Scotiabank has always been willing to offer me credit and credit increase when I needed. Unlike some certain TD bank, Scotia's customer service has always been on point, even to the extend to spend 20 minutes on the phone just to help me figure out the requirements needed for my credit application so I don't have to go visit the branch.

I had to deal with an obnoxious condescending jerk at president's office at Scotia Bank. He keeps reminding me about policies and procedures while providing no empathy and no justification in delay of my money wire from my Lawyer's Scotia Account to old Scotia Bank Branch in Toronto at Castleknock. I have not banked at This branch over 3 years..This condescending, pompous unprofessional man continues rambling on and wasting valuable time and tells me that I will expect a 10 days business response regarding my complaint. Well this LIAR does not even respond in 30 days and has the nerve to thank me for my patience while the whole department is ON VACATION> Since when is LYING TO CUSTOMERS part of policies and procedures of Scotia Bank? Terrible Bank and the highest service charges of all banks... I frankly don't care if you are endorsed by CFIB( Canadian Federation of INDEPENDENT BUSINESS) Your service and services charges are substandard, excessive and completely ridiculous!! I have now moved an substantial amount of funds to the ROYAL BANK OF CANADA>>. They do not value or appreciate your business and treat you like a number.
