DO NOT ORDER from them I ordered cabinet few months and they still are saying its back ordered. I never got my cabinets. The whole purpose of ordering RTA cabinets is the fact that it will get shipped within 2-weeks. BEWARE: They will never ship cabinets even though they say in the website that it is in stock. Worst company ever, Very POOR response and customer service.

Glad to find this site which has saved me from ordering RTA cabinets. I made numerous (more than 8) attempts to contact by phone... left messages.. no return call. This made me nervous but after reading these reviews i see why...NO ORDER FROM ME!!

Avoid at all cost. Submitted my measurements with an estimated 24 hour turn around. Received a design a week later. Responded with a redesign that included a detailed plan with cabinet sizes seeing as a wall radiator was ignored and cabinets were in conflict. Called days later and received an email saying I should receive the updated plans the following day. It’s been weeks. I have called and left messages numerous times without a return email or call. I still have never spoken to my designer Renea Johnson. If the simplest portion of this process can’t be handled I have no faith that the following would be timely or accurate. Go elsewhere.

I would give negative stars if I could. Do not buy from RTA. They fail to tell you not all delivery is curbside. You find out after you order and receive email that their in route that "Deliveries are curbside and end of the truck. If Lift Gate can be used on your order, then the cabinets will be lowered to the ground. Orders with large items ship on over sized pallets and Lift Gate will not be able to be used." This was my email the day before freight company called me for delivery. By the way the freight company will not let you get in their truck to take cabinets out. Also freight company doesn't do pallets over 8 feet long on their lift gates. Hmmm . Yet they ship them on pallets that can not be used on lift gates leaving you to fight with freight company on how to get your cabinets. Also freight company if you can get them to let you take cabinets off back of truck which they hassle you for they charge you for holding up their delivery truck. Yet RTA says"Before you sign the delivery receipt, double check the proof of delivery receipt the driver has you sign. (Please see attached for urgent information regarding the delivery receipt.) If there are services checked off by the driver that were not used, please cross them out and note that the services were not used. If there is a special service checked off and signed for, you are responsible for the additional charges." So who pays driver th o sit and wait while you unload your boxes since they cant deliver curbside because pallets are to big. Why doesn't rta load them on smaller pallets so freight company can deliver them curbside. Or here is a bigge they should tell customers all this before they purchase not when the cupboards are in route for delivery. Also my cabinets were 2 weeks past the 8 week dead line they give. The first order was damaged during the shipment so now they say it will take an additional 8 weeks to get to me. They have offered no solutions so far for my additional wait. They blam their freight company though the pallets being to large was their fault. Not to mention the false information about curbside when purchasing. Furthermore the lack of information about paying drivers to sit their while you unload the boxes from truck. This is if they let you. It took a lot of hassle convincing the freight company to brake their rules and let us unload by hand. By the way, if you can do this, it takes more than 2 people. You want to do this fast since you get charged for driver waiting. Rta said this in that email when they shipped it" It is highly recommended to have at least 1-2 other people helping you break down and unload your order as the boxes can be extremely heavy." So they know already there pallets are to big but make it seem like no big deal. They dont tell you about fight with freight company to do it or the fact you will have to pay freight company while driver sits there . Dont buy from RTA they bold face lie. Picture is the first order falling off truck since pallet was to big for lift gate. RTA did nothing to help me. They let me wait 8 more weeks to deal with hassle of freight company trying to convince them to let me in truck to take the cabinets off. Yet get charged. RTA didn't even bother putting it on smaller pallets so lift gate can be used. Again freight company doesn't want customers inside of their truck. Yet life gate cant be used on big pallets. SO who's fault is this? Why should I pay driver to wait and had to wait 8 more weeks. Hmmmmmm RTA is a bad deal who doesn't let customers know stuff before hand nor takes responsibility.

Renea Johnson was wonderful. I just gave her the measurements and she designed my perfect kitchen. It was only a couple days from receiving the measurements to me ordering the cabinets.
I havent recieved them yet but dont expect any problems. My son remodeled his kitchen with this vompany and was very pleased.

The shipping took forever and came in two separate deliveries - that was acceptable as long as the quality was good. But one of the parts came broken and that took forever replacing as well.
Finally, I installed the cabinets and thought all the problems will be solved, till the paints started peeling off. I have been contacting the customer service for months and all they have sent me was a chalk pen- which does not cover the parts with missing paints- and I have been sending pictures as they requested and I am getting no answers. All they can say is that they will contact the manufacturer, but no actions.

Great experience - I worked with Ethan, one of their designers and he exceeded my expectations as far as design goes.
I got a tracking number after about 3 days and it took another 4 days to ship from there.
All in all, my wife and I were really happy with the windsor shaker cabinets we ordered - really nice quality

Do not buy these cabinets!!!!
They I ordered almost 17 cabinets and 5 were broken or damaged in some way.
Another huge thing is when putting on the doors the cheap screws break off in the faceframe,
This has happened 3 times. Not I have to cut out the faceframe where the half screw is cut and glue in another piece of wood then repaint it.
As I stated do not waste your time on these.

It may seem like you are getting a great deal. However, you are pay lot for shipping & insurance and the post sales issues of these china made garbage cabinets keep you busy for months. Will not blame the rep that I was dealing with as I expect I was not the only one having these issues.
I can go into many details but trust me when I say that I regret dealing with them and would not do it again.
Ordered cabinets at the end of June and as of writing (late November), my RTA cabinet store cabinets are still incomplete. Have had parts shipped and consistently damaged / incorrect. I think they also gave up on us too as they have many commits that were pending.

I wished I had seen Trustpilot before I ordered with this company. My experience with RTA has been the worst nightmare. I ordered Winchester, the quality is awful. Anytime a plate touches the cabinet, it removes the paint cause damage to the cabinet. The customer service has been awful. I called numerous times, after being on hold for an hour, they hang up in the middle of conversation. I used the chat online as well, the same thing, in the middle of chat the person leaves. I need to return two cabinets that I have not used, I am not able to get a return acceptance from them for the last 5 months. They just have aggressive marketing online but far short in service or quality. My cabinets were packaged in a flimsy card board box; all the boxes and cabinets were damaged.

Master of fraud. Don't waste your time. I had ordered several thousand dollars of cabinets from them previously. This time they did not return my calls to speak with designer to add cabinets to order with in their advertised 48 hour window. Couple weeks later after still hearing nothing from them, I refused the order (didn't want incorrect order).

This store is a joke. I wanted a quote and design and submitted the paper work they asked for with detailed dimensions and pictures. The designer Justin, gave me a design with completely wrong layout and dimensions and was a missing wall. Then he redid it again and must have still not have read my notes because it was wrong again! How many times do I have to say that the sink is on one wall and the stove is on the other wall and cannot be moved?! I will definitely not be using this company - if they cannot get the layout and dimensions correct in the design process, then I cannot trust their other services and cabinets.

Buyer beware! I can only image any positive review of this company is either planted or made by someone who had no issues at all with their order! In my case, I ordered $8,000 worth of a total of 30 cabinets. When the delivery arrived (late) it was two cabinets short. Three were significantly damaged. RTA was just the worst to deal with. They held up my project TWO WEEKS - without apology - as they "investigated" who was at fault - the transit company, the manufacturer or ME!! Unbelievable! When it was finally, and I mean FINALLY, determined that the manufacturer had shorted me to the two cabinets, they ordered them to be sent. Again another delay. As for the damaged cabinets - I paid extra for my cabinets to be assembled. Instead of sending me replacement assembled cabinets, they sent me cabinet parts!! Did I get refunded for having to now tear down and reassemble these cabinets? You can be sure I was not. This company has a slick website, and I appreciated their kitchen design team. And I suppose if you got your order without damage or being shorted, all would be rosy as they are nice cabinets. But if anything goes wrong with your order, expect to be treated like a common thief, and for any kind of resolution to take a weeks while your project grinds to a very expensive and lengthy halt. It's amazing to me that this company is still in business, and has so many positive reviews!

If you want to see the truth about this company's reputation do yourself a favor and go to the Better Business Bureau website. There's a ton of negative reviews!
In the meantime, I've discovered why there are almost no negative reviews about this company! RTA is unbelievable aggressive in getting negative reviews REMOVED from internet review sites. They even got mine removed from the BBB website! (Amazing!) A RTA employee tried to do the same here, and failed thanks to trust pilot policies!
Within two hours of my posting this negative review about RTA on Trustpilot, RTA vigorously protested. They falsely claimed they didn't recognize my email address, story, etc. In response, Trustpilot requested I email them a copy of my RTA order. In most cases I would not be bothered. But RTA is just that bad, I felt I was doing a valuable public service to follow up. I communicated with the helpful trust pilot administrator, and emailed over my order from RTA. I proved I was an RTA customer, and that's the only reason this review is here.
I've been buying goods on the Internet and writing reviews for years. Never have I once encountered a company trying to strip a website of a negative review. I didn't even know such things happened! Buyer beware.

Ordered cabinets. They arrived and proved to be poor quality. They had nice wood doors, but the "wood" cabinet boxes are flimsy, appeared to be painted to "match" the honey maple with some kine of brown/orange paint about 2 shades darker than the cabinet doors rather than a wood grain, so all exposed cabinet sides, including the refrigerator panels, needed to be covered with doors to make them aesthetically acceptable. Nothing you could do about the cabinet interiors except shudder every time you opened the cabinet doors.
As for availability, you have no control once you purchase them, they have all control and according to their contract nothing you can do about it. As for delivery, shipped by a trucking carrier, their shipping cost was way too high and since we couldn't accept delivery from the trucker until within 3 days of the date they called us to schedule delivery for the next day, the shipper charged us a storage fee more than the original shipping cost. When asked RTA to negotiate this since it was their carrier contract, they told me nothing they could do. If I wanted to delay delivery I had to let them know before I ordered the cabinets. But since I didn't know how long it would be until the cabinets would be shipped, I couldn't let them know. They said I should be grateful the trucker wasnt t charging me more. RTA simply does not care.

Be very leery of the quality of their product. I wish I has the ability to attach photos of the cabinets I purchased on this review. This damage was done by my 14-month-old daughter. She was pulling, opening and shutting them like a normal child would do. I expected a bit of a reduction in quality given the price but I did not expect this. What is really bizarre is; after showing these photos to RTA Cabinet store, they stood behind their quality. Since this was not normal wear and tear they could not do anything about it. I bought these cabinets 6 MONTHS AGO! Unreal, give someone else your business, please!

This merchant offers a "Lowest Price Guarantee," but in reality proved non-responsive, despite follow-up inquiry calls, to my guarantee request. A chat agent suggested that I pursue the guarantee, noting that requests are typically turned around within about 24 hours. I then spent about 20 minutes putting together the understandably detailed information (including same-day screen shots) they require. My email was never acknowledged. Phone customer service agents were able to confirm that my request had been received, but could not prompt a response (I was told that the price guarantee requests are handled in a different department). Four days after the request I decided to order the cabinets from another company. I still haven't heard back from RTA Cabinet Store.
The cabinets may be lovely, but I thought I'd post this in an effort to keep people from wasting their time with a "guarantee" that seems anything but genuine, or in case such non-responsiveness is indicative of service follow-through elsewhere in the company. Their "guarantee" ended up delaying my project by a few days.

I found RTA while searching for Bohemian Glazed cabinets. They were hard to find locally, so when I went online I was happily surprised with the selection and pricing!
Even better, my husband had a really easy time installing them! ...At least it looked easy to me!
I love all of the high end options offered on the site and trendy accessories. Plus they occasionally offer 15% off of their bathroom vanities, which is awesome if you're looking to spruce up the master suite or powder room like I was. I ended up buying a sink locally, but they offer a ton more than just cabinets and vanities.

to assemble these and the result is exceptional!!
