I use Plexus because the supplements are natural and have worked well for me over the past few years. So well, in fact, that I became an ambassador, and even my husband takes them. We have noticed a dramatic improvement in our health since starting these supplements. That's awesome for senior citizens.

It's been 6 months of waiting and emailing Merryl from Rosenberry. I still have not received my item and Merryl claims that they have not been able to get in touch with the manufacturer of the product. Terrible company.

They took my order for a $2200 bed, then failed to send a receipt by email. I called and left messages, and sent emails to find out when to expect the bed to arrive. They responded by email to say I could expect the bed in 2-4 weeks. I then sent another email in 4 weeks to check on arrival date. They responded by saying the bed had been discontinued and my order was cancelled! Terrible company. Their products look great online but totally untrustworthy and no follow through. I wish I had read these other reviews before I ordered!

When my package was never delivered, they told me to deal directly with FedEx. No one returned emails or voicemails. Awful. It's been a month and I'm still dealing with it.

First of all they are selling "Our Own Personal" artwork on their site and we have closed our businesses about 3 years ago. Illegal!!! I'd go to another site and buy your stuff, this company is stealing from us. Wonder how much they've made off our artwork and pocketed?!! They are connected with the deceitful company known as "The Dish & The Spoon" who originally contracted our work, obviously hasn't stopped printing since they got it. Karma!!!

Words cannot express how disappointed I am with this company.
I placed an order for bunk beds, and emailed the company a week later to find out what my shipping date would be. After a few email exchanges, I was told that it was on back order for two months!!!! Rosenberry Rooms should not have taken my order, or should have clearly labeled the item as "on backorder".

I am terrified that I will never see my 1200.00 again! My family helped me to buy a set of bunk beds, with a trundle, to prepare for having a few foster children begin staying in our little farm house. I was so excited when I placed my order, and then...NOTHING!! They charged my card and sent me a vague email saying that they would let me know if they could not fulfill my order. WHAT? How about...your order is being processed and it will soon be on the way...now that we have your 1200.00!! I have called, emailed, and now I have reported them to the BBB. This is awful & scary!!

I would never order from these people again. They take your money and that's were it ends. They avoid all calls, promise that someone will call you back and then you end up having to chat with Paul online who makes empty promises that he can't keep. In addition, they increase the price so they can offer you a "discount". You have spend hours following up, calling the shipping company several times. I finally had to call the manufacturer directly to get help. Never, never, never again.

Order elsewhere!!!!!Terrible customer service response to requests. They process your payment immediately, I ordered Feb.12.17, it is now April 19 and have not received. I order many products online but this has been the worst struggle. Never again.

I purchased a Spicher Vinyl Floor Mat from Rosenberry Rooms about two months ago. Only after I placed my order was I told that the turnaround time was 5 to 6 weeks. I emailed after six weeks and was promised my order would ship the next day and they would provide the tracking info. It took another week of harassing them with emails before they finally sent me the tracking number. The product arrived and is excellent. They are a middle-man for Spicher though. You can't seem to buy directly from Spicher. The communication aspect was a big disappointment. I had to be very pro-active to get the updates I needed. They did give me a 20% discount when I placed my order. And ultimately, I did receive my product. .
