We have had a very bad experience with your company – unfortunately.
We requested Sega for a meeting to have customized cabinets made for two bedrooms in our house. This meeting took place 23 March with Dennis as the contact person. The meeting went well and we were promised an offer ( before Easter) well since then – this man has never contacted us again despite several attempts to reach out to him via your customer service. We talked to Nadja and Cristina who promised to get a hold of Dennis and to follow up with the offer. We have no email offer – no phone call – no sms. Mind you – he has our contact number.
Again, nothing from Dennis. We are convinced – Sega is not interested in our business and for what reason – we do not know. What we do not get is why waste your company’s time to send someone to us and our time for a 1.5 hour meeting and not even say the offer is delayed or Sega can not do anything for us.
I believe – as a customer – no matter how delayed responses are – a response is much better than silence and being ignored.

Bit silly asking for a review when the goods have not even arrived! Been a few weeks later than advertised.
