They send the items to wrong address only to charge a expensive fee for it! Not serious company at all.

Great place to find good affordable stuff. Fast home delivery where you could track the package all the way to the door. One of the items that arrived didn't function and they couldn't have been better at handling it.

All the people (customer service representatives) I interacted with at Selly were always very prompt, polite and professional. They are doing their best to satisfy the clients' needs. It is a real pleasure to work with them. They made me become Sellpy's faithful client. Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart to Elin, Alicia and to ALL the hard-working Sellpy's staff!

Very good service, pick up- take great photos, sell through different forums, pay out when I was ready to cash out. Highly recommend sellpy. They did a better job than I could do myself on the online auctions and it was so easy to pack and leave a bag/ that is all I had to do.

It is a good place for a customer (those who buy stuff from Sellpy) but it is a completely different story for a seller (selling stuff via Sellpy). If your stuff is not sold or sold at a low price, you actually end up paying them EXTRA IN ADDITION TO their commission (and yes; they sell at a low price as 10kr). It is called PR fee and they introduced it recently. They take that off from your balance no matter if the stuff is sold or not. It is simply their way of minimizing payout to the seller. It also means that you as a seller end up paying them the fee for something that you could just have donated to a charity organisation without any cost, however absurd it may sound. This seems to me a great deal of greed than ecology.
Just answering to the reply below from Sellpy:
"we will charge an advertisement fee of 10 kr/item and the sum of this will be deducted from your part of the sale. In addition, there are no other fees!"
Are you serious??? You also have your commission (60%) from the stuff you manage to sell. This deceptive attitude is what I am talking about.
"because we put it out for sale in the first place! "
Are you serious? The last time I checked, that is exactly what your business is. This arrogant attitude is what I am talking about.
As it appears even Sellpy’s own employees do not understand how it works (obvious from their reply below). let’s break it down: here is the math for you.
If your item Sellpy “tries to sell” is not sold, they take 10 kr off your balance (i.e., the money you make from the sale); that is -10kr to you for that one item.
If your item is sold at 10kr, they take 5kr from your balance; that is -5kr to you for that one item.
With their current rule Sellpy has to sell your item for at least 25kr to break even (meaning you do not make money but you do not lose money). But they do sell your stuff below 25kr or do not manage to sell, so you end up with a number of minuses (actually a lot of minuses) that will be taken off from your part of the share.
And your share means only 40% of the sale since you pay 60% to Sellpy as their commission. (Unless your item is sold over 500kr then you suddenly get to keep 90%... ecology...? NOT.)
Let me just mention one more thing: the most absurd case I've seen being when they sell your item for 10kr while you have a plus balance (meaning you have sold something for more than 25kr so that they can deduct from that balance). You actually LOSE 5kr although you have just made the sale (or more correctly put, you had them make the sale for you). ON THE OTHER HAND, Sellpy has just earned 15kr (10kr from the buyer and 5kr from you) in this case. That is Sellpy's new PR fee for you.
(And please Sellpy, get someone who understand English for your customer service).

Sold 10 out of 12 items, earned less then if I would have put the cheapest item up on Tradera by myself.

I've used Sellpy multiple times and I'm happy with the service. It's easy to use, they give full transparency and I got some cash for my old clothes and stuff that I was no longer using.

Stay away from this dishonest company!
Took time for support to answer and once they did they were very rude and did not want to help at all. The system they have to return clothes is made to be difficult on purpose to avoid customers sending anything back. They can even say that they didn't receive anything back and not pay back the money.
This company is far more interested in making fast money than making their customers happy. I am pretty sure that many of the positive reviews are made by the company itself to look good.
I will never do buy or sell anything from this company again.

I think they are quite good, at least some really good quality shoes I can't sell by myself but get sold there. But there still some other goods are not so lucky to get sold in a good prize than I expected.
But in average, it is a good tool to use at least save a lot of energy for selling second hand stuff.
I have a pair good shoes that was supposed to be sold in a good prize but didn't get sold, i suspect reason is the photo it is taken has an obvious flaw. After i complain that with the customer service, they compensate me some money that make me feel quite satisfied.
Keep in mind that if you see something wrong of the selling, contact them, usually u will get a good feedback and result.

I love Sellpy because of the genius business idea, the service as I have encountered them, as well as the great product offering and range.
I have made several purchases and always founds clothes of great quality and at a bargain price, particularly blazers and suits! Also selling clothes is easy and in my xp also rather fast. Follwing the auctions of my product is also quite fun!
I hope Sellpy continue to grow and bring the second-hand segment online even further! I do wish to see them more around in physical space though.

Our wardrobes have a lot more space these days, thanks to Sellpy! It's really a time effective way to contribute to the circular economy! I believe we have sent in at least a dozen bags by now with more to come and we are overwhelmed by Sellpy's service, as are friends we have introduced to Sellpy.
