Purchased a laptop on 2nd of September, company website went down a few days later. Laptop never arrived. About 1 month later the first website was up again, I was told they had a flood and my laptop would be sent out only to discover that the website and phone lines go down again and laptop never arrived. I will be issuing a chargeback and small claim with the court to cover the deal I lost out on due to not having the laptop arrive in the given timeframe. Total damages £800. See you in court😡

Stay well away.
Went with this company and was severely burnt! They started off fine with communication and payment with their next day delivery promise online and communications. Then disappeared off all faces of the Earth when it came down to delivery and me receiving my items, with multiple excuses and no refund remedy!
Any positive reviews about this company probably are falsified due to the continuous bad service that myself and others have received! Ironically, its the ONLY thing I have received from them!
Police and government authorities are required when dealing with these!

Bought my laptop from here a couple of months back , transaction was quick and simple. My only gripe would be , the service over the phone was pretty poor as it took them over a week to get back to me apart from that I would most definitely use them again.

(this is a long one but the effort they made was fab!)
Started panicking when my order was running late
(ordered 12/7/16 hadn't had any receipt or contact)
Contacted them (18/7/16) and was asked if had received an email with order updates (I hadn't) and the girl I spoke to told me that my order was late as they had tried to email me since I ordered the wrong docking station, she apologised and explained they were having some problems with email but sorted out the right one on the phone and told would be with me on the 20/7.
Arrived just after 11am, few days later started having some problems with connection dropping on my wireless, after phoning them they asked me to contact my broadband company.
After a few days the broadband engineer came and said nothing was wrong and it was my laptop, so called them back and their support guy logged in over the internet, he did a few checks and was sure it was my router so asked if we could call them while he was on the line so we did.
After 45 minutes! of my broadband company refusing to accept there was anything wrong he asked for us to be transferred to a manager.
not long after, the manager agreed he was right and arranged for a new router to be sent. which would arrive by 23/7. Oh and guess what? it works great and I'm getting better speeds! thank you so much for all for help!

popped in store to see if they could repair my old netbook, which unfortunatly wasn't possible (they said the cpu had gone) after explaining that i travel and needed a lightweight laptop they presented me with a lenovo laptop which weighed next to nothing. I have purchased that laptop and a copy of office 2016. I'm currently enjoying their free WiFi and a coffee while office 2016 installs, highly recommend anyone who doesn't know much about computers to have a chat with these guys first!

Got my order very quickly just before they started having issues, after a fault developed i couldn't reach them by phone. After reading a review below I decided to check if they acctually existed at their address. Upon arriving I was met by their IT manager who explained the issues they were having. I have to say i could happily believe him based on the three different companies that were there working frantically.
As for the fault, it turned out I had damaged the charger which they replaced on the spot and let the battery charge to be sure it worked.
Overall i would happily recommend them to anyone, hopefully the communications improve once they get their IT back on its feet. Had the communication been better this would have been a five star review.

This company is badly run or fraudulent.
I ordered and paid for a grade A Lenovo T61 Laptop on the 21st MAY 2016, and to date have still not received the goods even though the same laptop was for sale on their website last week. I understood that to advertise and take money for goods you don't have was fraud. I believe they don't have the goods because if they did surely I would have received mine by now. The only good thing about this company is Nick their IT guy is very pleasant and helpful on the phone but nothing he says actually happens. I have phoned and e-mailed a number of times but nothing is ever done. I am still waiting for either the laptop or a refund or even some reply about the missing machine.
Unfortunatley it seems, as other people have said, the only course of action is down the legal route.I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone after my experience.

I know that your website and telephones have been down and it has been having problems. I paid for a laptop on 21st May 2016 and am yet to receive any goods.
I have had little communication to let me know where my laptop is. I was told that my royal mail had sent my laptop back to them but I still do not know when it is due to be sent out.
Emails have been sent but now no email back.Would you be able to provide me with compensation for the delay in despatching my ordered laptop?

Purchased (sorry, paid for) a used laptop several weeks ago, no contact regarding delivery, no response to my email, their website not available!! I raised a dispute via PayPal, they apologized said they had technical issues with their website & the battery on my laptop needed replacing, the new battery was in stock so would be fitted & laptop dispatched ASAP. Nearly two weeks later no laptop, no response to my email, their website still not available!!!

Ordered a laptop (Lenovo Thinkpad X201 Laptop - 4GB RAM - 128GB SSD - Windows 10 Pro-NO DOCK - 3YR WARRANTY).
After several attempts to contact (via phone / chat / PayPal message) to get update on this order, I have no laptop + no response.
I understand that technical problems are a factor in this delay, but I have been very patient (as have others).
Any business would surely have sorted this mess long before now & at least updated their customers on the situation.
Requested a refund via PayPal. Very disappointed.

Stay well away from this company.
Ordered laptop last Wednesday I asked them to update me as I hadn't heard anything or received laptop after a few days. No reply. Asked for a refund. No reply. Tried website, calling them, Facebook etc. Nothing. Left countless messages etc. Nothing. I keep reading reports that their phone and It systems are down. Still can't get them and those reports are from a few months ago. They told me they had a flood. I have never dealt with a company like them. Completely inept.

Despite being told my refurbished laptop would arrive within 3 days of purchase, I'd neither received the goods nor heard from the company two weeks later. I received no response to my email, no response to my posted letter, and was unable to contact them via their phone lines. It's now been a month since I paid for the goods, but I still haven't received the requested refund. The firm's website 'went down' about 3 weeks ago and the company claims it suffered flooding in its communications/operations room (thereby preventing them from updating customers). Surely the company has access to external communication facilities?
Despite having been told on numerous occasions that I require a full refund, when the company did finally email me two days ago, it still asked me if I required a refund or would prefer to have the goods sent (which, they claim, were ready to be posted). When I emailed them back a few hours later saying I still wanted a refund, my emails wouldn't be accepted by the firms communications system!!!!
This company is bordering on the inept, and I'm surprised and dismayed that Microsoft endorses the firm as a Registered Microsoft Refurbisher. The recently published article in Micro Mart stating the company is proud of its customer service levels should, I suggest, be revised.
Keeping customers updated is vitally important in business, and this particular firm just hasn't grasped that fact.
At this moment in time, recovery in the Small Claims Court would appear to be an appropriate remedy.

Placed an order almost a month ago and nothing back. The first time I managed to get through I was told the payment was not authorised, but the money have left my bank account on the day. I called a week later and I was told their is a problem with their server, so they cannot tell me anything. I have been calling since than and even left voicemail but nothing... I hope to get a refund but impossible to get through on the phone. They don't answer their email either.
Got in touch tonight and I was told the payment didn't get through and would get my money back through my payment provider. Was on the phone to my bank and the payment has been through and they have received the money! Filed a dispute and once it is all done I will report them as well.

I was told it was my payment provider that reversed the payment first, now it is your payment provider??? but still no refund from anyone? How convenient. I contacted my bank to report everything and get get a refund at the end but they still can dispute it if they prove it was delivered to me which I would be surprised if they can having in mind they never send anything...

As per the last reviewer, I am not happy. Placed an order 5 days ago on the premise they would arrange for a delivery today. Have had no correspondence from them at all and appalled that they have not even attempted to contact me considering they have my phone number. They even assured me they would send me the link to the DHL website where I could arrange delivery in my local area. DHL have no record of any delivery. I have made several attempts to contact the company to try and see what the issue is but with no luck. I feel I have no choice other than to take action considering some of the other bad reviews , so I am also pursuing help from my bank and emailing Trading Standards this evening. Maybe this review will trigger some response from the owner or if not, reduce the risk of other customers being scammed.

Ordered laptop 5 July still not received on 19 July 2016,was told sent by Dhl and given waybill number. contacted Dhl who advised me waybill invalid.
Sh could not give me a tracking number but told I would receive laptop by Monday 18/07/2016 at the latest.
Still not received laptop or refund which I requested.
Update...21/07/2016. Still no word from sh-computers about my refund after they cancelled my order for asking staff where my laptop was
Update 22/07/2016......today I received full refund
Update....so after all that it,boils down to the fact that they never did send my laptop.
So do not use this company

Ordered a Fujitsu refurbished laptop from website with increased hard drive - £84.99.
No items delivered when expected, tried to contact office - automated 'closed for business' message. No response via Facebook Page. Website unaccessible. 2 minutes after posting this review I was contacted with apologies and explanation around their 'technical difficulties'. Advised that they would be providing me with an upgrade from Fujitsu to ACER - which I refused as I cannot stand ACER machines.
Item delivered this morning - ACER machine with a battery that fails to stay in due to the cover not being attached - very slow despite being connected to Fibre Optic Broadband and certainly not Grade A condition.
I would not use this company again.

I ordered two Toshiba laptops for my girls birthday yes I got worried when nicks Internet went down but nick got in touch with me. And as promised the two laptops arrived in time for me and nick even gave me a courtesy call to see if the girls was happy with the laptops wich they was over the moon and I know if anything isn't right nick will help I would recommend you to anyone I got a excellent service thanks nick carry on with the good work thanks sharon

Ordered a secondhand laptop and experienced the same as the previous 2 posts, when I did get to speak to them was informed they were awaiting a charger and the item would be dispatched by Friday 15th and a DHL tracking number would be emailed, tried to contact them Monday 18th by phone with no success, rang today 19th and line appears to now have been disconnected. I have now raised a dispute with my credit card company.

Product arrived all be it 13 days from order date, initially communication was non existent until a review on trust pilot initiated a response, Once communication was established a catalogue of reasons came to light why the order was delayed from a bios password to missing parts due to supplier error, in all fairness to them I can not disprove the supplier problems and was sent tracking details for some batteries they had ordered with a promise of delivery so removed my trust pilot review as a gesture of good will.
Well it arrived today, I ordered a Grade A laptop, I received by their own definition a Grade C, so not only was the laptop 10 days past due it was also not the correct grade.
This company is an absolute joke, avoid like the plague absolutely nothing good to say about this experience at all and the returns section of their website also doesn't work! What a surprise. Absolutely disgusting poor excuse of a company with absolutely no idea what they are doing!
