never write reviews but I am so disappointed with this vendor I felt compelled to send this email.
On May 12th I ordered several items for our daughters Sweet 16. Two of the key customized items were a large photo letter K (included ~ 15 custom pictures of family/friends on the letter) as well as a large Sweet 16 stand for photo opportunities. I paid expedited shipping to have the items here no later than the 27th.
As we sit here on the 28th, no only have the items not arrived, they show "unshipped" on my account. Their customer service number is not accepting messages. I've email 3 times thru the site over the past several days and emailed twice on their separate email with NO RESPONSE.
Clearly it does not appear that the items will arrive but the complete lack of communication is unacceptable.
I thought I had a couple of special things for our daughters big day and now I have nothingvery disappointing.

I ordered 3 graduation yard signs and some other personalized item for my 3 girls. They didn't mail the items when they said they would. When they finally shipped the items, the yard signs were not in the shipment. They didn't contact me to tell me that there was a problem with the signs. I waited almost month before I contacted them. Enlough time to get their act together. Yoou can't call them, so I email and ask what the problem was. They tell me they don't know when the items will be shipped. I don't know why they didn't contact me and give me the option to cancel my order. My girls were the only ones without a graduation sign in our neighborhood. Never again.

This is the worst company! They shipped purchase after the delivery date promised. I sent several emails to contact them with no response until i took pictures of delivery tracking and very detailed email about how unhappy I was with their service. The customer service number was never working, they referred you to their website for customer service attention (joke)... This company sucks! Waste of money and blamed it on short staff due to our current lack of staff Covid situation. If this is the case, send out an email to notify your customers your product will be a month late and that your staff is ill. Extremely disappointed. Will never purchase from this company again.

You pay for shipping and list the date the product is expected by. However the customer SERVICE representative told me they do not make any promises. I thought this was a company that delivers products for events? So if you cannot deliver the product why are you in that line of business? They do not answer email nor telephone calls. My order was placed on May 12th and has not shipped out yet but they don't care as the rep I spoke to explained to me once by chat only. Now you can't reach anyone by chat either. Do yourself a favor and stay for away.

I am so excited! I started not to order from this sight due to the nay sayers saying that they didn't receive there items on time ! When I say I ordered my items for my daughters 4th birthday on Sunday and here it is Thursday and everything have came !! Excellent customer service I emailed them they emailed me right back . You can't listen to everyone follow your heart . I am glad I did . Thanks to Shindigz Aubri will be having her Barbie Dream house Birthday! Yayyy! Thank you so much !

I placed an order on 5/6, with guaranteed shipping of 5/27. I was charged on 5/18 so I assumed it had been shipped. On 5/26 I checked to see where the item was in transit. To my surprise it hadn't shipped. They told me they are behind and would cancel the order. It's been a week and still no refund. Received a generic email from them today saying order was cancelled and the hold on my credit card will disappear. I told them they charged me on 5/18. I just now received a note saying they credited me on 5/27. They clearly can't get their crap together. Would never order from them again. Would advise others to look at their Facebook page where so many customers are angry or annoyed with the lack of communication from this company.

Ordered some photo numbers for my husbands 31st birthday on May 7th.. Paid $15.99 for the expedited shipping just to make sure they came in time.. Estimated arrival date was 5/20....It is now 5/22 and my order HAS STILL NOT SHIPPED!!! Can NOT get a hold of a single person. Wrote cant even tell you how many emails, tried the online chat (like requested by the automatic voicemail) and have called countless times with absolutely NO RESPONSE... Calling my credit card company! Tired of dealing with this.!!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY DO NOT RESPOND. I have contacted them 4 times about my order that was placed on 5/4. Still has not shipped or have they responded to any online inquires. DO NOT use this company. I have used Oriental Trading and they shipped within 4 days and excellent customer service. BUYER BEWARE this company!!!!

Ordered a flag for my dad back at the begging of May. It took them 4 weeks to ship it out and when i tried to call and email to get a status you cant get a hold of anyone. It wasent till my 4th email that i sent stating i wanted to cancel the order that they conveniently tell me that the order has already shipped. Even then i never got the product because 2 weeks after it shipped they tell me it was damaged.
These people will only contact you at the worst time and are no help what so ever, just a hassle.
Trust me, you would want to go with any other company but them.

My customer paid the premium shipping, which was outrageous and only received half the order on time! Now you cannot get them to answer the phone or answer an email! May need to contact Better Business next.

Placed my order early to ensure I would have on time. Week and a half before it still didn't ship. I tried calling. Emailing multiple times a day. Tried to find their "chat" online feature they say they have on the phone message that says they aren't answering any calls. Email and chat only. Needless to say NO RESPONSE. So disappointed. I had to scramble last minute to find something else so as not to disappoint my son. They clearly don't care. Ruining a number of people's lives. Virus is impacting all of us but don't promise something and not deliver and worse yet ignore your customers. If the company is struggling post something so we know or cut off ordering. Don't leave people hanging and disappointing those that are trying to hard to plan and order something to add some brightness to someone's day while we are all impacted by this virus.

I have ordered graduation signs for my daughter twice now. They tell me a date that they are supposed to be here. When it's time they give me my money back and no signs. This is just sad because no graduation and now no signs. It's like she has been forgotten all the way around. I'm so sick of trying to deal with this company.

I have tried calling. No one answers and they don't return emails. My product is supposed to arrive Thursday. If it doesn't ship out on Monday, its not going to be here on time. Do not trust this company unless you order at least 6 months to a year in advance. I will let you know when, if my product arrives. I will also report if they will refund my money due to it not arriving on time. And I paid $44 for shipping!!!! Im so upset with this company.

I ordered a graduation banner for my daughter who just graduated 12th grade. The order took weeks and weeks to arrive. When it did arrive it was the wrong order- with someone else's daughter on the banner!!!
Shingdigz have not responded to my emails, phone class or anything else.
A terrible, inefficient company with dreadful customer service.

I placed an order on May 7th for both of my daughters graduation. It showed I should of received them by May 27th which is today. I've tried calling several times with no response I have less then two weeks now to find another company to make the signs I wanted. Very disappointed in this company.

Customer service is nonexistent, they will take your order and not ship your item. I paid for a item on the 8th of may and it was supposed to be shipped to my house by the 22. But it never shipped..I was able to reach someone on there Facebook page but they gave me the option to cancel but once I said I want to cancel they told me the item already shipped.

Did not receive my order on time as it was never sent. I had to cancel the order the day I should have received it. I tried to contact them by phone, email and through their website. Was finally able to reach someone by Facebook, only to be put off for 2 hours on chat. Will not order from them again.

Placed an order 5/1/20. As of 5/20/20 order has not shipped. Attempt to call multiple times- good luck talking to someone. Emailed 6 times and counting- no response. Of course they charged my account right away. They won't even cancel the order. Credit card company is now handling it.

I ordered a custom graduation banner on May 6, paid $27 to have it arrive by May 13 and it's now May 21st and nothing. After 5 emails to "customer service" (I put in quotes because it's nothing near service) has yet to respond. Their phone line has a recording that says it's not taking calls, yet it claims to be a family-owned business which would lead one to believe that they would provide customer service. They sent some balloons and trim. Stuff you can get at Target. I paid $47 for a dozen balloons. My friend placed the same order and got one of 2 banners. Then a week later, she received the rest of her order. It's been a disaster. Now we're upon my daughter's actual graduation date, even though there is no ceremony, and I put all my faith in this "family-owned business" only to be majorly let down. I will now have to fight PayPal for my money back. Good times. TERRIBLE company. For those of you who did get your order on time, congratulations.

Guess I should have checked the reviews. They charge for shipping and then ship at the lowest possible rate in order to run a profit on it....be advised they ship parcel which means ZERO priority. My package was misdelivered to 5 postal offices after UPS had it first and its still not here. Contacted customer service and they said "I don't know what to tell you" and thats it ZERO owner ship. DONT SHOP HERE

I tried to get a cardboard cutout of my dad for his bday party. He is 6 foot 2 inches. The cutout is not even 5 ft tall!!!! When I called, they said my picture had space above his head, even though I paid for image cut-out service. They would not refund or reprint- just offered me a coupon!!! Do not trust this scam
