Sellics tool has several issues with storing data, AMS settings, and tech support is severely under supportive. We cancelled our account in August and suddenly we are now double billed every 2 weeks by Sellics. When we inquire with support, they say they don't see active account and have no insights. AMEX states they are using multiple MID accounts with Stripe to fraudulently charge our account. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLATFORM.

An essential tool if you are serious about growing your Amazon business. Excellent features, easy to use, and great customer service and tutorials. It has made a huge difference to my daily schedule and significantly reduced the amount of time I spend on optimising ads and listings. I would thoroughly recommend.

I was a big fan of Sellics, but they have now completely lost me. I have never experienced support as bad as this. Nowhere near.
First of all their support takes very long to respond at best of times (several hours if not days).
About a month ago my account stopped picking up data from Amazon. We've had a back and forth with the support people and they established it's a bug.
They eventually recommended I disable AWS authorisation for their app and that the system was going to ask me to reenable it to fix the issue.
That didn't work. What's far, far worse is that since then (about 10 days ago) all the support people I spoke to about the problem (3 in total) have completely ghosted me. I've sent 2 emails explaining that the fix didn't work and asking for the next step and they have completely ignored me.
It's unreal. I've never experienced anything like this.
Sellics is good while it works, but god save you if you have an issue. I'd stay clear if I were you. I'm looking for alternatives now.

Used to be a great program but has destroyed itself with it's new updates. The profit dashboard is a mess - hard to find anything or update. And the data is different than the legacy dashboard. Support usually just doesn't bother responding - I'm assuming they're inundated with questions and complaints. I'm annoyed I paid for a year's subscription not knowing that they would ruin their product.

Pathetic customer service - they can't eveb respond to basic questions.
They continue to have pathetic service. The sales numbers from their dashboard don't match with actual Amazon dashboard.
Customer care not able to provide explanation.

Been with Sellics for a number of years. All good until the last few months where tools stopped working correctly yet customer service just flat out do nothing and deny theres an issue. This is after 5 days between replies. Not sure what hss changed but ive had enough and cancelled. Helium 10 it is.

Sellics is awesome. I can keep track of my earnings The interface is very intuitive and the set of tools are the most important you need to grow the business and increase profits. I really like how I can see if I’m making a profit or not. Many Amazon sellers lose money because they spend too much on advertising and thanks to Sellics I am not one of them anymore.

Sellics has been an excellent tool for us to keep track of our sales, inventories, and campaign managing. It allows us manage our Amazon sales, campaigns and inventory in a much easier manner. The mobile application also gives us useful information to keep track of our business.

Follow-on update: Communication established, action seems in progress, hopefully back to 100% functionality soon.
Data holes, support or owner will not reply to my repeated emails. VERY EXPENSIVE and now there is NO SUPPORT. NOT HAPPY !! Was great before all the product's data had gaps, don't know what has happened over there.

Good platform, covers what we need around Amazon selling. Cost management, inventory management, ppc automation. One item I would flag is them getting more people in support, with some new product releases their response times jumped. To be expected post a new feature but as a customer I still have a business to run.
