Made a claim, they totaled my vehicle. On July 10 they notified me that I need to take my title and sign it over to CoPart. I did that on 7/11 and then they cut off my rental car on 7/13 assuring my I would receive my payment within 3 days (since an offer has been made and accepted, etc). On 7/19 I reached out to the adjuster and he promised to call me back by the end of day; he never did. I reached out again on Saturday, and still nothing. I was sure they would contact me by Monday morning. 11am on Monday I called the Denver claims office and was notified that they are still waiting for me to drop off my title to CoPart. I asked for my adjuster supervisor, and after leaving a message early in the day, she never called back. The Customer Service 800 number is useless, the adjuster is useless, his boss is useless, the entire Denver claims office is useless.

If you have only liability with Shelter you're screwed! Claims work against you. The adjuster I had in one accident claim sided with a jerk.
