected delay was a few weeks ago!
There has been no apology or communication, or sense that the company cares about their customers who were/are excited, but now feel let down.
Their company is built around being put-together and well organized - you would think they’d be able to better estimate their shipping time based on the amount of product they had available during the sale and anticipate bringing on some extra help to get everything out the door within a standard amount of time for online orders.

Customer Service is AWFUL!! They do not stand behind their warranty and they are not upfront with the status of your order. My zipper started splitting 6 months after purchasing and I contacted them to see if it was covered under warranty. They said yes, so I paid for shipping to return it to them to get it repaired or replaced. They told me to allow 7 days to receive a tracking number for the return package. Well SIX WEEKS later I am still getting the run around from them. I have not received a new bag or even my original bagback. They keep telling me (via email) they will check with their warehouse and provide a status update. However, I never get an email back! I call and no one answers the phone. I leave voicemails and no one returns my calls. ADVICE: Steer clear of this company unless you're OK with overpriced bags failing right away & being out hundreds of dollars.

The company needs to get it together!! I’ve been waiting 22 days for my order to ship! Slightly less if you go by “business days.” Their customer service is really horrible. It’s so a shame this brand used to be my favorite... i’ll Never purchase from them again!

It's been close to 3 weeks since I placed my order and it just shipped out. I e-mailed customer service after the first week of waiting and they said with the sale it can take 7-14 days to ship OR LONGER, absolutely unhelpful. First and last order I'll make from here.

I am disappointed that I can only find a way to review the company and not the bag itself. I ordered a Be Classy - Providence bag and I love it to a point. The side pockets which say they hold bottles don't fit an 8 oz Dr Browns bottle. There should be a warning or make the bag slightly taller. I probably would have ordered a bigger bag if I knew my bottles wouldn't fit. Because of that, I would give the bag 4 stars. I ordered during a massive sale and then didn't get my order for over a month. I had to keep emailing them asking for updates. I am glad this wasn't time sensitive, but I expected more communication then was given.

I love the bags in general, though they do take a while to ship from Ju-Ju-be (I ordered one directly from JJB and another from Buy-Buy-Baby, and the latter was delivered much sooner). My only complaint is that the insulated spaces for the bottles is too small. Don't know if I'm missing something, but we use the Dr. Brown bottles, which are very common, and the insulated pockets on both the Be Classy and the Be Prepared are too small for the 8-9 oz bottles. They fit the 4 oz bottles fine, as well as when I was using shorter/wider bottles like Tommee Tippee, but it annoys me that they don't fit the Dr. Brown's. Maybe if I took off the nipple and stored that separately? But then I'd still have the cap on it. Otherwise I love both my bags. I just store different things in the bottle pockets, which is fine, just a bit of a letdown since they're insulated for that reason.

I ordered during the warehouse sale. Like everyone else, we didn't get any communication that it'd take so long, etc etc. They took our money, didn't respond to tickets, it goes on. The cherry on top was I received the WRONG bag 5 weeks later and had to wait another 5 days to get the correct one. I also had to spend time to go to the PO and return the wrong one.
But I think the worst part is actually this - I noticed all the bad reviews on Facebook, and I followed them because I was seeing if those people had any new updates. I went back to FB the other day, and Ju-Ju-Be had WIPED OUT all their reviews. So basically they are trying to cover up and are super shady. It made me wonder if this was actually not the first time something like this happened and I had just never seen any other reviews because they would periodically wipe them out.

Still waiting for my order from almost a month ago. There's been no update, no tracking number, and no information from JuJuBe for the delay or any specific info about my shipment. The only information I've found is from the many other customers in the same situation as me. I would be fine with waiting if JuJuBe had been forthcoming and apologetic for the delay. I didn't expect such a unprofessional and inconsiderate experience from a well-known retailer. I won't be purchasing from them again.

I've emailed them and I get the same automated response this is crazy. They have bad customer service. I'm hoping this bag is worth the wait. on top of that I paid extra for shipping!!

Will never order from jujube site again, about a month since ordered and still hasnt shipped. Products are good but can be received elsewhere with less hassle. Customer service isnt nice or apologetic when you call either.

I received an all black BFF as a gift based upon my Friends personal experience using the bag. I’ve had it for a little over a year. It is showing fading in the corners and on the shoulder strap. I reached out to customer service twice (via email & phone) and was basically told too bad. Was told there fabrics exceed standards because they’re umbrella material and I should color in the faded areas with a black fabric marker. I was also told that because I live in a northern state, my bag must have uv damage bc this happens in cloudy places. I am a teacher with a child who stays home with my mother so the bag hardly leaves the house. So I basically have a $180 bag that doesn’t even last two years at light use. Obviously it is a very limited lifetime warranty. Don’t waste $180. You will need another diaper bag before your child is out of diapers.
