I ordered a car in March this year and was told delivery would be in June. The car has not materialised and SEAT have now basically told me that they have over extended themselves and cannot yet say when the car will be scheduled for manufacture but not until mid September at the very earliest - It may not even be this calendar year! I am having to hire a car at considerable expense to myself during this period. SEAT Customer services not in the least bit interested about the inconvenience to myself. They have offered me £200 compensation, but only on receipt of the car whenever that might be. The worst company ever and even worse customer service advisers who just tell you what they can't do, rather than trying to help. .... Computer says no!
Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!
