Twice I have ordered items that are 'Season Sensitive" Halloween. and Twice they items show to be available, and then are sold out after I've paid for them. Shipping takes 2 weeks plus. notifications of items sold out is dismal. The Support agent Losliya is helpless. She says 99% are in stock, which isn't true. Don't buy from them if you actually want the item.

I purchased 3 bathing suits of the same size. One was clearly too large. I tried to return it and was told if I tried it on they may not refund you. How are you supposed to know if online purchased clothing fits if you can't try it on? Then they said I could accept a partial refund and keep the bathing suit. I asked what a partial refund was and they said 50%. When I looked it was offering me $4.35 for a $21 bathing suit. I let them know that wasn't 50% and then they automatically issued a 50% refund. Don't buy from them. If it fits then great, but if it doesn't you are screwed. Also shipping took over a month.

SCAM, don't shop at Rotita they are Scammers. The sizes are about two sizes small and when you return the items they take about 70% of what you paid. We returned items that wasn't even tried on because the sizes are just that far off and they said the items were stained. This is a sorry excuse of a business; they are only there to get your money. Customer service is only by email and they never answer a question straight. Most times they use half phrases to reply back to you. I spent over $300 and so far only getting back $79. Stay away from this company if not you will be sorry once they get your money. Yes, the clothes do look good and the prices are good but it want be worth the trouble when they get your money.

Just received a blouse that the picture clearly shows has sleeves at the elbow. The blouse clearly does not, just basic short sleeves. All of the reviews are five stars on the Rotita website, I doubt my critical review of two stars will make it.

Actually, if you don't have to return anything, their clothing is good. However, if you need to return anything, you are out of luck! I bought two beautiful blouses, one fit and the other was too tight. They will not accept returns without a confirmation number that they must email you. When or if they finally send it, they will give you an address, located in the US. They send an email saying you will get a refund. I never got a refund from them, however, American Express retrieved my money. Once American Express contacted them, they sent me an email promising me the money was forthcoming, however it never arrived! If you must buy anything from their website, please use your American Express card so you will not lose your money, only your time!

Ordered blouse to test company products. I was very happy with quality of material (nice weight, not flimsy) and very happy with quality of lace on bottom (tough, heavy duty). I am a plus size and found size matches 'Penningtons' sizes. My only disappointment is that all sleeves are 1/2 length, which is not flattering if you are top heavy. I will keep checking site to see if they start selling long sleeves and Vnecks styles.

I ordered and paid for 3 blouses. It took over 2 wks to arrive but that was ok. When the order came I got 2 blouses and a bathing suit. I cannot find out if or when they are going to send me the blouse I have paid for. I asked for a free shipping label for the bathing suit and can't seem to get this. I do not want a 2 piece bathing suit but I am not paying to ship it back.........it's their mistake.
Will never order from them again if this is not straightened out.

I purchased 4 items from them, the sizes were not quite right. Some of them larger than they described, some of them are smaller than the description. To save trouble since the prices were low, I returned those I absolutely cannot wear and kept the rest. They did refund me immediately. Compared to "Just Fashion Now" and some others, their size and materials are better and at least closer to the description. I hope that give them time, they will finally get the concept of following the words in their description if they want to be successful in selling in America. Despite what I said before, I have decided not to order anything from foreign vender (meaning my orders are shipped from a foreighn contry) save save myself time and energy.

I just received two orders. Normally fit size 6 so I ordered medium but it didn't fit at all too tight. Fabric are so cheap no tags inside the shirt. Both don't looks like pictures at all. Also return policy are so poor. Shipping from California to Washington but took more than two weeks. I gave up to return just I will donate to Goodwill. I will not buy from that company ever again.

ANU and LOSLIYA are horrible customer service agent. Live chat my ass its like chatting with a bunch of dummies. All I wanted was a confirmation on my exchange and the information of the tracking number that they wanted. Also to let me know that I will receive my package back to me once they process the exchange for the right size. But I get no confirmation back just a bunch of dummies pretending to want to help you and close the chat on you. There clothes are not the US fitting size and its not spandex and it looks like its been used to expensive for the price they charge you. If I had known this was an asian company I wouldn't have purchased at all they do not have customer support only live chatting very useless.

The swim dress is true to size. I ordered a medium and I’m glad I did the site suggested a large it would have been too big. I love the color and material and how it covers my shoulders and back. The length is just right. I have a tummy and the swim dress hides nicely. The shorts fit perfectly. I have not used it in water yet but on the 26th I will and I’m sure it will be fine. The website was easy to use and creating a ticket to change your order very easy.

For starters they sent me a coupon for a 15% discount, good through Sept. 20th. I spent lots of time looking for I wanted, totaling close to $150.00. last week I went to check out with the coupon, but their system stated the coupon had expired. Customer Service/Robot, stated that yes, the coupon had already expired. Really? Today is still not Sept. 20th, Still the purchase can't be made with the coupon that expires on the 20th. I like the photos of the dresses, etc., but their website has already left a sour taste in my mouth. Impossible to deal with these issues through a robot.

I had no idea my order was being shipped from China. It was finally delivered to Chicago and has sat there since September 4th (today is September 13). The USPS informed me that US Customs can keep the package as long as they like. Wish I had my order so that I could comment on the quality of their merchandise. Won't be ordering from them again.

I WAS a first time customer - ordered 4 dresses - their return policy seemed very easy. I took 2 of the dresses out of their plastic sleeve and held them up in front of me looking in the mirror. I was horrified at the quality of the material - seems like 1950's lining - paper thin and horrific to the touch.... I promptly put them back in plastic bags and into the shipping envelope. I returned them two days later. I received my first email telling me that two of the dresses arrived back to them damaged and stained, so they would only offer me 40% refund - minus the minimal return fee.... I emailed back that I would only consider 100% refund since they could not be damaged. They came back the next day with "how about 60%?" How about my full refund ........

Recently purchased a navy lace jumpsuit which arrived in approx 12 days but it was way too big. Used the ticketing system and requested exchange for a smaller size. Address provided by Rotita and I posted jumpsuit back. After posting I realized I put wrong st no so assumed It would be lost. Because i really wanted to get this jumpsuit I went online and purchased another in correct size. I contacted through the ticketing sytem and explained - several days later was advised that they received item I thought was lost due to my mistake, I asked for a refund instead of exchahge as originally requested. I received advise that they would process refund. True to their word I received refund into my bank within 3 days. Throughout the whole process i found communication excellent and their ticketing system effective. Today I received correct size garment in only 12 days. Quality is excellent and I am very happy with the communication, quality of item and the excellent customer service. Reviews have lots of negative but need to give credit where credit is due. I am certainly confident to shop with Rotita again.
