I had absolutely excellent customer service from Anthea the Manager of Samuel's in Bognor regis. She went out of her way to help me with a watch my husband had bought for my birthday last year that I could not wear as it was to small. Without hesitation she got on to accurist who sent out 2 links in the post that night to arrive 2 days later. Anthea phoned me straight away and I popped in expecting to leave the watch being a Saturday but no I was greeted with a sunny smile, the watch was done in a couple minutes, no charge from either company and all done in such a nice, friendly, warm way just like the old customer service in stores used to be. WELL DONE ALL ROUND.

I bought a ring a few months ago from Andrew's in Springfield Missouri. I was told that it was bought out by another company, but I would be able to still use the card when the new owners took over. Well guess what, there isn't a new owner. I was lied straight to my face that they weren't "closing". No wonder I got approved for a high limit. They knew i wouldn't be able to use the card after a certain date & wanted me to spend lots of money. If i would have known this, I wouldn't have bought the ring.

I sent a email with how unhappy I was. The product. In the picture was larger then the real thing.The accent diamond was a piece of tin with bumps on it. They wanted me to purchase a warranty even thou I would have to mail I if there was a problem. Because it was bought on line on sale it was no returnable. I have spent thousands of dollars with Samuels and bought warranty on all of them and now I have to mail my 10,000.00 diamond ring to have it checked by someone I don't know to somewhere I have no idea what it is, jeweler independent bonded no idea.

I am sorry to lose such a great store. I went shopping for my neices who are due to graduate soon. I am clueless about jewelry. They were patient and very helpful. I found some great gifts for my family.

Bought a ring in the store in Pueblo Colorado. The main diamond on the ring chipped less than two years after the fact now all the stores are closed. I guess I am just screwed. Wish I could do something to make this right wedding rings are pretty important especially when you pay a few thousand dollars for them. Also i thought diamonds were suppose to be tough I wonder if it is real? I guess I will have to go to a real jeweler to find out. Dissappointed

I ordered an item on line from Norton Shopping Guarantee. The email that confirmed our purchase did not include any tracking information for the product. I called their customer service times and always waiting for about 3 minutes, then was asked to leave a message which I did EVERY TIME!!! So far I haven't received a call back from them. I went to the store to see if it got shipped there and they couldn't help me either. The product did get mailed to my house, but the customer service and shipping information portion of the on-line order is by far the worst I've ever seen.

Their jewelry is fake! They implied it is real and priced it as though it was real, and told you...*beautiful diamond ring* when looked at it but never told you they are actually fake...man made kab diamonds!!!! reporting fraud to my bank and charging back every penny i spent! No wonder they went out of business

The jewelry I ordered came really quick and wrapped for protection. All of the items (necklaces and earrings) were just beautiful. I am so pleased with the length of the necklaces and the size of the earrings. I am looking forward to placing my third order. I really highly recommend co-workers looking for nice jewelry to try your company.

I wasn't anticipating the best quality just based on what I paid, but I did expect to receive diamonds when that's what is listed as the primary (and only) stones. What I received was a band covered in some sort of sticky adhesive with totally yellow, cloudy "diamonds". I'd have paid no more than $5 for a ring of this quality, guess you get what you pay for when buying online. Very disappointing.

Horrible about returns I tried returning the ring within 1 hour of purchase they said ALL sales final. MOST all other Jewlery stores give you a 30 day return policy. Not Samuels Why? They sold me a Lab diamond. Becareful when purchasing from them. You might be naive like me never knew there was anything other than genuine REAL rare diamonds from the earth. Unfortunately, they’ve cheapened the rarity of the diamond and sell these Lab diamonds that are man made all look alike no genuine rarity about that. I didn’t know what a lab diamond was until returning my third time to the store where the Manager insisted how wonderful, beautifully and better a ECO diamond is. Very good persuasion but at the end of the day He DOES NOT care about you, me as the customer ONLY his sales$$$.
So sad business is like this but I guess that’s why their in for their 4th bankruptcy.

F*******horrible customer service in Mesquite Texas.. of I could give negative I would. The people there will tell you lies. Get disrespectful and not even have the manager call you back as you have requested before. They knew us we called every week after that 2 week quote they gave us. I have never had a store ever take this long or lie to us about when it would be back.. we bought 3 different rings with them in three different cities..we also purchased the lifetime warranty for all 3 pieces. Couple months ago we took my pieces to Samuel's in Mesquite. First I am always hesitant to let my pieces go. They told me it will can take up to 2 weeks to get each piece re rhodium and inspected. Ok. Well guess what it took the 2 f***ing months to get my set back to me with little consolation as to how much time my husband and I had calling the store.. corporate..another store where the manager actually managed..waiting for a call back.. being told we didn't have warranties.. they were not sure where my pieces were.. they were still at the local Jeweler then sent to corporate in Austin... it was gonna be just a few more days..another week.. not for another 2 weeks. They told us down right lies... Called corporate to find out my pieces were not there!!!.. finally got 2 of my 3 piece back 3 to 4 weeks later.. but my main piece.. the piece that i have had the longest.the piece that means so much to me!! This piece was no where to be found!! I was livid!! I found out about this chapter 11 thing about 8 hours after it was happening.. I was convinced they lost my ring..sold my ring.. stole my ring!!! Finally I was able to get a hold of a competent person at corporate...who low and behold called back like she said she would... found out my piece was sent to f****g NY!!! Because apparently my main diamond had to be replaced...why only they could do it is beyond me, but the fact that we were NOT made aware that my ring needed to go half way across the country, that was irresponsible and disrespectful. Finally after 2 whole.months of agony,stress and worry I was able to pick up my main piece and all the store manager had to tell me was sorry!!!!! That is all no apology for her crappy unprofessional behavior and lies of she was gonna call us back and never did!!! They could not apologize enough for the 1.5 hour drive to pick it up after their mess up!!! Now after only having my rings back for a few months.. my guard has broken.. I am filled with fear and stress about having to take it to any of their stores to have it fixed!! This is the only place out of the stores we have dealt with in different states has there ever been an issue of this magnitude!!! And all I got was sorry. You can do better Samuel's especially to faithful customers.. people who trusted you with the most sentimental tangible item I own!! Why? Because I am a military wife..each piece is bought for everytime I was called to duty not by the military but by my husband to stand by him as he serves!!!! It may sound corny and to some stupid.. but when I see these pieces and I wear them.. I do it to show my honor for my husband because he hated to bring me the news but did so, so I had something tangible to see when he could not be with me! Shame on you Samuel's.. I know he will not be doing business with y'all when he returns. Now I need to figure out how I can have my pieces warranted by a company with dignity and whom I can trust with my pieces.

I am not surprised they are closing their doors. We came in to look for a wedding band. We were told that everything is 80% off due to store closing in El Paso, TX. We found a ring and were given one price when we were trying it on. My husband was so excited to buy it for me because we have been looking for a long time. When we got to the checkout, "magically" price for the ring doubled and sales lady said, "oh I am sorry I guess I made a mistake". Really? You made a mistake. Manager was useless and condescending too. No help, no explanation, nothing. I will not give you my business and will not recommend you to anyone. Because of your customer service the store is going out of business!!!
