Was a Happy customer with my first daughter..not so much my 2nd daughter 2 years later...damaged goods received...emailed and they said to send picture..which I did, now they dont respond after several attempts to contact them...so unprofessonial..wish I went with Dormify which may be a little bit more $ but worth it to have customer service when things dont go as planned. My daugher leaving tomorrow without a replacement ...all their phone #s are not listed anymore

I ordered my bundle two weeks ago under the impression it was to ship in 24 to 48 hours then take 1 to 5 days to ship. They charged me the day I purchased it and when I messaged the chat feature I was told it was to ship last week 3 times. Then told it was shipping on August 2nd and should recieve tracking information that evening or the morning of the 3rd. It is now August 7th. I move into my dorm in 4 days and the package still says unfulfilled. So I called and was told yet again my package should ship today or tomorrow and take 3 to 4 days to arrive. I doubt it will. I will be in my dorm with no bedding at all. And when the package ships I will have to drive 2 hours home just to pick it up.
UPDATE: Just called about 13 times in a row in order to get the phone answered to get a refund and the money won't be in my account for 3 to 5 business days. I move in 2 days and won't even have my money back to purchase the stuff I need.

I placed an order July 18 and was advised that my bundle would be shipping out and received in 1-5 days. It’s now August 3 and the status on my order says unfulfilled, unable to reach customer service, no email updates and I move on campus August 18. The amount of money I spent if I don’t hear back from this company I will dispute the charge with my bank. This is the worst experience ever!

I purchased items for $170.00 on July 5th, 2019. Seemed like a good deal as they offered a 25% discount on the Starter Bundle that was originally priced for $195.00.
They did not honor their shipping policy for 5-7 business days. I did not receive the order until August 14th. I had to contact via email numerous times trying to find out when this would be received. I finally had to purchase something elsewhere as my daughter was going to be leaving for school the following week.
I requested a refund which they said they would grant after proof of return. I sent the proof of return with FED EX tracking /shipping notification. They gave me a refund of $20.00. All items were unopened and in the original state. I have no way to contact the company except through email as their phone number is no longer valid. I'm livid! If I had known that I wasn't getting back my refund, I would have kept the bedding and donated it rather then lining pockets of these crooks who I know shipped it off to someone else! Now having to go through the hassle of disputing this with Paypal.
I put a review on their site which was removed because it doesn't match the other stellar reviews put up by other people who had a better experience then me.

Roomify lacks integrity with processing. I made phone calls to camcel order when the order didn't arrive as planned. I was told the order will arrive the next day. The customer service representative was not honest and refused to give me a refund stating I had to wait for FedEx delivery to start a return. The package was dropped off without as signature required when I already stated we. Will NOT be home. I will not order from this company again and will not refer it to my friends. A company that forces their product on others is not to be trusted. I better receive my miney back in a timely manmer. This makes no sense.

Please please please do not order from this company. I ordered last year for my dorm and it took me over a month to receive my order. When I did receive my order BOTH my comforter and the sham that was supposed to come with it were missing. I immediately attempted to contact them but they do not answer their phone so my only option was to text them. The lady told me that the reason that these things were missing was because they were OUT OF STOCK! At no point did I receive any notification that these items were out of stock and they just send the remaining items without them. I had already moved into college at this point and was using a throw blanket for the time being to sleep on. The lady suggested that I pick out another comforter and they would send it to me but none of the other comforters matched with my room. So I asked if I could just wait until their comforter was restocked (in December) and she said yes. I ordered in July and come JANUARY I still hadn’t gotten this comforter. I emailed them multiple times to ask about it and they completely ignored me and I continued to email them every week until February. I finally got so frustrated that I emailed and texted them one last time demanding a refund for an item I never received. They did not reply or apologize, however I did eventually receive a full refund after being forced to harass this company for months.

Roomify made our lives so much easier than we could imagine. Shopping in different places gets really hectic on top of that coordination and finding the right colors, but roomify made it all happen in couple of clicks. It has quality product for a low price with an on time delivery. Thank you roomify for a great experience.

I ordered a little late but site said it would ship within 24-48 hours and 5-7 day delivery. After 10 days it still hasn't shipped. They should not charge your card until it ships!! Requested for them to cancel order and they said they'd be in touch. I will dispute charge with bank and hopefully get my 300$ back!

What the heck? I ordered July 31st. Order still says unfulfilled. They keep saying it will be shipping in a day or so. My son leaves in 11 days and I'm worried he'll have no bedding! I thought ordering 3 weeks in advance would be plenty of time. Crossing my fingers this shows up.

I ordered my dorm room package in July! It is February and I have yet to receive it, or yet even an email. I am furious with this company and their poor costumer service. This is no way to treat paying costumers.

My Daughter was heading to college out of state and we were excited to prebuy her items to be delivered when we got there. Unfortunately that is NOT what happened. While we were already exhausted from the moving process we were forced to drive into town hitting many stores and spending double for items my daughter needed for her EMPTY DORM ROOM. There was no one to speak to because while the machine said the phone lines were down(to buy them time) Seems the truth is there Never was a working phone line! Is that how you do business? Texting pre-canned messages is Not what I call Customer Service. Avoid this Co.!

Roomify was beginning to end an amazing experience. I used this company to furnish my studio when I first moved to Austin, and the quality of the products was superb! Unreal. What a "Mickey Mouse" company. I would give ZERO stars if it was an option. Reading the other reviews I CAN SEE I'm not the only disappointed customer. My order took 18 days to get to me. I had to ask multiple times for a status. End of the day my order didn't get to me on-time and I ended up having to spend another $60+ dollars to get it shipped to my daughter. Then a customer service rep named "Alyssa" says "sorry for the inconvenience" and didn't even offer to reimburse me for the shipping or even a credit IN CASE I wanted to do business with this crappy company again. Save time and frustration and DO NOT order from them.
